Quality of filter has gone down hill. But thats what happens when its family owned and quantity becomes more of a priority than quality to pay everyone to be expected. Cant even keep a will call parts clerk because of the bashing by the all family staff

I have a cooler in my home for over 10 years, No surprise that the motor bearings have worn out. I contacted this company last year and Joe sold a replacement motor to me which I thought at the time I would do the swapout, but I said I might have them put it in after all - at that time time their labor was $97.50. Shortly after the motor purchase I bought a belt from them - I received the wrong belt, had to go back and get the right one. Now 1 year later, I called to schedule a service call to change out the motor, left a message for Joe - 1 week later no call back from Joe - I called again for Joe - Still no call back from Joe, he has Ally call me back to tell me We really dont do residential, were commercial Really?? Joe didnt have any problem selling the parts to me and letting me believe that they could do the service. These folks mislead me and are a complete disappointment - Now Im waiting to see if I received the right motor... Well see!
