Ive only bought parts at Mike Shaw, but its always been a good experience. Couple of times they didnt have a part in stock, they were able to get it in about 24hrs. People are always nice and if it gets busy, other people jump in.

5 stars for our honest, friendly, positive salesman Austin Elzinga and our financer Josh was transparent in his paperwork and explanations of what we were assigning, as well as straight shooter with regard to pricing and our deal. He worked hard to get us the best deal we could come on were very grateful to have had the chance to work with him on our visit at Mike Shaw Subaru. This service department is like most dealership service departments. If you have made an appointment you can get in and out pretty quickly. If not, expect to leave your vehicle at the very least overnight. I have a new vehicle, so far things have gone well. My only complaint would be the inconsistent job of washing my vehicle has been.

The best Subaru folks in town, if not in the entire state of Colorado! Ive been their customer since 2011 and I never left feeling like they didnt give me the best service possible. They are very honest and stand behind their work and word 100%. Every service representative is knowledgeable and fun to talk to. My favorite is Kathy N., she helped me on so many occasions, I dont even know how to thank her and all the great people at Mike Shaw Subaru.

Service was great and people were friendly and attentive. Took my Subaru in for recall service and the work was going to take 3-4 hours but they offer a complimentary shuttle service for within 10 miles so I wouldnt have to wait there. When I picked up my car it turns out they also washed it for me. How nice!

Ordered a Fuel Pump on line. Online showed the they had the part available. Tried confirming with parts guys to make sure since we needed the kids car back up and operational asap. Well they didnt have it so they said it would be delivered the next day by 1:00. Never heard anything. I call and they didnt have it and had no idea when they would. Parts guys were in my opinion rude and unhelpful and basically gave me the feeling I was a pain in the rear. Said they would call me when it arrived, never did. I had to call around 5:00 and they then told me they had it so I got to drive across town in rush hour. You get the feeling they dont care about your business and dont like what they are doing. We have bought and leased numerous Subarus from Shaw and have always been thrilled with the sales staff. Parts department however is very disappointing and not what I would expect from a Mike Shaw dealership.

The guys in the shop department are great. I routinely work on my own Subarus and other local cars. There are some parts that are simply the best and should only be purchased from the dealer. I purchase my parts online. I get notified when the order is processed, then I go pick up my parts. The parts staff knows me and I am in -and-out. The service in the parts department is how service should be everywhere.A+ Guys

It was very easy to find and purchase the windshield sun visor that I was looking for. Unfortunately it is NOT custom made for my Subaru and I probably could find a better fit buying a generic one. Instead I overpaid for a folding cardboard cover with the Subaru logo on it. Dont waste your money!

Lack of adequate customer parking was slightly frustrating, but the guy at behind the desk when you walk into the service center severely lacked customer service and frankly rude. That said, upon a different staff member walking in and seeing I hadn’t been helped got me to where I needed to be, found the missing staff member needed to assist me and got me on my way which was much appreciated.

My experience with this place was horrible! I left a great review at the beginning of December, but my feelings have changed! I was sent home with a car just for them to take it back because they lied the contract so the bank sent it back for them to adjust and the dealer just told me to bring it back.... A little off Id say! And no one seems to be able to answer why these features were added when they were not even in the car!!!Be careful and make sure you read your contracts before signing anything. Now I still have no car and my credit is worse then when I started out! Very disappointed with service! Feel VERY deceived! !!

My wife has been waiting almost 4 hours for one electric problem to be fixed.... I’m pretty upset, I just bought a brand new car 2 days ago. 2017 Subaru Impreza and it’s already having an electrical issue. I’m a military member and I was excited to go with a Subaru model, over Toyota, Jeep and Chevy. This is my first Subaru and I can’t believe it’s already having issues. Thanks for the car with issues only 2 days into owning it... 😅 the cars sales man was great the car not so much... I should be given a Subaru Crosstrac at the same price but we all know they won’t make that happen.. costumer is always right make me happy please.

I bought a 98 Saturn SL from this company around March of this year. It broke down on me a few days ago. Were only in May. I drove the car for a few months. Pistons 1 and 3 were leaking. It was a $2500 repair. They sold me a lemon. I wouldnt buy anything from them if I were you. A guy named Matt specifically sold me the car through a Craiglslist ad. No matter how cheap their cars are, I would look elsewhere if I were you.

Bad service, takes forever to get any costumer service. when you do is good but to get it that is the problem.also seems no 1 ever works therte or work on part time because whoever takes care of you takes 3 days to return your call or for you to find them. everytime you just get transfered to a different person that never gets back to you in time until you are already attended by another person
