Need to share the EXCEPTIONAL experience we had today at Appliancesmart. First, I was sent a very complete and helpful answer to an inquiry text I sent last evening. The saleslady, Mayra, who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions and concerns. The washer/dryer set they had in stock was exactly what we were looking for and attractively priced. On top of that, their delivery charge was equally reasonable, included new hoses, setup and haul-away of the old appliances...AND they delivered the same day! There were no surprise! additional handling fees or other gouging. To cap it off, their delivery team was right on time; two very pleasant fellows who took care with not scratching the appliances or our walls and set things up quickly. I could not recommend this business more highly!

This store is the best appliance store i’ve EVER been to! The workers there are extremely nice and helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Mayra is so knowledgeable on the appliances and very sweet. Definitely recommend this store above any other appliances store!

I’ve purchased a few used appliances from this store. The staff is pretty helpful. The delivery was on time and easy to schedule. I like that they have warranties to protect you when buying used. I had an issue with my dryer and they offered to bring a replacement out very quickly.

We bought a washer and dryer from here about a year and 5 months ago. We had issues straight from the start. Techs had to come out multiple times and ending with them giving us a different washer and dryer then we originally wanted and they were older and still the same price as the one we wanted. They didn’t last long. Here I am now and the washer is broken and the part to fix it is worth as much as the dang washing machine is. There’s only 80% chance that fixing it would work. So the washer is garbage. Now we’re buying new which I wish I would have. If I could give anyone advice buy a washer and dryer new.

This store is ran very poorly. I looked at a few fridges and they had mold growing inside of them. Prices are overpriced, near new in box prices. They claim these appliances are new but if they’re new why is there mold growing in them? Disgusting and not worth getting sick. Also seen some dead cockroaches laying around. This place is disgusting. The owner Jacob is very rude as well. If I could give this place no stars I would.

I bought a French door stainless steel refrigerator for a great price ! So affordable and accommodating! The staff was beyond helpful and delivery was on time

Appliance Depot is great! We picked up a washer/dryer set that was really reasonably priced. Delivery was easy to arrange and quick. Unfortunately our washer immediately had problems. Fortunately, Appliance Depot is awesome and promptly sent out their tech. He couldnt reproduce the issue so he said to just keep them updated. Well, the problem returned so another tech came back out with some new ideas. They ended up replacing a couple other parts and it fixed it! I am so grateful for their hard work in resolving the issue. Jesse kept in touch with me and assured me theyd take care of everything. Our experience with them has been excellent!

I had some significant issues with my installation and damage caused to my home. The store did help resolve some of the damage but some remains unresolved. The refrigerator I purchased in the store had no cosmetic damage in the store, but had a huge dent when it was delivered so I sent it back. I also had an issue with the oven that I purchased but as they have manufacturers warranty the manufacturer is replacing that appliance.

I truly enjoyed shopping here. I bought a refrigerator, double oven and frontload washer and dryer. They delivered, setup all appliances and removed all the old appliances. I am so happy with all. Myra was my sales agent and she was amazing!!

If i could i would give them a zero my landlord bought a fridge from this place and fridge was infested with cockroaches! Now im having to deal with extermination and the cockroaches. If you are a landlord invest in the home its going to cost you more to get rid of these animals than to purchase a new fridge.

This place is awesome and so well run. To the beginning of a great sales staff, delivery team, management, to technicians/maintenance team. We bought a dryer and dryer. Dryer had an engine problem. I left a message, got a call back in 5 minutes, tech lead called me 2 minutes later, and I had a technician at my house within 30 minutes and they fixed the issues. Thank you so much!!

We are glad we bought our washer & dryer here. In the market for a NEW set, we listened to Valeria’s pitch: get a Refurbished set forabout half price (about 1.5 years old, with a few minor scratches).She explained that they are the only dealer in Denver who services theirmachines during warranty. Since they do NOT want to come outto repair them, they make sure it is in top condition before sale.The machines have been working great for 2 months now!

I purchased a fridge from this place for a rental . was not cooling so I called and the response blew my mind. The Best service I have had in my whole life. I have high expectations and standards . do not hesitate to do business with these people .

Appliance Depot has a great selection of appliances at great prices! I got a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer in near-new condition for the price of a new refrigerator alone.The sales staff was fantastic, and the appliances were delivered and installed the next day. I highly recommend checking out this store. This shop will be my first choice for appliances on my next reno project.
