I personally enjoyed the fact your sales people do not run up on you as other stores do. Robert in your Denton Texas store was the perfect salesman. He kept an eye on us and when we needed question answered, just a look and he would come over and answer all our questions. We do appreciate the no pressure salesman. We did purchase an entire bedroom suit and are excited about delivery on Tuesday. We hope delivery and set up goes as well as the purchasing process.

Nice place with a good selection of furniture, staff was friendly and great to deal with. Dont fall for the $99 professional installation though they recommend though. Got a couple couches that have the power cords and phones chargers and they recommended the professional installation, which made us think there was gonna be a bit of assembly..turns out..they plugged the couches into the wall, for $99. Talk about feeling scammed.

I discovered Home Zone Furniture through a Furniture Store search on the Internet and I am so glad that I did!We visited Home Zone after shopping at another chain furniture store where my husband had decided on a purchase but the sectional sofa wouldnt be delivered for several months. I encouraged him to come with me to try out Home Zone Furniture where we found a Better sectional that was in stock. The price was right, the sales team was excellent, and we could have delivery in less than a week.The sectional was delivered today and the delivery team was top notch, too! Im so happy! Beware before purchasing that they actually have the furniture in stock. Triple check it for your own convenience. Otherwise if they would have done theyre job properly, I would come back to buy more furniture for my new house but they lost a customer here by a simple mistake.

DO NOT PURCHASE.. recently purchased a living room set, brand new. When first delivered the couch set made creaking noises which should have been a red flag for me then. Fast forward, a month to two months later the bottom frame of the couch is falling apart. Called customer service and told them I would like to exchange the sofa set for another one since I felt like it should have not been in any shape to be to the point where anything is breaking from it. It’s BRAND NEW. They literally told me the only thing they could do was waive the one time delivery fee and have it fixed?? Like they were doing me a favor .. mind you paid this couch off so it wasn’t like we owed a balance. When I asked to exchange the entire sofa set to a different one they denied that. Horrible customer service and handling of the situation. Who would want to keep a couch that broke within less than 2 months of purchasing

Truly an amazing experience! I recently lost my dog and two iguanas in a fire at my apartment in Richardson along side with my bed. I had that bed since George w Bush (the great) was in office! I replaced the dog and the iguanas with a wife. When it came to replacing my bed I did a quick google and homezone had the best real reviews. I needed a bed that reminded me of the bed in Charlie and chocolate factory. What I found was even better! This steaming latte of a man named Kell was my first experience with a true professional. I mentioned I wanted a king size. He recommended the violet. Omg was that thing gorgeous. I noticed it was latex. I mentioned to kell I was allergic to latex and that it brought up bad memories of my father. Kell informed me that the violet beds have no latex allergens. Also the pillow was perfect for my feet when I would sleep. Kell was entertaining, friendly, and truly understood my situation. The violet bed is most definitely my first purchase after I get out of prison.
