Here is an email I sent to the manager outlining the great experience I had with the service departments here:Good evening,I just wanted to reach out and tell you about a positive experience I had and brag on your employees (not that you need anyone to tell you!) But I had the best experience last night with your evening crew and your Mechanic- I believe his name is Jake.My truck broke down on the side of the road and I was dreading being out there alone because Im a female driver and I knew it be an after hours call that went late into the night. Jake ended up being so kind and professional. He did the work and then called me to come start the truck because he wanted to make sure the battery wasnt dead. This was around 1 AM. Im sure he was exhausted. I knew he just got off another road call that took longer then expected and Im sure he was in a rush but he took his time and made sure the job was done right and that my truck was working like it was supposed to. We are all overworked and stressed out. It was so nice to see your employees, including the ladies In the office, be so kind and compassionate. When mechanics dont do their due diligence it can make our lives hell, but when they take the time to do things right the first time it saves us so much time/money/stress.Hats off to you and your team for a job well done. Us drivers notice and truly appreciate all the hard work you do. We couldnt do our jobs without you and your positive attitudes and high level of service make all the difference.Thank you for all you doStephanie

I arrived yesterday morning to have two tires put on.Was brought in immediately.I had to also replace the radiator, was allowed to buy my own.Crystal is a great counter person, very knowledgeable. Very caring about getting you completed and on the way again.Ronnie did the work replacing the radiator and was very efficient and cares about making sure that you are back on the road as soon as possible.I strongly recommend that this is the store you come to for tires or repairs.They have a crew of responsible people that know their job.

Great restaurant but the parking lot is in need of attention.

This is a Great Stop near the DFW area. Great in-store cooked food, breakfast lunch and dinner. Also Boston Market on site and Burger King (Better than Mcds).beer. Paid parking 18 bucks!!! Sorry, for only 4 stars, because of potholes and dirty lot.... But honestly, If they didnt charge for parking you would find No parking at all this close to Dallas!

The inside & the showers were very clean & love that they have a Boston Market...wish more TA’s would have these as well.The outside on the other hand, is full of holes & it is hard to maneuver the parking lot! Has plenty of grassy areas for the pups though & sidewalks for exercise!

Paid parking only. They wait till the lot is full and then tell you to move because you are in a reserved spot. The reserved spots are not marked...CROOKS

This shop is slow and lazy. Been here for 2 new trailer tires, they have them both off and laying on the ground since 1015 this morning. Now ot is 715pm, 9 hours later and nothing is done!! DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP, THESE SHOP PEOPLE DO NPT WORK!!!! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!

Well I worked in the Boston market at the TA(Travel center of America) in denton off 35. I mean where do I start it was a SHI show. When she found out I went above her head. She told me not to come back because she wouldn’t have anyone bad mouthing her Matt and marissa from Burger King. Tonya told them that I made the work place a hostile environment after she let her friend play the transgender card after she harassed me and was nitpicking At me. Her and marissa were doing people test and watching people videos, new hires didn’t know what to do without being told or showed. Then Tonya had psoriasis that she picked on a daily, would pull the chicken too early and serve raw chicken and say it will finish cooking in the warmer, then serve 3 customers the chicken. Was going to eat at BK for breakfast and saw the deli here. The lady that waited on me was fantastic and made my day better just with her pleasantness. The food was pretty good too. Showers were clean, water was hot. Took a star off because most of the parking is pay to stay. Plus it still looks like it’s been shelled by mortars.

This is the one too go to if youre in the area. Top notch mechanics & customer service

Just got gas but the pump area was clean and seemed to be well maintained.

Had an air-leak and stopped at thier shop and Krystal and Josh was very helpful in getting me back on the road even though International sent the wrong part....Josh was able to make it work using parts they had in Stock and get me rolling AND saving me money as well...Thank you Josh and Krystal...

Be nice if they’d fix all the deep potholes in the lot that have been there for years. Lord knows they’ve turned enough of the lot into reserve spots. 👎

Please require your restaurants to stay open longer and accommodate truck drivers.And if we ask kindly for extra sauce or ketchupDon’t be snarky, we already pay extra because it’s truck stop so put it in the bag please.

I was here 2 yrs ago and holes in asphalt on parking lot still in the same place, just got bigger. Careless management. Tires can be damaged, loads shifting, all they want your money for diesel and stuff. Bad, very bad.

