Very good! Not a huge range of flavors for the frozen yogurt, and they dont have many options other than frozen yogurt. Pretty typical place! I enjoyed it! It wasnt over priced I got a cup about half way full and it was $5 toppings are pretty good too! Nothing unique. I do recommend the purple flavor, I dont remember the exact name, something tart. They also do let you have samples which is nice!!

So had a good visit to Yogurt Story today. The friendly staff and good selection of fresh topings is always nice to see. We also love the addition of a set of table games for people to barrow and play. Great Idea and a tip of the hat for whomever made that plan. I only give the place a 4 star because the bathroom was not clean according to my daughter.Final verdict....We will be back and we are sure the bathroom may have been a one off due to them being a little busy. If your thinking of going then support this location. Very happy with the service and freshness of the selection.If you like my reviews and images please drop me some likes! Clean place. The staff is quiet but nice. There are always tons of flavors and toppings to pick from and they rotate quite frequently so if you aren’t satisfied just come back in a week and I’m sure there will be something eventually. Definitely satisfied!

Compared to other yogurt places I think there could be more options of yogurt here. Or at least switch them out more often. The flavors here are good though. Toppings are great and always fresh. Staff is nice. Facility is clean. Price is reasonable. Definitely hits the spot for a sweet tooth!

I love taste of plain yogurt which called Italian style tart there. Theres information board that we can get local information which is good.

The staff are super sweet, they have great deals, and the store is very clean. The people that come here, however, are very rude and entitled. They do not adhere to the 6ft rule at all. I came here and other people crowded around me so badly that I had a panic attack and had to leave.

It was definitely delicious, definitely worth the $30/2 and definitely worth the drive - at the time.Now that Ive moved even further away, Id need a much better reason to drive out there than for expensive FroYo!

Great location! The store is clean and inviting with bright colors and a relaxing environment. There is a great selection of flavors and I would definitely recommend the watermelon sorbet, it’s delicious. The cashier, Melanie, was quick to greet every customer that walked in with a welcoming smile and was quick to clean up after customers when they left. Definitely enjoy going her and will be going back soon!

This is long overdue! however one of the best yogurt places! I just relocated to Denton from gainsville! My brother and I went to Jersey Mike’s and then went to yogurt story, love the atmosphere and the employees. Kaitlin is such a doll, very friendly! Love the taro as well, this is one of the only yogurt shops that has it. Super pleased with that, will be back soon to use my 25% coupon! Thanks!

Favorite yogurt place to go to in Denton, I never had to juice balls and Kaitlin was nice enough to allow me to sample each flavor. Also tried the new yogurt flavors, love the watermelon sorbet! My husband and I came in on a hot day a few days ago and we’re pleasantly surprised by how amazing the cashier was. She was so attentive and kept everything nice and clean. The shop was immaculate and service was amazing. I name was Kaitlin!! We will be returning very soon!

5 stars for great customer service and price (they even give student discounts). After explaining to the cashier that it was my first time in she offered sample cups to taste each of the flavors, which was incredibly helpful. They had a limited variety of flavors for the base, but they do have good variety for toppings and the cashier was quick at cleaning up any mess around the area.

Today’s visit at Yogurt Story Denton was incredible. We were greeted by Kelvin Mark upon entry into the store and the customer service was great along with yogurt definitely 5 stars from the yogurt to the customer service! Thanks Kelvin we will definitely visit again!

This Yogurt Story used to be great, but its not anymore. Ive been going here for five years and the past few times has been a TERRIBLE experience. The last time I went, we were there about 15 minutes until closing. I understand that you want to go home, but I was eating my yogurt with my husband and little sister and had to smell Pine Sol because they started mopping right next to my table!!! SO RUDE! I was SO mad! Also, Im thinking they got new ownership or management or something, but they put flashing lights up and its just annoying. I also feel like I have to be in high school or college to go there, which is stupid. I wont be going to this location anymore, even though its the closest one to me. Other locations (like the one in Flower Mound) have much better service. Dont go here if you want a good experience,

This is a small frozen Yogurt store that also sells fruit infused bubble teas with popping boba and fruit infused bubble-aid with popping boba.

The staff person who checked us out was so very Rude! I was treating my teenage nieces to a nice yorgart outing. Our bill was $17.10I gave her a twenty and a quarter...the register said the change back was 3.42. I said it should be 3.10 back in a polite voice...she said she didnt like how I talked to her! We were so surprised at her response and she said it again when her fellow employee came up. I will Never go back because of her! The yogurt was good:-)

Normally like this place, but pretty lame to drive through traffic at a time youre supposed to be open, only to find the store locked with a handmade sign that you will return at 4. Its 4:20 🤙and still no one is here. After waiting nearly a half hour, I think Ill head over to Yogurt Bliss.

Denton yogurt story is by far my favorite place to go!! the store is always super clean, always smells like fresh fruit and the customer services is by far the best ive ever had at any other place! They really do make you feel welcomed and right at home. And not to mention the yogurt is sooo delicious 😌😋. Also kaitlin, the cashier, always greets me with a smile on her face when i walk in, i come in fairly often and each time its better then the last. When im stuck on which flavor or topping i want, she doesnt get impatient or aggregated, she helps me out and even give me some of her best recommendations!
