I find this Barnes and Noble to be about the only reason to visit the Golden Triangle Mall. With many of the big and older names leaving the mall or closing their doors few reasons exist today. However, I find this location to be useful for a quick pickup of an order or return, but their stock is very limited for the types of books I am interested in. They have tailored the store more to the college age crowd with alternative lifestyle and trending fiction. If you are into Harry Potter they seem to always have a 32 foot aisle dedicated.

I love Barnes and Noble its clean, its fun, and I love books. The Cafe is great and there is a kids club my grandson could join so that we can keep going back and getting him some books.

At this Barnes and Noble location, they used to have a sitting area, where you could read books to see if you liked them, and decide to buy them. I don’t know if they still have it. It used to be neat, tidy and organized. I spent good times over there.

Large selection! So much stuff to look at. Awesome book treasures to find. Always clean and stocked. Made a 15 years olds birthday today!

I love the Criterion Collection 1/2 off sale. Such a great deal.

Was the last person in the store and was looking for over 45 minutes and nobody asked if I need any help, afterwards they asked me to leave, I requested a book search and out of 30 titles they didnt have 1 of the books that were on my recommended book list all of which are best sellers. Poor selection, poor service and honestly very expensive.

This place is thriving in a mall where everything seems to be either coming or going. Vast array of books to view or purchase. And dont forget about Starbucks which is located inside this place so youll enjoy your favorite beverage and a good read.

Who doesn’t love this place? I love how helpful the staff is and always give me great recommendations depending on the style I am going for. The coffee is wonderful and it’s nice having a place to just relax and take a break for a while

I went here on a whim before Christmas. They have a board game section where I found a game I had been searching for in several stores, awesome and grateful. The personnel are friendly and willing to help. Barnes & Noble allows you to browse through its shelves and imagine the possibility of a different outlook.

Lady at the customer desk, a manager was awesome and really helped my daughter. My daughter loved her cat dress and cool glasses. She is one of the best employees. So glad John took over this store from Southlake. He appears to be run well and was very neat and tidy

They used to have books on anything and everything. When I asked about ordering a book, the sales girl just said no without asking what I wanted. It seems as if the younger people dont care about customer service. Left dissatisfied.

Been a while since Ive been in Barnes & Noble. Place is clean and following COVID rules. People were helpful and it wasnt crowded. Short line for check out and quick.

I used to love this place. But, I would like to know why did they move the spanish kids books to the area for the rest of the spanish books instead of leaving them in the kids section? Now it feels like my kids are being separated/segregated every time they want to find books for them.

The Starbucks here doesnt accept the app. Asked for extra toppings, got charged extra .60 but didnt get it lol (regular starbucks stores doesnt charge extra for this and actually puts it in the drink).

I have always loved this bookstore. Its always so clean and easy to find what your looking for and the staff is always so helpful and nice. There is a really nice cashier that works during the day and he will let you know all the sales going on in the store and all the best bargains. He is really helpful. The array of books is amazing online and in store. And you cant beat buying a coffee and just hanging out and browsing they the books or sitting down to look thru them. My getaway!

Love the selection here, but the prices are too steep. In a world where book stores are dying, and everything is going online, they need to make sure that EVERYONE can shop here. There were a couple of books I wanted to purchase, but couldnt afford. I found them much cheaper on Amazon. As an old soul who loves books and appreciates the smell of a library or bookstore, Im rooting for this place. But if they want to compete with the online giants, they have to lower their prices. If they ever do, Ill add a star and become a regular customer.

I really enjoy going to Barnes and Noble with my granddaughter. Shes an avid reader and I can just sit and relax over a good cup of coffee while shes checking everything out and enjoying the whole bookstore. AWESOME 👍😊

Dont shop here!The management here are rather shady. I asked if they match their website pricing. I was told over the phone that they do. When I arrived to pick up the item I requested they refused to match their website price. Telling me there was a third party offering the product as used though their website. I provided their website and showed that the product was listed as new. When the MOD decided to allow the transaction at the lower rate she refused to give me the membership discount that would have been applied online.Why go to the physical location if the website has the items for less? I returned the materials and received a full refund after having three employees scour the materials and a manager demand I give an explanation about how I received a discount in the first place.I just wanted my money back. I will not do business at this facility in the future. If this is how they treat all customers, I dont believe they will be in business much longer.Dont shop here.

The store was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We were asked by two different people if there was anything that they could do to help us and they were very quick at finding the four books that we needed. I recommend going there for some of the hard to find things but always the current items especially. I am a super book nerd so I go there when they release new books because Im certain Barnes and Nobles will have them

Im sorry I didnt catch the young ladys name but when we checked out(New Years afternoon)she was so sweet to us! She pointed out the BOGO coupon for cookies at the cafe. Of course we got coffees to go with them. Shes awesome.

I always enjoy visiting here, but yesterdays visit was unusual. Every time I turned around, someone was asking me if I needed help finding something. I like that kind of attention, because its so unusual in the service industry these days. They also gave me a coupon at checkout for a BOGO coffee at the Starbucks inside the store, and that was as good as a drink Id get at any other Starbucks. I always enjoy visiting this Barnes and Noble location.

Always a pleasure to go in where there are a million of things to look at and enjoy. The help is always very accommodating come on out of there Nook policies are fantastic.

Good and clean environment and actually found a book I wanted to read! Im not a big reader so that is so awesome something caught my eye.

Such an airy and friendly place. Love to just browse, hear children laughing while learning the value of books. If you have time there is a coffee shop in the store where you can enjoy quiet time, visit with a friend. If youre into music there is an entire room set aside so that you take your time, listen to your music selection before you buy. I do think the aisles are designed with wheelchairs in mind. Of course, for us short people we still need assistance in reaching the top shelves.
