Love this Kroger. Its clean and always has what I need in stock. Never have had a problem in this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I drive across town just to go here. Kroger in general has a great deal on vitamins. BOGO

This store only usually had one cashier open. Its very annoying. I hate using self check out when I have 2 carts full of food!! Stuff is defrosting and melting while Im trying to check it all out on self check out with no room to hold my bags... The Starbucks staff are always helpful and sweet in this store. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. But parking is a nightmare.

An average full service grocery store where fresher than fresh usually means greener than green. Their prices seem a bit lower than other full service grocers but not so when compared to the grocery competitor which claims always low prices. The latter also has fruits and vegetables superior to Kroger. Kroger provides adequate parking and easy access to major thoroughfares.

Just like all Krogers Ive been too. They go above a beyond. The only thing I would recommend, get fruit a person can eat now, not a week later. I always try to buy Avocado there but it is three days from being ready to eat.

This seems to be talking about the entire song center. The Kroger is great. Good Morning Donuts is one of the best donut shops in town. If you havent been you need to go.

Mi Tata Mexican food. Excellent enchiladas, the chips were warm and the salsa was fresh made with selantro.. Drinks were very good too. Great service.

Nice plaza. Kroger is the anchor store. You can do groceries, eat at the Mexican or oriental restaurant, order your choice if pizza, Hut or Johns, work out, get hair and nails done, get disciplined with martial arts, send a packages, get teeth worked on, fuel up at Kroger station, then do business with one of the two banks there. Parking can be tight on busy days, plenty if youre willing to take a stroll. Nice area has developed and being developed.

Only my second time at this location it was very clean organized and the shelves had plenty of everything on them un like some other stores in this area. We were very pleased with our shoping experience and will return again.

Very clean, meat department is great and helpful. The little girl was slightly stand offish to help but a joke got us through the touchy moment. He is good.

Kroger is the store we frequent by far the most in Hickory Creek Plaza as it is our go to grocery store.

This is where my Great Clips is - the stylists at Great Clips always do a great job with my hair and the price is fantastic.

Grocery pick up is terrible in this location. Always out of stock and cant even get a receipt at this location, yesterday I was told you will get an email. Inside is ok. The Associates are great people, very friendly but perhaps management doesnt set the right expectations at this one. Loop 288 location is much better. Better in stock and always get a receipt.

Like this particular Kroger very much! Still require masks especially of their personnel Hubby and I greatly appreciate that since we are still in a mess with COVID -19. Very friendly and many more item than the Krogers Southlake and Keller although Keller also has Utz potato chips whereas Southlake does NOT! VERY helpful personnel also!

This is the second time in a row i was delivered expired milk with curbside pick up service, one of which is expired a month ago.

The Kroger here has absolutely the best bakery! They decorates cakes beautifully! I brought in a party cup and asked if she could match the frosting on a cake to the leaf details on the cup. I could not have been happier with the results!

So I love the selection this Kroger offers but.. BUT. They are frequently out of stock on items so much so that I frequently have to go to Sprouts across the way to finish my shopping. The staff is nice and courteous and the store is clean just the holes in stock is my only criticism.

People are nice, its just it can be a bit stressful during their busy times as you feel like cattle being yelled at and hurdled through. During the down times you get better attention and can think and make decisions on your shipments.

Great selection, very friendly, location can be suspect ( traffic) But thats not on Kroger.

Fresh produce clean store nice employees

Not as expensive as Albertsons but more expensive then HEB. I moved here from San Antonio Texas, where theres a HEB on every corner. Their prices are GREAT. They carry ALL the brands I like. Just have to used to being disappointed every time I go grocery shopping.

My only problem with this place is they dont keep items in stock. Ive been waiting for a certain item for a while now and they just moved the item next to it over to fill in the space. Ive even told management about it and still nothing. Other than that the staff is friendly and the place is clean and masks are mandatory.

Has been my favorite (though furthest) of the 3 local Kroger stores. Slightly less crowded parking, better manager offers, so sometimes better pricing.

Plaza is nice. We go there for TMA, martial arts for my son. Awesome!! They are the best, my son has developed skills, gained confidence, and they reinforce every day life skills with honor and integrity.

I enjoy the smaller grocery stores. This grocery store is smaller and that is how I like it. I love the smaller pharmacy too. People are friendly and even though sometime the lines are long.....i would rather shop here still!!

I really dont go to a lot of Krogers but this ones special because its around a very high-level real estate elevated shopping center and to be honest the service is so much better they have very good sushi which is weird because you wouldnt think that I really dont go to a lot of Krogers but this ones special because its a brand new store. And I really like the decor of how the population and the way its runned is so professional that makes you wonder whats going on with the rest of the world.. why cant every story be like this one this is a very special Kroger Im telling you they have wonderful deal there are products that are expensive too. Because of the real estate. But the food is fresh the employees are actually happy there they want to be there. Ive had nothing but good things about this place and honestly Im just honored to be a part of it and to go there and shop and get products to smile they make my day

By far my favorite Kroger. It is the cleanest, the most organized, and the friendliest staff. I will come here instead of the Loop 288 location everytime. And you can’t beat the coupons, sales, and savings!

Nice, clean store. Employees are friendly and more often than not they have enough cashier lanes open to handle the amount of business they do so there are no long waits in line.

Clean...although funny how people at both of the other Krogers are nicer. I took my change into the coin star and EMPLOYEES WERE VISIBLY LAUGHING AT ME IN A GROUP. THE FUNNY THING IS I PROBABLY MAKE MORE MONEY THAN THEIR PARENTS.

Great place! Drinks and food were excellent!!!It was pretty packed when our group visited on a Sunday, and even with a reservation, we had a 20 minute wait.I shall return though! Like I said, great food!

Everything is good here But grocery pick up. They threw all the cans in bags like 10 to a bag, so much so, that it was all spilled out in her bins and had to be rebagged. I got dented cans, bruised bananas, didnt get everything I asked for with no notice. Then they didnt bag the milk, sugar or even the pineapple. I live on the 4th floor! So I cant have overfull bags busting or things not even bagged. It costs extra but I recommend delivery. Much better customer service.

My favorite grocery. They have 90% of what our family needs, its produce is fresh and the price is right. With a Groger card you can save a lot, too. The store staff are very friendly and helpful, I hardly find anyone unhelpful there.

I always go here when I can afford it 😂, but they have a great produce department, same for the seafood/meat department. The Boars head deli meat is the best too! And they also have a wide variety of organic stuff and great nutriotion department!

This little shopping center is turning out to be a frequent stop for us. Its got a Kroger, a Starbucks, a Chase bank, a Great Clips, a little Mexican food restaurant, and a bunch of other things that I am sure I will start to frequent as well.

Has the stores we frequent the most and largely its Kroger. Kroger is the best of many stores weve used, as their produce is fresh and well tended and the stock item choices are always upto date.

Love Hickory Creek. Visited the Jersey Mike’s. Great sandwich, the restaurant was kind of dirty which is not usual. They may have had a huge rush just moments before.

The Service Is Beyond Outstanding

This place has Banks, Mexican food, Chinese takeout, and a neat yogurt store Pizza, a gas station, small gym, and a whole bunch of parking.

This place is great! From the frozen yogurt to Krogers. I love this plaza and it is my favorite place to go shopping!

Ok, so... a standard Kroger, but this store remains to look new and has exceptional help when you need it. I work for Walmart and still prefer this as a grocery store.
