I came here to get my system installed. I have a 05 g35. They charged me 50$ Just for the harness that connects to the oem stereo. I found the harness on google for 25$ tops. I let it go thinking it would be worth it. Everything came out to 300$ just for installation. I had all of the wiring just needed it plugged in. I feel as i was being overcharged but I decided to do the financing so I’d figure I’ll take care of it anyway. When I went to do the down payment the card machine wasn’t accepting my bank card. The guy I was working with told me I’d have to pay it in full or I won’t be getting my car. No other options where given. I filled out the application and everything was approved and now suddenly it doesn’t want to work. The man said if I can’t afford something why get it to which I responded that’s the reason I was doing the financing. The man proceeded to called me broke and tried to call the police on ME after he raised his voice to me. The manager came out of the back room to settle everything out. I was eventually able to pay the down payment after switching my money to 3 different bank cards. The process to get my system installed was about 2 hours. The process I had to go through to actually get my car back was about 3. I spent more time getting my car back then they did working on it. The system itself is just bass. When it was installed into a different car I had, it sounded clean and now all I hear is bass. I would not recommend this place, especially if your like me and hate the run around and back and forth. They where very unprofessional about handling a situation. I’m not sure how it’s my fault that their machines aren’t upgraded enough to accept my cards.

Had them install a stereo system I bought off Craigslist. Cost $160 and took a little over an hour. Cool dudes too. Definitely recommend

At the beginning, everything seemed fine, but slowly I felt like I was being taken advantage of. the price just kept getting higher, the equipment I needed for my kind of car was $220 just for a harness. I drive a 2012 GMC. nothing fancy, nothing brand new. I ignored it thinking I was probably just being overlay cautious. I was fine with the stereo, a pioneer and everything seemed to be fine once I left. Later, I noticed that the microphone was an add on and i could no longer use the microphone that was built into my car. also the camera backup system that is currently in the rearview mirror is not connected to my stereo, so i cannot see anything from the giant screen stereo i just bought. lastly the USB port that was supposed to be in my top console on the dashboard is connect to a cord that is hanging out of my glove box. WOW! super unprofessional, completely shocking when I found these details. I later called and explained my dissatisfaction at which time one of the three friends owners became unhinged and pretty much told me how dumb I was for not understanding what he said to me. I did understand him, even though he says his English is not good, he lies, I speak fluent Spanish and if I felt like I couldnt communicate with him in English I would have changed dialects. He was unwilling to listen, unwilling to help, and wanted to then charge me MORE for fixing the things he promised to me in the first place. I contacted Acima credit and they said i can return the items to the store and the merchant (tres amigos) would then need to cancel the transaction, letting me out free and clear. No one ever called me back after visiting last Saturday and then calling both acima and the dealer Monday. It is now Thursday and i spoke to both acima saying the merchant claimed he would exchange and fix my system at no additional cost. this was not true. she decided to call him so we could speak and he told her NO ENGLISH> wow. I said that is fine i speak fluent Spanish lets talk and he treated me like he had no idea who i was and then hung up on me after i expressed to him again the issues i was experiencing. Based on service, i would not recommend this place. equipment can be found anywhere, (stereo etc). how youre treated says it all. Now i am either stuck with this merchandise that i will take to car toys and work with Jesus (hes the best) or i can remove it, send it to acima and have a voluntary repo on my record. looks like im stuck with a bad job done.

Shotty Spliced wires on my after market headlight install instead of wiring correctly, ruined $200 pair of new headlights caused other electrical issues with truck, Over charged for install. Not quality work.

I use to take all my cars to quality auto sound for all audio but after a bad experience with them 2yrs ago found los tres couldnt be happier with everything from service to install to sales these guys are good at what they do

Went to another car audio company before I went here. Bad idea. The guys here are super professional, friendly and the prices cant be beat. Definitely a little rough around the edges but the overall experience polishes it to a mirror sheen.

3 cars done here and always satisfied, definitely some of the best installers in Colorado, and many brands to chose from .

Horrible customer service, they treat you bad especially if you dont speak Spanish. Tell you one price for parts on the phone then change it when you get in. I was going to put in a double din deck with subs and head rest monitors but was treated like crap when I arrived, so I took my business to quality auto sound and was treated with respect and they are doing my install. I will never go back to these guys again.

Very good experience with them they took about an hour or less to install a subwoofer and a amp.(Highly recommend)

Great great service! I went over there today right after some stupid guy from geeksquad of bestbuy from I25 and colorafo blvd wanted to rip me off,he wanted ti charged me 118$ for an antenna and wires, i google los tres amigos, i went over there, they installed it in 30 minutes and they just charged 70$, now the quality of my speakers are so si great, i replaced the bose original cd player of my nissan 350z for a jvc kw r930bts, now cuz that cd player has a lot of good reviews, but those reviews were completely right, also the tech of los tres amigos told me that i have 40watts in each speakers(left and right), but now with the JVC,it comes with additional 50 watts more, so now i have aproxx 80 watts in each speaker, i coundlt be happier, the double of volume and the qualiry is so good with the presets equalizer, i wpuld recommend los tres amigos anytime!
