After some online shopping and previewing, I requested prices on about a 1/2 dozen rugs and Melissa had them to me in a about an hour. I made and appointment the next day and after a pulling the rugs, we came to some quick conclusions about the direction I was going. Cut to a trip downstairs, we pulled several more, unrolled them upstairs to preview and narrowed things down in no time. Everyone couldnt have been more helpful and offered great suggestions. I had a great experience with Azari Rug Gallery. I have a gorgeous Persian tribal rug that I got from a local Iranian family. Unfortunately, my dog decided to chew 2 areas of the rug while chewing a bone. I took the rug into Azari and their expert weavers made the damage disappear. For many years I have taken my 40 year old Chinese rug to Azari for cleaning and repair. They do a superb job. I would not take it ANYWHERE else. I highly recommend them.

We bought a rug from Azari for our living room. The staff asked us some questions about what kind of rug we were looking for and spent a good 30 minutes lifting up rug after rug so we could take a look at their huge selection. They put the ones we liked aside and gave us plenty of time to decide. We bought another rug from somewhere else but it wasnt nearly as soft or thick as the one from Azari. They sold us a thick padding to go underneath as well. We will go back to Azari in the future. I highly recommend them. Their selection is incredible and they know what theyre doing.

In the past month, I purchased a dining room rug as well as well as a kitchen rug from Azari. So pleased with both selections. Daniel brought the rugs to my house after selecting them in the store, to check the size and see how it looked in my home, before purchasing. Staff and owner were great to work with. I even had an existing rug cleaned and repaired at Azari. Highly recommend. Huge selection.

Our ~8x10 oriental rug needed a good cleaning and some repairs including rebinding and reattaching one fringe. I set up an appointment for them to see the rug and when I took it in, they discussed the required work with me and then quoted me a quite reasonable price that included an underpad to keep the rug from slipping. They called when the rug was ready and I picked it up the next day. They demonstrated to me what had been done and made sure I was satisfied before they rolled up the rug. They also fixed a few fringes that they didnt charge for. The work was expertly done and with the cleaning it looks like new! We are planning to take another rug to them soon.The shop is close to I-25 on South Broadway and street parking in front of the store is available.

Ive now taken three rugs to Azari Rug Gallery, two for repair and all three for cleaning. The service Ive received has been nothing less than excellent. The repairs have been completed to a standard of excellence that has restored the vitality of the carpet to the time of purchase. The cleaning has been completed in an equally professional manner. A few years ago I showed Jay a few pictures of fabric swatches and other rugs I had and he had perfect selections brought up to show me out of many, many rugs they have. I purchased the ones that worked and am very pleased with them.Recently I brought in some inherited antique rugs to be cleaned and repaired. They did an incredible job on the two I had repaired - above and beyond my expectations.

Daniel cleaned our wool 9 x 12 rug that our wonderful rescue dog who recently passed away had pretty much ruined with urine. I had bought two of these rugs and they matched perfectly and I didnt think the rug could be saved, but it was!!!!The entire rug was very saturated and smelled so badly that we had rolled it up and put it in our garage and wrapped it up, which we should not have done. The care and diligence shown in cleaning the rug showed. No smell, no stains! It looks brand new and matches its mate perfectly. We couldnt be happier.The rug was picked up and delivered to our home in just over a week and for a very reasonable price. I had other companies refuse to clean it or give me a price that was astronomical with a definite no guarantees!. Daniel told us he would do his absolute best and that while he also could not guarantee us an outcome he would do his best and truly thought it would work out well.We will not only use Azari Rug Gallery for cleaning rugs but to buy them in the future also. The attention to customer service and to pride in their work was such a wonderful change to experience. Excellent company! Excellent people!

I exchanged a large carpet I bought in India years ago for 2 smaller ones at Azari. I normally take hours, no days to take such a decision. But late on Wednesday afternoon I carried my Kashmiri carpet to Azari, looked at options, negotiated for two replacement carpets spending more than planned. I should have negotiated better like I did in India, but still it was a great experience.

Daniel knew immediately from our description the type of rug we would like. We indicated the ones (from a very large pile) we wanted to consider and then he spread them on the floor. Everyone was polite, gracious and wore masks as we are still dealing with COVID-19. The number of rugs we wanted to take home to try out was no problem. We took 6. We chose one and went back the next day to make the transaction. From looking at rugs and then purchasing was such an easy, pleasant process. I would definitely recommend them. They have an enormous supply of rugs with enough variety to satisfy all tastes.

Great place for authentic rugs and antiques. The owner is friendly and extremely knowledgeable (he identified our 80-yr Turkish rug, our 50-yr Chinese rug and our hand-made Indian rug with a single glance.). We brought these three rugs in for cleaning, pads and minor repairs and the work was expertly done in the half the time promised. While there, my wife saw a 200-yr old santos she had to have and came back later to bargain. They have a huge inventory of authentic Persian, middle-eastern and oriental rugs.

