I just wanted to leave an honest review because the lady Caitlin bragged about what great reviews she had and I didnt find her to be that great... When I specifically asked for a used car that was 10,000 she only provided one option which was a 2020 suburu that was 21,000! She kept reminding me that this was a ran and owned womens business that was her point of sale. She had little to offer me. When I told her $333/month was too high after I said I was willing to put down $2000 with good credit she had zero counter offer. Basically I felt she tried to scam me because I didnt know anything and she wasnt willing to work with me at all. I will never use a broker again because they are the middleman and are worse than salesmen.

It was an amazing experience working with Catherine to buy my car. She was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. My Auto Loan company did not release the payment for almost 4 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, but Catherine was extremely calm about it. She worked with me to get this sorted. Also, soon after I purchased a vehicle, I realized a part was broken on the vehicle. On informing Catherine about it, she immediately ordered a new part and had her mechanic replace it for me free of cost. Shes a wonderful person. I did next to nothing aside from test drive cars and sign paperwork, which she brought to me at my apartment. We were looking for a safe, inexpensive vehicle for our son, who just got his license, to drive. We also needed a pickup truck to haul materials for the house we were building. After looking at at least a dozen trucks with relatively high mileage and at least 10 years old, we found one listed by Cars4U. It was easily the cleanest, best driving truck we had looked at, while comparably priced or even cheaper than every other vehicle we had seen. There was not so much as a stain on the carpet or leather seats or a speck of rust on the frame. This could have been a vehicle just off of lease, rather than a 13 year old pick-up truck. Catherine re-arranged her schedule to meet us in the evening for a test drive, and completed all of the paperwork for the sale that same evening. I was seriously considering purchasing from Cars 4 Us existing inventory until I took the car to a shop for a pre-sale inspection. The brakes, exhaust, and gas and break lines underneath the car had severe rust damage to the point that my mechanic said if it were him, he wouldnt pay a dollar for it. Glad I didnt get taken for a ride by this shoddy dealership. I would have appreciated a modicum of honesty up front.
