Extremely disappointed they won’t allow returns without a receipt anymore. Would have been really nice to know when I purchased my products that the policy changed..... plenty of other places to shop....

One of the employees was sweet and pleasant, answered all the questions I had but the other one was disgustingly rude and snatched product out of my hand then put it behind the counter where the cash register is, probably because she ASSUMED I was stealing. This was my first time giving Sephora a try as I usually always online shop or go to Ulta. Not going back to another Sephora again just for that incident.
Its very dirty. Everything was covered in dust over by NARS. The product was not organized and everything was mixed up, broken, dirty, etc. Took me forever to find my shade. This is supposed to be high end? I felt itchy and wanted to sanitize my whole body after walking out. Instead of just standing around, one of the girls couldve grabbed a rag or duster. I have no desire to return even though I have a gift card.
Not a lot of choices for mens fragrance.

Been here many times before and Untill I met Marlene, it changed my perspective completely. Customer service was amazing. She informed me about new products and got me what I wanted. She was so kind and really made me want to come back!!! Marlene was wonderful and her makeup skill just amazing! This girl knows her stuff!

This sephora was great! The girl that was working was so nice she helped me out with what I was looking for and gave me a sample even though she was super busy! I wish I could remember her name but I will be back for sure! The products she recommended are awesome!
Wow! This has to be the worse Sephora I’ve been too. I bought a bite lipstick that came broken, went in to return it, she couldn’t find the same color (store is very unorganized) and I wanted to exchange it for another one since they didn’t have the one I bought but instead did a return without even offering me any options. I really think when we have jobs customers service related we need to know how to treat our customer this lady’s attitude made me not wanna come back to this location ever again. I honestly didn’t even chose another one just because of the attitude. Save your time and go to ulta they treated me so much better and helped me find the shade I was looking for

I’ve either had great customer service here or with one girl (dark hair), I dread seeing behind the cashier desk. She is fake friendly and with whom twice there has been a slight issue. The displays are kept pretty well the times I’ve come, aside from the occasional missing tester item. I mostly shop Sephora online, but this location is nice.

My fiance and I just went into this location on 09/13/19 at around 7 pm and dealt with the rudest woman we have ever dealt with at Sephora. We came in because my fiances makeup fell apart and we just needed a simple exchange, the woman decided to be rude and all but flat out accused us of lying about what happened. Im not sure why this woman is working retail if she doesnt know how to speak with customers. It also turned out that because the sale we originally got the make up on was now over we would have to pay the difference on an exchange. How does that make any sense?
Marlene is such great, helpWhen it comes down to the knowledge of knowing the product and what works better with your skin . She is awesome !!!!! I would totally recommend her if you want good results ...
Some of these girls seriously dont know what theyre talking about. But its a convenient location and I hate driving to cherry creek. Theres only one girl thats always super helpful. I dont know her name but black hair tattoos piercings. Shes always smiling and helpful. The other girls looked bored and not interested in helping you.
Sephora is my favorite store so it takes a lot to piss me off while shopping there but the girl at this location was horrible. Rudest employee Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Tall blonde and bitchy. Literally helped everyone in the store but me. Had to specifically ask for products because the store was basically out of everything. No exaggeration, went in specifically for 5 things from 5 different brands. Out of everything from those brands. Apparently the girl working there would rather stand around talking to the other employee (whose makeup has me wondering how she got hired) than help customers. I will not be back. I would rather drive an extra 15-30 minutes to go to a different Sephora.
Great customer service they welcome you as soon as you walk in and help find what you need. The store has cleaned up nicely too

There was only one employee working on the floor. And it was pretty busy. She was helping me with finding the right product and shades for me. But I felt unsure of everything i was getting because she was In a rush and wasn’t really taking time to look at the products wether they matched me or not ( for example I wanted a brightening concealer and the one she said fit was wayyyyy to dark), the other products she helped me with were great. anyways I feel like it wasn’t her fault but the store for only providing ONE employee. She had to greet customers, be a cashier, help people with their needs and watch the store. That’s a lot for one person. I felt like she was not given the chance to be her best at helping customers because she was all over the place due to the store only providing one Sephora employee.

Super bad experiences every time I go to this Saphora . The manager ( tall blonde ) rather pretends to stock then to help costumers find what they need Ive seen this more then once. The other employees have no clue about what theyre talking about, theres only one girl I like asking anything to, dont know her name but she is super pretty and has piercings and a full sleeve of tattoos .

I kept getting stared at the whole time and then one of the employees came over and acted like I was going to steal really rude and ridiculous.
This Sephora is by far the best Sephora ive been too! Wonderful staff and always greeted with a smile. 5 stars from me. Special thank you to Teryn, Candy and Jackie for the wonderful experience and all the help. Will be coming back soon. :)

Check the prices online before purchasing at this location. I paid a couple of dollars more than I needed to on the Fenty Beauty Mattes. Also, its like 3 reps that actually like their job. The rest look miserable and not helpful at all.
Only one employee working in the Sephora department, but I was able to quickly find what I was looking for (although the selection is much more limited than a full-size Sephora) and check out quickly.
Great staff, someone helped me quickly and made suggestions on what to purchase.
Employee do not know what they are talking about nor selling. Save time & go to the bigger location in cherry creek.

I love the cosmetics of the SEPHORA range, they are of the best quality, I highly recommend them ... if you want makeup, achieving a lasting look is a good option in products.