I bought a fabulous 9 x 12 foot rug. It was delivered on time. Daniel and Abraham moved all of my furniture, laid the mat and the carpet. They stretched it appropriately and put all the furniture back in less than an hour. It was great service. This company is totally focused on the customer.

I have used Azari a few times over the years but first time I have written a review. This is THE place to buy, repair and clean your special rugs. We have had our Turkish/afghan/Persian rugs repairs here over the years. One rug we had that is 100+ years old had patches missing from abuse over the decades. The team was able to full the patches, match the dye, adn I cannot tell where the repair was made. They have also done minor repair (fraying edges for example) and always present multiple options: more exhaustive repairs for the higher value rugs and more economic for the lower rugs. Finally, I have used them to wash rugs, which they all do on sight. If you have not done this: do it now! Amazing to see the original colors come back.We also recently have bought a couple of rugs. What a great experience: no pressure, great explanation, willing to bring them out to our house (multiple sets) to lay out and see what ones fit. We could not be more happy with our purchases.J and his team are great. The sale or service is not transactional: it is a true relationship where they want to work with you as a client for years. I could not recommend them more.

Its my favorite store to visit; not just rug store, any store.My top reasons :--- Staff is very competent and knowledgeable and never applies any pressure to buy.-- There is an incredible selection and staff will go through large piles without complaint-- I do not buy any significant product where I believe I have gotten better value, that is quality for price-- The staff or their parents have come from all over the world and are uniformly pleasant to deal with and know their jobs.I strongly suggest you pick out several rugs you like and then take them home to see which one works best. Had looked in Colorado Springs where we live and at several businesses in Denver for a rug for our family room that was within our budget when we then found Azari Rug Gallery late on a Sunday afternoon. Upon walking in, Daniel introduced himself and asked if he could help us. He was extremely helpful and showed us several rugs. When we then explained our limited budget, Mr. Azari took us into the bargain basement where there are hundreds (probably well over a thousand) of less expensive, but still high quality, hand woven rugs. He immediately showed us a rug that was within our budget and met the visual description we had given him and Daniel of what we were looking for. Mr. Azari then told us to take it home and, if we still liked it upon seeing it in our house, to just send him a check in the mail! Who does that anymore?? We gave him our name and address, and then Daniel and another employee carried the rug and a pad about 3/4 of a block to where we had parked our car. After bringing the rug home and laying it out in our family room, it was perfect -- much better by far than anything else we had seen at the other 6-7 rug stores we had visited. The check went immediately into the mail! Azari Rug Gallery will definitely be our first stop the next time were looking for a rug!

A few years ago I purchased three beautiful wool rugs from this wonderful gallery. In April, Azari picked up my rugs for cleaning and graciously stored them for me for an additional few weeks to avoid construction dust. I highly recommend Azari!

We have in the past been very happy purchasing rugs from Azari, especially with the ability to take a rug home and try it out (which we did multiple times until we found the right rug). Now we use Azari to periodically wash our rugs. They do an exceptional job: the rugs look great and they have fast turn-around.

We had a great experience at Azari. J, Melissa, Evan and the rest of the staff worked hard to make sure we saw all of the rugs in the size we needed (I do not know how many but it was a lot) and were most helpful in helping us narrow down the group of rugs we liked. They then let us take the final four to our home in Silverthorne to try them out in our room, which was essential to our deciding which we liked best. We are not experts on rugs but it sure looked to us like every rug was of high quality (some more than others, of course), and my wife and I love the rug we ended up with - which in the end is the key. If we need another rug in the future we would not even think about going anywhere else.6/8/21Just bought our second rug from Azari and the experience - as well as the rug - was as great as the first time. Selection is incredible and the staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful (especially to non-experts like us). I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, work, and integrity of Azari rugs. I brought them a labor of love when my puppy destroyed a big piece in my beloved rug. Awesome place! Evan and Jay were great. They took the time to consider our space, worked with us to find the perfect rug, and we were not rushed at all. We searched for months looking for the perfect rug. Glad we found Azari. They have tons of rugs and were the only place with a nice selection of square rugs. I wish we went here first. This will be our only stop on our next hunt for a rug. Thanks Evan, Jay, and the Azari team. You guys are the best.

I am an interior designer and I purchased a rug from Jay and the staff at Azari Rug Gallery for one of my clients. The customer service at Azari is exceptional. The are present, warm, communicative, accommodating, and they moved probably two stories worth of rugs before we found the right one for our space. They allowed us to take rugs home to see them in my clients home. They were committed to helping us find what we needed, whilst educating us about the various types and qualities of rugs. I will bring all of my clients in need of rugs to this establishment. I feel like I can call Jay and his staff friends now, and I look forward to many more business transactions with them in the future. I HIGHLY recommend them.

