Employees are always so genuine and friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and listen to your needs and comments. Not just pushing the companys latest product or deal, but helps you based on what you tell them. And Bare Minerals products rarely disappoint.

Had a great experience in their shop this past week. The sales lady spent a lot of time with us making sure we had the right shade of foundation and not overselling the products. If I lived closer I would be back for more things. Great store and great sales people!

Was pleased they had Lancôme.The best mascara I’ve worn Definicil for years.Staff was attentive but didn’t hover, I appreciated that.Definitely recommended and worth a stop.I discovered while waiting for Apple service.

I have used bareMinerals for a long time and love the makeup. As I am getting older now - I realized I needed to change up some of the products I have been using. I went to the store tonight on the 16th street mall and Alexi was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.Thank you so much Alexi - I look so much better..;)!!

The sales reps are always friendly and I never feel pressured to buy more than what I came into buy. They are great at color matching and always recommend based off of my skin type. Will be a repeat customer.

I was just in and had a very sweet lady name Alexi that helped me. The process of finding new makeup in a new store can be so painful! I had the best experience and she helped me to find exactly what I was looking for without one snotty look or comment, like you get in other nice cosmetic chains. I will definitely be back.

I love bareMinerals, my favorite lipstick is from the company. However today I go in, and was HOVERED over like I was going to steal. Do you know how uncomfortable it is to have an employee stand over you(within arms reach) while trying out lipsticks on your hand to pick a new color. I understand that the store is downtown, and they are more likely susceptible to theft, but COME ON! BACK UP AND GIVE YOUR GUEST SOME FREAKING SPACE..... Ill drive to Cherry Creek from now on.

Rita was super sweet to us today! I love how she did my make up. Ive been shopping here since 2006 and they always help me out.

Horrific customer service, I have honestly never seen anyone in this store tbh. Especially since the Sephora opened across the way. So you would think the two people working would have been excited to see someone in their store, but no. She was not at all helpful and as said in a prior post she hovered assuming we were going to steel. The experience was so bad that I honestly thought about turning around and returning the items I bought as soon as I was out the door. Its a good thing they are going out of business soon because this was unacceptable

An employee at this store spent 30 minutes trying to up sell me on other products before getting anywhere near what I was there to purchase. I left without buying anything and I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Love this shop Staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. And the makeup is incredible.

This is the easiest makeup to use. I never liked the mask look you have with most makeups. With Bare Escentuals I can just wave the magic powder wand over my face and go.

This is a nice, clean store that is located on the lower level of the Pavillions on the 16th Street Mall.

I hope whoever reads this is ready for story time, as this will be a bit long-winded. lol.This review is in response to a wonderful experience I had at Bare Minerals; specifically with Miss Tara. I hope she (and her boss) can see this, and be proud of her exceptional work and customer service.I walked into this Bare Minerals after first walking into Sephora across the way. I had mismatched concealer and foundation on my face, looking like a complete ghost, from the associate who tried to help me at Sephora. I didnt own anything other than mascara at that point, and my outlook on getting anything new was now pretty meek...Waltzing into Bare Minerals, I immediately find Tara and explain my situation of needing to look like a professional sales lady for an interview I have next week for a job Im dying to get my hands on... blah, blah, blah.. Im sure I just information barfed at her, looking like some kind of pale and stressed-out phantom. And she thoughtfully listened to every last word. I am so thankful she was there, with a big smile and a good sense of humor. She walks me through the basics, and helped me select a package deal on several of their products. She gave me pointers on what products I might want based on my lifestyle and budget; had me apply a couple tester products by myself.By the time I left that afternoon I was completely at-ease, confident in the value and quality of the products I purchased. I dont think I can say thank you enough!I hope Tara gets the chance to read my review as a token of my immense appreciation for her time and genuine consideration of my special case. I also hope whoever her boss is reads this, GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE, BONUS, & PROMOTION. She deserves it, and obviously gives 110% in her work.:)