Visited about 4am the 26th of January.Good people. Front desk girl (did not get her name) was welcoming and friendly. Nice attitude. Store was clean. Showers as well, were clean, towels plentiful, good pressure and enough hot water. Ended up getting a couple of warm breakfast items from Joann, the cook. Had the breakfast sandwich and the biscuits and gravy. Good taste and hot enough to still be warm after the walk to the truck. Joann was a nice friendly soul to start the day with. Very positive and good with people. TA probably already knows this, but her being there sells more than they would if they didnt have someone like her to engage customers.I enjoyed the stop.Thanks TA and Thank you Joann!PS...edit to say I noticed how management does more than copy and paste a response to your postings here, like: thanks for your review. They actually addressed issues brought up in the review! Now THAT is doing it the right way!

Dont stop if youre looking to sit down at the restaurant. Its closed due to construction. Will be for awhile according to the cashier. Other Trucker on these reviews said theyre building a Loves across the street. Not sure if its done yet or not. I didnt notice any signs for it.

Dont do the verzion shop there. Its just a retailer so whatever you buy has to be returned here.

My fleet stops here very often on their route to KC, fuel is relatively less expensive than other TAs My only complaint is the repair shop. One of our drivers showed up at 20:00 hrs on a Saturday for a tire repair on his trailer, they took nearly 14 hours to call him in and start working on the trailer and thats because we called and almost begged them to start working on the unit.

Tight parking area, a perfect place to get the front end ripped off your truck. Pavement all bashed up and in need of repair. Inside, nothing to write home about. Not a typical TA, but a fairly substandard one. They built this place a long, long time ago and have spent as little as possible on the place since. Much better you go to the Loves across the street.

Amazing employees one kept his cool as a lady went off he deserves a raise we are putting in New asphalt

Burger King was okay, except: no napkins and no condiments. Parking lot has a few deep craters.

The usual good service you expect from a TA. The shop people are knowledgable and they have roadside service for trucks. Plenty of parking and about 180 parking spots. The Taco Bell is gone and they dont have the usual Country Pride but they do have a Bonnies Kitchen.

If I could put 0 stars it be fair i shower has cold water and the ceiling fan keep blowing cold air freezied almost to the dead parking is place is the worst ever road are damage how can truck drivers be happy with this place when you have 11 long hours of drive and want to take hot shower good parking place none of this is good. Place are crazy.... and they want us to leave good comments not happening at all. Had to use hair driver to worm a shower a bit.

Pay to park, is terrible. Don6no what they do with that extra money, parking lot is full of holes, didnt see any garbage containers to throw trash in. Nor sure if they do but if you fill up or spend money there shouldnt have to pay to park.

This place has rude staffing, no room to walk through isles, always missing items, the only thing I liked was the little chicken shack inside was good!The new construction for loves is going to take most of their business here in the future!

Very clean truck stop! Having Boston Market for lunch is the closest thing I’ve had to a home cooked meal in a month!!! 🙏 Staff are very friendly and courteous.

Parking is tight lots of reserve. Food area going through renovations at this time. Staff is great and service / parts are great bunch of people . Got in and out in record time for dot and lube. They add a country pride and fix parking lot this place would get 5 stars!

Waited 18 hours for PM oil change, still waiting. They tell you a lot of excuses, like short technicians.I was told a three hours wait, but I ended up 18 hours wait until next day.If I would known that, i was going wait that longer, I wouldn’t had waited.Be aware that, if you are interested to have PM or any other service here, coze I heard while I was in the office some one complaining that he was waiting too, from Morning till night only for service.

The truck parking lot is abysmal. Everything else is great.

Sat for 6 hrs. waiting for road service. Only had 4 hrs left to drive and still waiting. Pathetic.

Paid for parking at 330pm on Sunday. Shower was good. Boston Market was yumFuel to expensive. Employee walking around making sure drivers are paying for their reserved spot.

Shop was quick, I guess was lucky to come in a good time. Needed PM done, was serviced right away. One of the best mechanics ever - Jery. Very recommended. Very attentive and proactive, answered every question I had and was quick.

Very nice people and helpful, parking Is good has a gravel lot below but its nice size and well maintained. Shower was awesome had two showers side by side and 2 sinks very well maintained and clean like a hospital. Food was country pride and good as expected with a good server. Quiet place to grab some rest all in all probably the wife and I top 2 of truckstops so far. Its worth the trip folks these truck stops are few and far between and its worth going out of your way to come here.

