Went in to buy my first bike today a Kawasaki Ninja 650. Rocco on the phone told me to walk in and ask for him exactly what I did and Rocco immediately recognized me and started helping right away helped me learn about not only the bike but the safety as well as the gear. Tim helped me out with gear and finding good stuff as a new rider and was very helpful to learn about different safety ratings and what stuff is worth. I worked with Matt to purchase a 2020 KTM Super Duke GT out of state (1200 miles away). Matt was super responsive, friendly, and answered all my questions clearly. Sun was able to facilitate the whole purchase remotely, and from contact to taking delivery was less than a month. They handled being onsite when my shipper arrived and prepped the bike. Matt even spotted a sticker on my pannier that had been damaged at some point and ordered me a new one unprompted (I hadn’t even spotted it). It arrived intact and ready to roll. There were some hiccups along the way with my temporary license plate not being mailed and then being mailed via snail mail. However I didn’t take any stars off as they were apologetic and all is well after an extra week of waiting (a bummer, but it’s been a wild last year for everyone, so some slack is warranted I think).

My experience was very smooth and positive. I went window shopping and found exactly what I wanted. Rocco helped me every step of the way. Besides, when closing the deal, they offer great deals. I highly recommend you to get your motorcycle or atv at this location. Highly recommended.

One of the best experiences I have ever had buying anything! My sales associate was Michael Piertzak who was knowledgeable and there with me through the whole experience. I ordered a bunch of additions to my ATV and Tim from accessories spent so much time in person and on the phone helping find the products that fit what I was looking for. Also the manager made sure to come and shake my hand every time I was on site. Customer service was amazing! This is where I will buy my toys from now on.

I just bought a 2006 Goldwing from Sun and the entire experience was awesome! Bob Delia was my salesman. He was very easy to deal with. Took extremely good care of me. Bob had the bike gone through service and they ordered a brake master cylinder kit to repair a brake issue, changed the oil and, he had them put NEW tires on the bike!! That was huge! Thanx Bob! Also, I bought a helmet and jacket there and got it at cost for getting the bike there! Friendly atmosphere with no pressure and great prices and service! Pleasure dealing with them. Ps. Before riding away Bob noticed that the gas was low so he had them fill the tank!

My son was on a trip from Des Moines, Ia. to Montrose, Co. just east of Denver the valve stem on the front tire gave out. Sun Enterprises said that they could fix it if we could get the tire to them, we used the bikes tool kit to remove the tire and another bike to get it there (30 miles one way) Jay, Mat and the guys at Sun got us right in and back out the door in 20 min. I had seen a Polaris Sportsman on their website and sent an email immediately about my interest. Long story short, I NEVER heard back from Dennis, so I drove 45 miles to Denver to see it in person to only hear it was sold the day before. Not only were the salesman very rude and unprofessional, they didn’t care at all about making a sale. Also, they never took the add down, so I sent yet ANOTHER email and still ZERO response. I’ll be happily taking my business elsewhere and so should everyone else!

Worst service department and customer service STAY CLEAR of this place! First time we had service done on our Polaris they lost our machine, second time for service they say theyll do an oil change in a day as long as we have our Polaris to them by 10 am. Then 4:30pm comes along they still havent gotten our machine serviced, we even had an appointment (that took 3 weeks to get). Now they have no idea when our machine will be done and we have out of town reservations because they said they ONLY needed a day. Stay clear, we will not be going back!!! Save your money when going here!!! And for the gentleman how sold us this machine ROB, communication gets you good reviews, which sir you dont have!!!!

Their parts department is so incredibly rude and unhelpful on the phone, I almost wish they just wouldnt answer, as that would be less insulting and just as helpful as they have been the last two times I have called in. They are incapable of checking parts interchange for common applications like sprockets and will blatantly argue with you if you request that they do. I hope my fellow adv and dual sport riders read this, and avoid sun motorsports at all costs.

The staff here are super-friendly. From my questions about service on a non-standard gocart, to expert help with helmets for my kids, I was really impressed on my first visit. The had a terrific selection of helmets, and even though they dont themselves service my gocart, I left with some ideas. Much appreciated!
