Every return part I make, I have to call and stay on top of them to receive credits. The last experience they transferred me around to different departments to address my credits and eventually get disconnected. I call back.. its the exact same thing until the dept needed is conveniently closed or at lunch.Theyre supposed to automatically apply return credits to your next purchase but they never do.They give you return numbers that later comes up as non-existent when you go to check on them after a few weeks of never seeing it applied!Thats what youll be dealing with if you use this company!Theyll never be more than a last resort supplier.

Not much room for raises, advancement. Starting a battery delivery, no incentive, they bring in temps at a higher wage than employees. It used to be fun to work here, management issues.

Totally clueless when asked about OEM thickness glass. Most windshields are cheap paper thin junk that cracks in 6 months. Got the impression they didnt know the difference here.