I checked in my truck at 1:30pm saturday for a front wheel alignment. Was told it would be around 4:00pm before they could get to it. Waited till 10pm at the site because you have to move your own truck in the garage. Went home and came back next day and they told me that the tech had been there earlier but they did not find my file. Was also told that I had to come back on Tuesday because the tech was sent for training. The people here are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Worst place to do business.

Great friendly people

This is an old 76 truck stop. It got a bit of a remodel. The people here are nice and they try to keep it clean. Most of the parking is pay to park. The free spots go 1st & fast. But overall not bad.

The shop here is shit sitting for 8 hours and counting to get in to the shop only 2 techs at night if amazon calls you get pushed to the end of the line you come here be prepared to sit for atleast a 10 hour break. I would give this place 0 stars if was possible

Great for a quick stop on a road trip. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Beautiful paint job. Lots of counter help. Even saw one of the attendees dusting the shelves.

These folks here are always so nice! They also have boudin for those of you who love it like me! The big plus here for me is they have their own little kitchen with some pretty darn good food!

Plenty of paid parking the food selection is slim but its ok.

Truly enjoyed my experience here. The food choices were pretty decent. I like that they have a dang good deli as well as Boston market. The Burger King is same as anywhere. When truckstops have something besides the same old fast food crud. That is something special.

Once again Im impressed with this place the staff is awesome and showers were clean and the food besides Boston market Im talking the store food was right on with everything. I would say this is my favorite place Ive been to. Parking fills up fast so had to pay for parking this time but thats what is the new thing I guess bit can use points for slot if things. Go stay there its a great place to stay.

Caught a Greyhound to Dallas here. What an adventure!

Its a decent place for gas or fuel but dont expect fine dining..But they do have a Hot Bar called Minit Cafe that will make sure you leave fat and Happy..

Boston Market has the best chicken anywhere! Their sweet potato casserole is even better than mine and mine is good! I would recommend it highly!

Horrible shop...made us wait 8 hours to check the alternator and batteries and said they couldnt find a problem and everything looked good...ended up breaking down in Jolly which had the best mechanics. The mechanics at the TA spent more time chewing tobacco, looking for tools and blowing dust around the shop rather than getting ANYTHING done! We were desperate to get it fixed so tried to be patient but was a waste of time and still got charged!

I gave a two star because of poor customer service. Cashier not attentive, I had to announce myself and tell him what i wanted. Over all impression of employee was I dont like my job. Showers looked seedy. I was expecting some guy to knock on the door offering additional services. Cost was 14.00, more expensive then other brands. I would have to be desperate to come back.

Small parking lot that needs to be fixed. No sit down restaurant. Just a BK and Boston Market. Nice staff though. Bathrooms where not clean in a while. One person behind the counter working, While three workers outside smoking.

Boston market and their hot food counter are great, but when they decide to renovate they take out the coffee, really?? I was at a loves that was remodeling, had only three diesel pumps and a little construction trailer...but they had a coffee pot with coffee. Trucks run on diesel, drivers run on coffee, simple concept. Get rid of the stupid worthless roller grill and put the coffee back.

The shop needs to inventory their parts, I called an hour ahead and told them the year make and model of my truck and was told to come on in for an oil change. When they get started they realised they did not have the parts that the computer said they did... Not good. While sitting there it looked like the employees where doing a scavenger hunt for parts. They lost 50lbs of freon....

Not to bad of a place. Bathrooms are really clean and plenty of parking spots for trucks and RVs. Has a Boston Market, Burger King and some other good spot that I didnt get to check out. The folks at Boston Market were really nice.

Great truck location. More reserved paid truck spots then open free spots at this truck location. No forced paid parking unless its a reserved spot. Burger king and Boston meat franchise at this truck stop. 8 showers available that I seen and mostly ready to use doing the day without major time wait.

Clean great place to stop grab a snack and use restrooms coming from Dallas to Winstar Casino.

As Ive usually seen, it offers better food restaurants than Pilot/Flying J Travel Centers and sometimes cheaper prices for beverages, etc. The tractor-trailer parking lot needs improvements - its old.

