I cant say enough great things about my experience at Rocky Mountain Eurosport. I had been on the hunt for the perfect truck for some days. While I didnt know what to expect at first from a smaller business, I can tell you that the customer experience is one of time and consideration. Greeted at the door by Stefan, he asked me questions, got to know me, and genuinely made me feel like my time there was not a push to sell me a car, unlike most of my other experiences at big dealerships. He gave me time to look the car over on my own. I crawled underneath, got inside, opened everything up. I asked questions and if he didnt have the answer he went and found someone who did. At no point did I feel like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear, which was again something I experienced at other dealerships. While waiting in the lounge, staff checked on me, asked me if I needed anything, and I got to observe another salesman just sitting down and swapping pictures of pets with a potential buyer. There seems to be a no-pressure sales motto here which personally made me feel MORE comfortable in my purchase. When the time came for financing, Sana went above and beyond my expectations. She got me a better rate than I anticipated, worked with my time frame and budget, and explained every step of the process. She too, never made me feel rushed out of pushed along for the next customer. I like doing business with people who love their jobs, and she is one of those individuals. I had 2 cars that I was looking at when I was in the market for a new vehicle. One was here, and it was $5k less than all the other dealerships with the similar make/model. I was sure there had to be something wrong with it, but when I planned to go test drive both the cars on my list, this one was first, and only car I drove that day. After speaking to the sales rep, we got my info scanned and I was in the car for a test drive in less than 10 minutes. The car was exceptional. Everything about it was dialed in. I couldnt understand how they were selling it at such a discount. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because I just moved to CO from another state and had the financing setup and ready to go for a new car, but they were reluctant to work with a credit union from out of state and were kind of pushy to get me to use their lender. Despite that, I got a great rate from their lender which was extremely competitive to my initial offer from my credit union. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle and going through the paperwork, I found out that they also do maintenance and bodywork and thats how theyre able to offer such competitive pricing on the vehicles. Long story short, this place has great cars, and great prices. Ill definitely look here again when its time for another car.

Went to RME in Denver to purchase an Infiniti FX50s. Worked with Ed Rivas who was very helpful and welcoming. This was the fourteenth vehicle Ive purchased in my lifetime. Overall, I felt that this was a straight forward transaction and although my offer on my trade wasnt what I wanted, it was still reasonable. When it was time to finalize the deal finance manager, Stephan, took his time and didnt pressure me to buy all the extras that most finance managers try to push onto their customers. The entire sales process only took about four hours to complete which in my experience was amazing. Overall, my experience at RME exceeded my expectations and its been seven days since this review that Ive had my Infiniti FX50s and have not had any troubles with it whatsoever.

This was my first time buying a car, and I was very nervous about the whole process. RMED was the first place I went with the intention to purchase a vehicle that I found out had been sold the night before I got there. Do NOT purchase any extended warranties through this dealership as they will play dead when youve canceled it and want your money back! They will not sell me the car unless I buy aftermarket add ons totaling an extra $2,000.00 plus I have to finance it with them or they will not sell me the car. The reason they stated was that they dont make enough money and I have to because of their low margins. This is nothing more than a scam!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST ANOTHER GREEDY DEALER TRYING TO SCREW SOMEONE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!!

Maybe you guys should stop selling vehicles that dont even work properly the mechanic worked on the jeep 4 times and still today it has a check engine light. By the way the jeep belonged to the mechanic before we purchased it so what does that say about your technicians that cant even perform a simple diagnostic

Buyer beware if you use Navy Federal or USAA.I tried to purchase a vehicle at the full asking price. Upon agreeing to the terms I informed them I would be using Navy Federal and I was told by their sales manager that they would not do business with me if I chose to use Navy Federal, or USAA. They wanted me to finance through them and then refinance with Navy Federal later. Shop elsewhere.

