The quality of products this place offers is UNMATCHED. Customer service is top notch, and the dogs are adorable and friendly. Its hard to find a smoke shop with good product at good prices. Not to mention the great people and all around vibe. After shopping with them I cant see myself going anywhere else.

They love everyone here. All the bad reviews come with the bad days of the people who wrote them and maybe the HUMAN mistakes that were made then, had a reason. That being said, this place is so welcoming. I buy all my pieces from there and I’ll most likely drive out here when I move back to Fort Worth because of how amazing this place is. Easys does not, and never will compare. Jake and May always give me a warm welcome, and Jamie, (helped me pick out my first piece from there) and all the employees are always so eager to help with a smile on their faces. If you’re having a bad experience there, it’s probably on you.

Hands down best head shop in Denton. The employees are super kind and will tour you throughout the entire collection of glass. They are also extremely knowledgeable about their products. Anyway, Its just nice to go to a shop where the employees are people you would chill with any day.

I love giving unexpected gifts for special occasions and some of my family members do smoke. My first visit here I walked in with a picture of an item I needed and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Because of her willingness to assist I ended up buying a few other items from the store and created a gift basket for my cousin. The basket was a hit and I’m back again this week for items to make my aunt a basket (lol). The store is so clean and organized. It’s easy to shop. The attendant is willing to answer questions. it’s no fuss shopping.

First time there and won’t be back! Drove from Sherman because my friend told me how awesome y’all were! Bought a battery and sat in the parking lot to make sure it worked I sat there for 30 minutes trying to get it to even turn on (yes I charged it) went back in to tell them and to get a new one and the guy was super rude and told me no refunds or exchanges! I told him I never left the parking lot and it won’t even turn on and that they need to say that when giving a receipt (which they never gave me one) he said I’m not giving you a refund! I DIDN’T WANT A REFUND I WANTED A PRODUCED THAT ACTUALLY WORKED! I spent $35 for NOTHING thanks guys....

Heard terrible stories about how they treat their employees and did not enforce masks on employees or customers whatsoever even during the peak of the pandemic

Last few times i’ve gone, employees aren’t wearing masks. Sucks to realize a shop that you’ve been going to for a while doesn’t care about the health and safety of their community

They have an great selection of name brand glass, but they also have an amazing selection of local artists glass which I really love. You can get a lot of really great unique pieces and theyre prices are totally affordable. Actually, they have a really impressive array of products for just about any price range. The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely the only place I go!

Ashes is my all-time favorite place to go!!! THE STAFF ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! THEY ROCK!! They have an awesome Kratom bar that sells by the capsule or gram!!! I havent been able to find a higher quality online, or in any other local location. They have new stuff all the time, and you just feel good energy as soon as you walk in! You can either go to one of those chain stores, or even one of the local ones that someone opened just to make a buck, or save all that drama and just go to ASHES!!!

Denton is all the way blessed to have this little jewel of a shop. Hands down exceptional staff. I inevitably spend way more time than I intend to whenever I stop by because I enjoy chopping it up with everyone that works there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE

Love this place and I usually go by weekly, but today I was very disappointed to see that neither employee was wearing a mask. This is not usually the case but I may have to take my business elsewhere for now.

The best of variety for CBD and organic rolling papers. Staff always know what to recommend and when product will be restocked. If I move out of Denton, Ill take a trip just for my needs. Usually they have what I cant find at other places. Too bad no CBD energy drinks...needless to say, its a pretty good store.

Been going here for two years great shop with lots of variety, but the last couple of times I’ve went the staff has been rude. Not coming back.

Bought a cartridge pen that didnt work with my cartridge. Walked back in and rude cashier said it worked with his so wouldnt refund. Bad business. 25$ down the drain.
