I just went to Glens pawn shop and found a nice Led TV. The store associate made me a great deal on it. The TV was to big to fit in my car and a very nice woman associate had come out to my car and offered to transport it in her truck for me. I want to Thank you all for great service and quality product.

Mike did a great job hooking me up on good prices for my trades and had a lot of knowledge on the products I was looking for. I have been searching for a reliable pawn shop for a while and this shop gets the job done. Clean and organized store and friendly service on top of that. I will definitely be back.

Great pawn shop and focus on musical instruments (many guitars, trumpets, sax, and string instruments). Caleb was awesome and I got to test a few basses out. Made a great deal. He went above and beyond, ask for him.

Glens is the Cleanest most organized pawn shop I have ever seen. Obvious that a lot of care is put into this place. Great prices. A man named Caleb has helped me a couple times. Compassionate employees. Pawning items is never a easy thing when you’ve fallen on hard times. The employees care, and worked with you on making payments so you wouldn’t lose your items. This is the best place to find good deals on just about everything. The inventory is always changing and everyone who works there is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Caleb has been fair on every purchase ive made and doesnt hesitate to make sure your comfortable with the merchandise you buy.

I love this Pawn Shop. Super personable and relaxed atmosphere. Always my first go to for great bargains. Caleb makes you feel welcomed and my children are treated extremely kind. Which is huge as a single mom with 4 children, 1 being special needs w/ a service dog.

Excellent customer service. I called to check if they had a Nintendo Switch, they said they had it. I asked if I could buy it over the phone and I would pick up later in the day. They agreed and now I am a proud owner of a Nintendo Switch. Very fair price, if I have a need for anything priced fairly I will definitely be back!

Not much of a Pawn Shop guy but went into Glens because of the instruments I always see when I pass by. This place offers more than instruments. They have tools, electronics and bikes. The guy Jimmy that was working displayed excellent customer service and was helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out. Very nice staff and items.

The majority of their items seem to be musical instruments and equipment, with a little bit of electronics tossed in. Then again, I was coming in to sell, so I didnt really take the time to look thoroughly.This was my first time doing business in a pawn shop, but the guys here were great. Naturally I didnt get as much as I could have if I sold my items myself, but they have me a respectable deal given the turnaround.If you have stuff to sell and dont want to deal with the Craigslist weirdos and the Facebook flakes, these guys are pleasant to deal with.

Went in to see what they had since the store is under new ownership and was surprised how clean it was compared to other pawn shops. Merchandise was cleaner than other places as well. My sons 13th birthday is tomorrow and he has been wanting a guitar since he was 5 years old. Took him and the staff was so helpful in helping him pick out a great starter electric guitar. They made sure he got everything he needed for it as well. I would like to add that I got the amp and guitar at a way better price than buying a brand new one. Equipment was tested for quality before we purchased it also. I see this place as adding a lot of value to Denton. Thanks guys!!!!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. They do not have a grasp on the current market prices for quality products. The item I brought in was in excellent condition and retails much higher than the quote they provided me. When I asked for clarification they showed me the database they used which had similar items to mine but were considerably older and in worse condition. When I pointed this out to them they wouldnt budge or accept that opinion. Do not go to this store. The previous owner was fair, friendly, and looked out for his customers. This new team seems to be interested in one thing. MAKING MONEY at the expense of the consumer.

This place is very nice, they let me browse in peace without interrupting my shopping to try and sell me something. But when I had questions they were very helpful! I got a great used Yamaha Acoustic in here for half the price it would have cost me new. It was in near mint condition! This place carries quality instruments at affordable prices. Enough said!

Today, I stopped in to sell some audio equipment. This shop has changed significantly since its previous owner sold to Max Money Pawn (who has a sister store over by Papa Murphys in Denton).I met with Jimmy, whos people-skills and service was well above what I have come to expect compared to the experiences Ive had at other pawn shops in the Denton area. It is also very clean, especially after their renovations. This shop is definitely worth checking out.

Im a very critical guy, but I really like this pawn shop and place it above all the other pawn shops in this area. They will give decent offers for buying and selling and will go up or down if you simply ask. These guys have helped me out big in times of trouble. They also have amazing old and new gear coming in and out. I wish that they would deal with tape decks, but otherwise, there are some serious steals in that place as far as effects, guitars, and amps. If you are a gear collector/ musician in denton, you probably know this place well, and if you dont you should really sort out your life. That is all, thanks glenn, bye bye