I found a truck on line just looking. Got an email from Leon, telling me to contact him if I wanted a test drive. So I did. Went for a test drive for 2 hours got a pre purchase inspection drove it for a bit and returned no hassle. I informed them if I purchase the truck I would like the brakes, rotors and ac unit fixed based of the inspection. Leon couldnt have been a better car salesmen if he tried! This review is long overdue.My wife and I purchased a 2013 Silverado from Rocky Mountain Eurosport back in November. We had been looking for weeks and found nothing within our budget or anything near the quality we needed. We had seen RME plenty of times, and one day we decided to walk in and see what they had.Max showed me two options that might be a good fit for what we were looking for. He was friendly and kind, but not in the way of a standard used car salesman. Rocky Mountain has some beautiful cars for sale, but he didnt shove those down our throat. He listened and presented a truck that was just what we were looking for. He showed us the Carfax history, and gave us a great detail of how they got the truck and the work that their shop in the back completed on it, including a new engine. After test driving the truck for an hour, we came back and said Lets do it!.He walked us through the process and introduced us to Sana. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle, as we had always leased or borrowed cars. Sana was put simply, just incredible. She didnt push us through a whole bunch of signatures, wondering what we were signing. She thoroughly explained each and every document that she presented to us, and each time before we signed asked us if we had any questions about that document. After visiting a few weeks later, she told me that she had managed to drop down our interest rate to 2 points lower than what it originally was! Her patience and her professionalism is something I wish we could see everywhere, but Im glad we found it at RME.A week after we purchased the truck, I took it to my shop to check it out and see what work I might need to do soon as the truck had a lot of miles on it. He comes back to me and tells me a whole list of issues and leaks that sent me into an anxiety ridden fury, wondering if we just got screwed into buying a broken truck, wondering if I could sue, who to punch, where to light the fire. I was ready to burn all of Denver down at that point!I brought the truck back fully expecting to blow up as soon as I walked through the door. Sana happened to be there and asked me what was wrong. I explained to her the situation, and I watched as a look of honest concern and care came across her. Give me a minute she said, and before I knew it, they had taken the truck back to the shop and were getting to work on it at no charge to us, and I had the keys to a loaner truck that they had given me in the meantime (twice the size of the one I purchased, and basically brand new!)Costy and the rest of the garage crew in the back worked hard and quickly on my truck to get it back to me and were thorough and efficient. They explained everything they did, and even showed me a few things to keep an eye out for on high mileage vehicles. Turns out, that half of the things that were on the list were just money grabbing fixes. How do I know? Because they lifted the truck up for me and showed me each and every item! What shop does that?I write this 3 months later. Sure my truck has a few headaches to give me as does any truck. However, each time one of those headaches came up, I brought it to the garage and Costy fixed it right and proper. The honesty and integrity that RME demonstrated has earned them a lifelong customer. In fact, my truck is in the Rocky Mountain garage getting an oil change and inspection as I write this, because I trust no one other than Costy and his crew to do the job right and to be honest with me about the work I need to do.Buying a car can be one of the most stressful financial decisions you can make in your life. Sana and Max were great! Max was able to get me taken care of very professionally and without any pressure to purchase. He fully disclosed the value of my trade at the right time. Sana made closing a breeze - she completely explained the benefit of the additional protection products I purchased for my car. I also got a very nice vehicle for a very nice price!

Recently bought my first car at Rocky Mountain Eurosport and it was a great experience. Both Leon and Sana were amazing people to work with. They both made the experience extremely smooth. Only downside is they don’t budge on price. I would definitely buy a car from RMES again.

These guys are scams. I would avoid buying from this dealership. Cars are not inspected and the customer service is nonexistent. The prices are not even market value. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Ed and Sana are the best

I wish I could give them six stars! Max, the sales guy, and Sana, in finance, were amazing. I spotted a Subaru for sale on cars.com and immediately called Rocky Mountain Eurosport to see if the car was in stock. Max answered and he was very professional, he said they had it in stock and he would pull it up front waiting for my sister and I to come. He asked if I had any questions about the Subaru and if he needed to show me how anything works on the car. I’ve never been asked that and I know we were going to be treated right.My sister has needed a new car that’s safe and reliable. When we arrived the car was waiting for us. Max got us the keys and my sister was able to start the test drive. The car was clean, and freshly detailed. I know some used cars have wear and tear but this car is in pristine condition. It looked brand new, not used, and well priced.We returned and were greeted by Max and he made sure we were comfortable while we talked numbers. He was not pushy, and up front with the car fax and pricing. This is my sisters first car loan and he clearly explained every aspect of trade in value, down payment, and monthly payment. He made sure she understood and let her make her choice. Once Max helped her find a payment that was comfortable and fair he was able to help her get a good amount for her trade in.Then we met Sana in the finance side. She is AMAZING. She took her time to clearly and professionally explain each document and made sure that my sister understood each document fully before signing. She was able to get her great financing and a great deal to keep the car protected. Sana was personable, professional, and fun. We enjoyed getting to know her while we reviewed the loan information.We were told multiple times by both employees that if we need anything, they are just a phone call away.I am just blown away at the professionalism, the clarity, and the kindness we received at this dealer. This is not your typical used car dealer. The customers are most important to them and it shows even in the little things. Thank you Max for helping my sister and thank you Sana for your kindness and sincerity. If I didn’t just purchased a brand new truck a couple months ago, I would have bought something here same day. Next car I purchase will be from this dealer!

I just bought my first BMW from this dealership and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out they treat you like family. Leon was so incredibly helpful and did all he could and more to get me into my car.