After purchasing a Turkish rug from Azari Rug Gallery seven years ago, I finally brought it in for cleaning. When I picked it up and brought it home, I was surprised by how the cleaning brightened the colors. It is by far my favorite rug in our home and I vow to bring it in for cleaning more regularly now that I know how good a job the crew does.

We had a really great experience at Azari, and cant wait until we have an opportunity to go back again. Jay is very knowledgeable about the rugs & helped to make us feel comfortable & confident with our investment. The rugs are high quality, and the inventory is so fun to look through - so many beautiful pieces. The staff was awesome - very accommodating & patient, & even helped entertain our wild 3 year old. Highly recommend that you skip the big box stores and go here. Night & day difference.

This is like Disney World for rugs! They have over 14,000 rugs and the owner Mr. Azari is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. His entire staff is courteous and helpful. We traded two of our older antique rugs for a new rug that fit our dining room better. Gorgeous! He was more than fair and made sure that we left VERY happy. He really cares about his customers. There is no place better to buy rugs. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU!!!

I have been bringing my Asian rugs to Azari for cleaning for 5 years. They do an excellent job of making my rugs look new again. Their prices are very very fair, less than what we pay in other cities, and their employees are attentive to customers.

This place is great! Daniel & Evan helped me sort through giant piles to find just the right rug. When I first walked in, I thought I wouldnt be able to afford anything (they have some pricey stuff). But I told the owner my budget, and the style I like, and they took me right to many affordable options. I definitely recommend this place to meet all your instagrammable rug demands.

Went to Azari looking for a small rug to go at the front door of our vacation home. We actually found two rugs we liked but were unsure if they would fit our spaces. J let us take the rugs with us to try in the space with the ability to return them if they didnt work on a handshake. Just said to drop a check in the mail if we wanted to keep them. Very impressive business style and level of trust these days! Well, the rugs were perfect and the check is in the mail. Our experience with Azari Rug Gallery was excellent. We were looking for three separate rugs and had very specific color scheme to work with. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We found the perfect rugs. This store has the biggest inventory of rugs Ive ever seen. There is something for everyone. Daniel and Mr. Azari personally helped us out and had a keen eye to matching colors and styles to the fabric samples we were trying to match. Theyre courteous, professional and great to work with. The rugs are very high quality. There is a range of pricing depending on origin. Highly recommend!!

The website is great but it is only a preview of the fabulous experience you get when you walk around the store. My recent contact had to do with the second cleaning of our living room rug. Daniel Campos showed up on time both for pick up and delivery and was professional and excellent throughout. This is kid glove care at it’s finest. We had a problem with some pesky moths in an area and Azari froze the rug for a period of time before cleaning it. It looks brand new. I cannot recommend them higher. Professional, intelligent, and extraordinary attention to detail all at a reasonable price with amazing results. Azari rocks.

I brought an antique rug to Azari Rug Gallery for repairs and the results are so beautiful!! Mr. Azari walked me through all the options/pricing for how to fix certain damaged areas and also gave me so much information about the rug I couldnt have learned otherwise - for example what particular patterns represent, the estimated age of the rug, etc. Mr. Azari has so much integrity and cares about doing his repairs justice. In all 22 hours of labor was spent reviving this rug and I couldnt be happier with the result!! Its life will be longer and I can confidentially vacuum now! I cant wait to return to buy something. The selection is wonderful. A true gem in Denver.

Azari rug gallery did a wonderful job of cleaning our oriental rug. The rug was long overdue for a cleaning and had taken some hits from our furry friends. But the thorough cleaning Azari gallery performs removed almost all the pet stains and most importantly the smell! Our rug was MUCH softer, the colors more vibrant and truer to their original state. We also requested that the fringe be repaired/replaced. What impressed me most is that some businesses would have agreed to do this looking for an easy up-sale, but instead the owner made the recommendation that it would not look as nice or authentic and recommended instead trimming the fringe. The fringe looked GREAT and so much cleaner! Overall we were very pleased with the quality of service and care they provided. We highly recommend Azari for your oriental rug cleaning needs, not to mention they have an amazing selection of beautiful rugs! We hope to be able to add to ours soon!

The service here is outstanding. Ive taken multiple rugs in for washing and repair, including a large flat weave that our new puppy ate part of. The Azari weaver was able to fix the chewed edge and match the yarns so that I couldnt even tell where the repair was made. And, they sell beautiful rugs.

Im not surprised at the high ratings for Azari. Ive purchased three rugs from Jay and had very pleasant experiences each time. The selection is outstanding. The prices are fair and seem to be on the low end of similar rugs at the competition. They really have an appreciation for what they sell.

I have shopped and had my area rugs cleaned at Azari Rug Gallery for years. Just recently they were able to thoroughly clean two such which were subjected to the puppy we adopted last fall.

I recently had Azari Rug Gallery clean two silk rugs for me and they did a fabulous job. They are priced competitively, had them cleaned quickly and even picked up and dropped off the rugs for me.
