Amazing customer service. I have had my system (whole house filter and softener) for maybe 6 years, no issues, until yesterday. I had a small part go bad, called them up, and the part was discontinued BUT they checked and found one left over and shipped out same day. Hard to find service like that these days! Thank You!

My wife used to be bottled water only, this system now beats out every single blind taste test. I have ordered at least three water filtration systems from Pure Water Products over the past 10+ years. Gene has always shipped them promptly and the kits are very well thought out, so that Ive never needed to go to the store for extra parts. Also, when I have had needed advice about what to buy and install, Gene has been very responsive by email and has even looked over a water test report to make recommendations. Pure Water Products is the best.

Weve used PWP for years and have always been very happy with our purchases. Weve used their counter top water filter 77 for years and it still works great. Weve used their shower filter,which is also very nice. I like that they also have small, simple, inexpensive emergency filter setups. We get replacement cartridges every year for the counter top model (the more you buy the cheaper they are). Their site offers a lot of informative & interesting facts about water filtration. *Weve purchased them as gifts for family. Giving others the gift of clean water is the best.

I have been a customer since 2012, and in all that time I have received outstanding service as well as a quality filtration product. My first purchase was a counter filter, was very happy, and then I purchased the under the sink filtration with the fluoride removal for our city water. The water flow is excellent and the taste is great. Ive had no issues with this product. When I have needed assistance, especially configuring it under my sink, they have worked with me to make that a successful process!You should not be disappointed in the product or service!

I have been ordering supplies and replacement equipment for my dry pellet chlorinator from Pure Water Products for several years (I live in Pennsylvania). The products and delivery have always been excellent, however most recently when I experienced a problem with a replacement power unit Gene was beyond excellent in helping me resolve the problem. It was a worth service for me when I purchased a system from them. The price for the replacement filters is very reasonable. I know I can get their help when I need one.

I purchased a Katalox Light AIO system to get rid of issues with iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide. So far, the system has resolved all of these issues and the customer service provided after the sale is second to none. Highly recommended.

OK i live in Yuma AZ and i do not work nor am I affiliated with this company in any way. But I have tried for over a week now to find a reliable trustworthy and honest company to purchase our water softener from. every time i called a company they would not answer their phone or if i tried to reach their technical service i would just always get an answering machine. So when i called here someone actually answered the phone right away and sent me off to a sales person. But i told the salesman i had the wrong number and i hung up. Then later i called back and asked for technical support and told them my water softener i bought from them had issues even though i had not really bought one from them yet. I was immediately sent over to technical support and was asked what was wrong and i told the man there was no problem i just wanted to make sure someone actually answered the phone in tech support before i purchased an item from them. He asked me if he could be of any assistance and i told him what i was looking for in a softener and he told me the size i needed and even told me the filter i was looking at on their website was over kill and showed me one that was less then half the price. i was so impressed with this man i asked him if i could have his name so i could give him a good recommendation to his company. He replied that there was no need because he was the owner and they take customer service very serious and always want to make sure the customer comes first. well after that i called back later that day and purchased my water softener from them because i felt 100% confident that if i have any issues Gene the owner will be right there by my side to walk me through over the phone. Once again i do not have any business dealings with this company i was just so impressed i felt the need to leave an awesome review so if you have second thoughts dont

Recently I had some issues with my tank and some other parts. Gene worked with me to resolve the issues, going above and beyond what I would have expected. Truly a class organization. Im in NY. I was doing a bunch of online research, and I got a pretty good idea of whats out there, but its very frustrating, because there are a million chemicals in this world, and who knows what you actually need to filter out. Everyone has an opinion. Well, I found the educational information on this companys website to be among the best on the web, and I eventually spoke with them and bought from them. They were able to tell me what I needed in a way that showed they knew what they were talking about. And the products they sell appear to be top of the line at a reasonable price.By the way, Gene was great with me on the phone. (I saw that one reviewer was complaining that Gene got frustrated while trying to supervise an install over the phone. I dont blame him. Customer, hire an installer.)

It took many months for me to select a water filter for a kitchen tap; I would go in circles, give up confused, and start over weeks later. On my last attempt (over five years ago) I found this seller. Real people that were knowledgeable, who took a long time on the phone with me, repeatedly, (I think I talked to everyone in the office) answering all my questions and never showing a hint of impatience--they seemed to like explaining the filters. I have now used their filters for years. When I needed a small extra part--to make connection fit, they sent it out quickly without charge. When I was confused over directions, they talked me through it.Their prices are competitive, but their service is exemplary. They know what they are doing and what they are talking about, they will take the time to help you find the right product for you, and they back up their products after the sale.

I ordered a countertop RO filter from this company about a year ago. I had some questions about countertop filters beforehand, which one of their technical guys answered succinctly. After my purchase I had some more questions about the installation procedure and maintenance requirements, which were also perfectly answered by one of their technical guys.My experience has left me with the impression that they are an honest company that creates simple and well-engineered water filtration products. Their website in and of itself has a wealth of information on the pros and cons of various water filtration systems, and also has general advice on what to avoid if you end up going with another brand (such as units marketing lots of unnecessary filtration stages). This sort of honesty and transparency is sorely lacking across many retail brands, and overall I was left with a good impression.I use their type A countertop RO filter to fill a few pitchers of water each week. Flow rate is ok; I set timers on my oven and my phone and have gotten acclimated to the rate. Its not the prettiest of products; my solution was to accent it with indoor plants.This countertop filter is not small and it occupies a fair amount of space. I would be careful if youre living in a studio apartment or are otherwise too low on counter-top space. I was able to place the unit on the windowsill across from my sink. If you need to place it adjacent to the left or right of your faucet make sure to measure dimensions beforehand. There is no permanent installation required for countertop units- this was my #1 requirement since I am living in an apartment. Most leases and landlords will forbid tenants from making permanent modifications necessary to install under-the-counter filtration technologies.With respect to maintenance and design all their units seem to be simple and well-engineered. One pre-filter, a membrane, and one post-filter. They dont upsell systems with unreliable electronics or excessive numbers of filtration stages. Each part can be replaced and their support/engineering team is responsive and practical based on my calls with them. So Im content and I tend to worry less about the many water contamination issues plaguing my local county.
