One of the worst e-commerce websites I have ever delt with. Im trying to buy a wedding gift for a friend who lives in Canada and its impossible to checkout. The website doesnt tell you what needs to be changed to complete the purchase, some boxes wont even let you click on them to fill them out. Such a mess.

Their store isn’t listed on their website, so I couldn’t see if they had what I needed in stock. Tried to tell the manager and he seemed uninterested. As it turns out, they didn’t have what I needed. No one asked me for help as I wondered around for 20 minutes. The nicest person there was the Nespresso vendor giving out samples. I really hate that the nearby Sur La Table closed because they have more for real cooking needs and their prices are way better.

Rebecca was wonderful! Is is delightful and knowledgeable. We love the new cookware we purchased.

Not really surprised because its in cherry creek mall but they werent very helpful. I was returning an expresso machine that didnt work out of the box and there was no offer to help find a machine that might work better. Actually just told me I chose the wrong machine for this elevation in denver. Even when I was looking at the other machines they had in store no one offered any assistance.I probably wasnt dressed nice enough for them to waste their time on a sale.Oh well! Theres plenty of other places with better service to spend my money!

This is the worst store and customer service I’ve probably ever experienced, I think I’d rather shop at Walmart than this store !! The policies are insane, having to mail merchandise credits for returns and refusing to return unopened jars a day later that was bought by mistake are you kidding me???? I will never shop here again and I warn all brides to please take them off your registry if you want any to have sanity by your wedding day

Wonderful experienceHad some trouble with my William Sonoma credit card and Rebecca and Wayne went above and beyond to help me. They made excellent recommendations based on the cookware I wanted and were so patient. I genuinely felt like they were happy to help me. I just moved to the area and this will be my one and only William Sonoma location to visit

Nice store with lots of selection. Many people were around to help and had lots of people making sure we didn’t need any help, almost too many... four people in just a few minutes.

Customer service was poor, walked around for 10 minutes without being asked if we needed help and decided to talk about how many credit cards they had. I ordered online in spite of this because I enjoy Williams Sonoma but will not be shipping in store again. They could automate this store or under staff it and it would still be successful... Or they could find better staff and actually take care of their customers.

I love this place. The staff is really friendly and they seem like they actually want to help! I usually just go to pick up some spicy dipping oils cause Im addicted to bread..... Would recommend.

A wide variety of tools and cookware. Some of it can be very overpriced, but you can get some high quality equipment for a decent price if you know what to look for. Their online store has a lot more choice than in-store. The clerks are generally helpful and can point you in the right direction if you have questions about what exactly to buy - I havent noticed anyone there trying to upsell.

The associates there are less than knowledgeable about the products being sold there. Not only did the associate tell me there was no pods in the coffee maker, she sold me several packs of pods and that arent compatible with the Nepresso machine.While Im a fan of William Sonoma, this store has a very uneducated staff that shouldnt being working there and hurting the reputation of an otherwise fine business

Love this store, staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. I will say that I usually only shop here unless I’m browsing or looking for something particular because the stuff is pricey. Sometimes I find a fab item in the clearance though. While you’re in there ask for a sample of the Nespresso coffee. They’ll make you one or let you make one and you can have a great free coffee while you browse.

RUDE! At 4:37pm June 02, 2019 I called this location to inquire about an item I saw on their website. A female staff answered my questions with a neglectful tone then put me on hold while she was supposed to go look. Approx 5 minutes later, another female staff picked up the phone and said ....how I can help you?. I said I have been waiting for the other staff, but meanwhile I decided to purchase the same item on Amazon. Keeping the above mentioned female staff and more potential customers will go elsewhere to shop and soon your store will have to close and lay off all the staff. How dumb! Nice job!

Not great value for the price but at least they’re good about taking returns.

Love this store. Very pleased with my service.

I placed an online order to be picked up. I placed the order at 7am. I called to find out if it was ready and was told by an angry clerk that they had 13 orders to fill I would have to wait until they were done with orders. I received an email saying the item wasnt available. I chose Williams Sonoma based on in store availability. They said they would not charge my credit card but they had already done so. I called the store again about the charge and they said I would have to wait 48 hours for a refund. They took my money in the blink of an eye but now I have to wait because of their website error. Customer service here is terrible. Had to wait for them to work through 13 orders! Only to find out they never had the item. Ill go to Crate and Barrel or Bed Bath and Beyond.

Quite expensive, but we found plenty of choices of the chefs knives we were looking for. Very helpful employees.

Amazing selection kind of pricey

I really love the layout and selection of Williams-Sonoma. The reason for such a low rating is two fold. First off I feel they are so over priced on there products. The other was on my last visit when they advertised that the Vitamix blenders were $150.00 off. We looked and it seemed to us that it was only $50.00 of the store retail price. When we asked we were told the sale was $150.00 off the suggested resale price not the stores regular price and that is how most stores do it. I dont think so. He even continued to say I am supersized you caught that because most people dont. In my eyes they are trying to trick the customer and I do not like that at all.

If you cook, youll like it. They have gadgets for your kitchen gadgets. Ask about the classes this is the dirty little secret that no one take advantage of...

BEAUTIFUL selection and wonderful staff!

Bought Calphalon there years ago and a few years into usage, the coating started coming off. They refused to let me return or exchange it. Told me Lifetime warranty doesnt mean lifetime and said good luck with the manufacturer.

I went in there today and like their merchandise but the salespeople wouldnt just let me browse. Ill try another location and hope the people working there arent as aggresive.

Not very wheelchair friendly, aisles are tight and or not accessible.

Ugh its a William Sonoma.

Exchanges are difficult, felt like i was a bother.

With this store you want to cook.
