Guy who does Interlock Service is very unprofessional.. told me I owed 130 dollars then when disputed he goes on to tell me its 80. When I decided to Call the interlock customer service he got very rude with me as if he didnt want me to confirm the price. Upon calling Lifesafers customer service they tell me all that is due is a small fee of 18 as it is my first month of service. While on hold with customer service the Interlock guy was inside the shop yelling about The kid getting his Interlock Done.. safe to say wont be coming here for any types of service even though it is the easiest stop for me.

After several other Guardian dealers could not install the system properly, A&J has been above and beyond what I would have asked for. They not only corrected others (multiple others) mistakes but did it so well that I havent had any issues since! Having quit drinking alcohol I really needed someone who was going to help me get through these two years easily and A& J are those people.

A&J Tire and Service Center is way too amazing. The staff is outstanding, and incredibly knowledgable. My tire blew, and needed a new one ASAP. A&J also informed that me I needed another new tire, before that one went as well. I specifically remember Jiffy Lube telling me that my tires were fine. Goes to show you, local is the way to go. Thanks to A&J I am back on the road, and driving like a champion again. Thanks guys! I will definitely recommend this service to others!

@palerider80206, I had great customer service here and they are very knowledgeable people. Ive noticed that the negative reviews on this shop seem to all be from interlock users. I feel you (as well as the other negative reviews on here) are taking out your frustrations for your irresponsible decisions on this trustworthy shop. My understanding is this is a family business just trying to make it by.Even if the service you experienced that day wasnt to your standards, what are you expecting? My personal opinion if youre curious, interlocks are like a punishment. Not something that should simply be easy for you to do. You need to learn a lesson. I highly doubt they told you they couldnt install an interlock because your tires were bald as you said. What does that have to do with anything?Anyways, the reason I got on here was to share my recent experience I had. Went in because of some sort of bubble on the side of my tire. They looked and informed me it was an impact break something that could happen from hitting a pot hole too hard. Long story short, I was able to get a new tire within a few hours at a great price and Im happily back on the road. If youre looking for tires or any auto service this is the stop I would recommend.

Beware and never send your car there. Towed my car to this place and was told I need an engine since timing belt broke and my engine is interference one, which is WRONG. They priced an engine for $7200 for a $3000 worth car.Was also advised to junk it. Sent it to another place I was lucky to find and got everything fixed in 3 hours and car running even better than before! Bad experience!

This place is the worst if you want professionalism and common respect. I have been been here numerous times for my interlock service and it is always the same what looks like mother and son team that dont make eye contact or engage the customer. They both seem very unhappy and bitter. I have tried numerous times to be polite and they could careless. They older lady will sit and start texting while you are standing right in front of the counter. Or start playing with her wig. The man acts like he is about to take a nap on the counter. Probably from diabetes. They both act and look very unprofessional. I guess if I had that job I wouldnt be proud but I also wouldnt take it out on the customers. You want to be treated with dignity even if you have made a mistake and learned from it! Im not usually as cutting but Ive been dealing with it for a while and Im through. I will be going elsewhere from now on!

I will never go back!!! They have the worst attitudes! I came in for oil change and to have a coolant leak checked. I was told my car could be done within 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I walked around to the garage and ask one of the technicians about my car. He told me I don’t know I’m not working on it. I ask him can I please speak with the person that is working on it? He walked off and went to speak to a different technician.That technician walked up to me, and told me that the man working on my car went to lunch and that I would just have to wait since my car was already here. I told him I was told it would be 30 minutes and it’s been over an hour. I ask him how long would the wait be? He told me, “I don’t know he went to lunch you just have to go back inside and wait.” I went inside told the man behind the desk, “I need my car now, you told me it would be 30 minutes it’s been over an hour.” He was friendly, and got me my car. He told me that the person working on my car was the owner Adam. Shame!!!I do not recommend this place for anything!!!

If you are looking for terrible customer service and wanting to deal with people who hate their jobs, this is the place for you! Went through 4 days of hell trying to give A and J a chance to fix our interlock device and they FAILED. Went to Extreme Auto Repair in Parker and they fixed us up in less than 30 minutes! It was such an easy fix that the repair guy at Extreme Auto Repair was laughing as to why A and J couldnt fix this simple Interlock problem. We even tried dealing with the manager Devin on a mature and patient manner. NOTHING FIXED, NOTHING RESOLVED BY A and J. They kept blaming the problem on us, saying it was user error. They were wrong. Just hope the bald guy behind the counter isnt working there as he is the worst!!!

DO NOT USE FOR INTERLOCK. There Tire service may be good. I wouldnt know I used them for Guardian Interlock. DO NOT USE this company. Here is what you will be dealing with. First they will push a stack of paper work for you to sign and then act impatient while you try to read it. They want you locked in. Because once you find out how poorly you are treated by these people. That alone will make you want to leave them. Leaving them is a $200 charge. They bring you in with the hope of inexpensive service. What happens in the small print on the contract is that if you over heat this product 82 degrees you lose time on your next visit. Unscheduled visits are an EXTRA $40 + the cost of paying your monthly visit $60. If you try to talk with them about how unfair this is they tell you, you singed the contract that THEY HURRIED you through. In my opinion this is a scam. If you also pay attention they have numerous comments below. That look like they paid some internet reputation company. I would find it very hard to believe that any one was happy whit this company. Every time I had an issue there I was greeted with OPPOSITION and as to how their policies aren’t their problem there mine! Here is a list of things that will give you an unscheduled visit: above or below temp 40 – 82 degrees, missed rolling retest, unplugging to fast, leaving this unit in your car, the unit giving a false positive. The last one I feel is the most important. This company will report to the DMV every fail even if the rate of decent is not human. This means that the DMV is in charge of filtering out what’s a positive and what’s not. Has anyone ever seen the DMV have the manpower to cypher this out? I REPEATE DO NOT USE A & J TIRE FOR YOUR INTERLOCK

I took my wifes car to another shop and was quoted over $1500 worth of repairs. I went to A&J for a second opinion and saved over $1000 in unnecessary work. They did the job right and Ill be back for other car needs in the future. Thanks