Went to Boston market and ordered a meal but when I went to pay they told me that they were out of cornbread. I asked if they gave a discount and the young girl told me hell no and they didnt want to make any. Rudest customer service ever.

The mechanics ask me to wait 4 hours and checked in again and they asked me to wait another 6 hours. They never helped me. Plus the guy from the front desk 8s so rude.

Plenty parking. Clean restrooms. I ate Boston Market. Chicken with Brussel sprouts, Mashed potatoes no gravy. It was delicious. Peach cobbler was delicious as well. Not to mention the Bbq ribs was good too.

The shop is a total rip off. I priced a air dryer filter and the lady told me that it was 112.00 dollars. After having the price rechecked and getting over the price gouging shock I priced the same filter at kenworth and it was only 39.24 there. Just another ta sticking it the drivers

I tried the Western Omelet. It was a very surprisingly great dish. A new personal favorite. The ladies really have a great dish here for a great price.

Spent our 34 hour reset here. My biggest complaint here was the food. Burger king and Boston Market was OK. Biggest complaint was in the store. Food expired!!! I wanted a salad but no salad dressings. I looked at their fresh fruit cups and all were expired. We purchased a single serve milk and ended up reaching to the back to get fresh milk because the ones to the front were expired! I ended up settling for just a Chobani yogurt and my husband got the Salisbury steak with corn and chili mac. His food was cold and horrible. Opened my yogurt and it had a fowl smell! No wonder todays date was May 25 and the yogurt was expired May 9th! My husband ended up going in to get a refund for the yogurt. Warning!!! Look at their dates on all their food!!!

Overall pretty good stop. I personally love the showers, staff was nice and while tight to park it wasnt impossible to do so. The parking does fill up though. They have a Boston Market, a Burger King and a deli too.

Everyone working here who I encountered was super friendly and awesome! From the lady who worked at the fuel island, to the staff at the shop who repaired my tail lights, to the really nice guy who cleaned my shower, and the totally awesome Burger King staff--- you all turned a really bad day into a really good day--and I thank you all!!

I had really bad experience with this TA, I was here on Saturday to fix an air leak including adjusting the clutch. They had called me to bring in the truck at shop around 9pm, I told the mechanic there is an air leak around the transmission area so he gave a look and replaced the fittings and never examined if the leak stopped or not then he told me to move the truck to the different bay to adjust the clutch then he screwed up with the adjustment of the clutch it took him 1 1/2 hour to figure out till then it was 2am in the morning. I woke up in the morning start my truck and shut it down after 30 min, I still heard the air leak coming out around the transmission area I went to the shop and told them the air leak you have fixed is still leaking. They have called me in the shop and gave a look what fitting it is leaking from the mechanic told me this is different fitting which means the previous mechanic had changed the wrong fittings so these guys are unprofessional mechanics.They did changed the bad fitting but they have charged me for 2 hours labor which doesn’t make any sense to me, it’s just 45 min job. It will be nice if they do their jobs professionally and keep their phones away.

Clean truckstop. Lots of parking. No restaurant but have Boston Market. Burger King and a hot deli which is good. Quiet at night.

Make sure you keep track of the hours their mechanics take to complete a job. Theyll take forever to complete a simple job and then charge you for it. 3.75hrs labor to change out a blower motor = $500 in labor, which = a $900 bill. These guys get paid on commission, so make sure you keep asking them where you are as far as the hours youre being billed for.

The facilities were pretty clean and both of the restaurants appeared to be clean. I cant say much for there buffet in the store itself but the Tex-Mex stand smelled really nice. Its worth a shot to save you from going down to the loop

Under construction place is a complete mess... Im sure it will be good soon but for now it sucks.. bk was still open and great food/service more expensive than a usual store because its ina truck stop..

The Boston Market has this great turkey plateWith 2 sides for about 10 bucks and it was fresh and delicious...how ever the truck lot isLike driving on the moon and i had a hard time sleeping because of a nasty odor...was almost like sewer gas....

Clean, not enough free parking, three places to eat inside, hamburgers, Boston market, and the deli. And the truckers lounge is good too. Super easy access to interstate 35.

A toilet with parking. No restaurant. Facilities are run down. Eh.. Half the parking seems to be rented paid for spaces.

This TA had the nicest, cleanest and most spacious showers Ive ever been to! The front desk staff wasnt the friendliest but Id go back just for the showers. Wish they were all that nice!!!
