Great selection! Fun store to browse. Only downside was one of the younger gals working there loudly talking (maskless) about the cold turned sinus infection that she currently has. For the safety of others, really wish she wouldnt work while sick. Or at minimum, put a mask on.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Their website states that you have to have your clothes hung and ironed and I spent a lot of time preparing everything to look as good as possible. I brought in 2 bags and 10 items on hangers, all Free People, Rag and Bone, Paige, BP, Limited, etc. Nice brands and half the items still had their tags on and have never been worn. After only 7 or 8 minutes the woman found me and said they were not taking anything of mine. I was very shocked and called out a few items in particular and she said no because they don’t take “big box” brands, even though there are full sections of the store dedicated to Free People, various Nordstrom brands, Burberry clothing was scattered throughout, etc. I asked specifically about a Free People sweater and she said “O I didn’t see that” which makes me think she didn’t give any of my items a real look. This was a terrible experience and I will never be back.

I have been searching for months for a dress for a bridal luncheon and the second I walked to the dress section I fell in love with a marigold Marissa Webb dress! Oh and to top it off I found a pair of gorgeous navy blue snakeskin Christian Dior shoes to go with the dress. Hands down my favorite consignment store in Denver!

Yes! This is my favorite store in Denver. They do a lovely job choosing pieces that are stylish and in great condition. I almost always find at least one thing I cant leave without. I also regularly consign here and I appreciate their by-appointment structure (Ive seen other ways that are much less beneficial to the client) Today I met Jennifer, one of the owners, and I have to say she is fabulous and a very kind soul. If you want to feel incredible in quality clothing for a fraction of the price then I highly recommend checking this place out!

I quite like shopping here. All the clothes they have are always in great condition. As much as I like it, I dont often have much luck shopping here - they hardly ever have anything in my size. This isnt the stores fault as they get what people bring in to be consigned. Im super tiny and wear and size 0 / XS, so I guess there just arent a lot of other people that wear the same size as me. All the clothes are arranged by color as well, which looks nice, but makes it so you have to comb through all the racks to see if there is anything in your size available.

Pricey but really cool clothes and shoes. I bought boots and a skirt. I look at them in the closet and ask do they bring me joy? The answer is YES! They have unique pieces that dont look trendy but classic and timeless, just my style.

My wife always seems to find something she needs here. Good brands and service. And they have a bathroom!

I have consigned and purchased many clothes with Common Threads Denver. I love that they curate higher-end clothing and accessories (the only LuluLemon I own is from there). But, I don’t really get their website - it’s unnecessarily large and doesn’t really have much useful information in it - their online shop is also not intuitive or easy to navigate/make a purchase on. For a shop that’s clearly geared towards upscale buyers (they have second hand Gucci ya’ll), I expected a much better website.

Shopping at Common Threads Denver has completely changed my habit of shopping at luxury department stores. If you are into high-end + quality designers at reasonable prices, you can find some incredible things at this consignment boutique. It makes a commitment to sustainable shopping so much easier. My favorite racks are usually the Staff Picks, but there are a lot of treasures to be found if you are willing to look. Note - if youre more of a designer shopper, Id recommend the Denver location over the Boulder location.

Shopping and consigning here are like sharing clothes with your BFF. The boutique is highly selective about the quality and style of clothing and accessories. The space is laid out beautifully and the staff members are friendly and helpful. I always find chic, affordable pieces to add to my wardrobe. I have successfully consigned many items as well, and it feels good to know that clothing that does not suit me may make some other womans day!

Great consignment shop, especially if you want higher end brands. Some items can be pricey but its still great value for the quality and brand of items you find. That being said, you can also find amazing deals here. Love that the store is color-coded and well-organized. Its a much more enjoyable experience than other consignment boutiques that have racks of unorganized chaos.The girls here are super friendly but wont harass you the way a lot of other boutiques do!

This was my first time at this consignment shop in Denver and I absolutely loved it. I called ahead to bring a few items in for them to look through. Although I know theyre super busy, they were flexible and cheerfully made time for me. I arrived at my appointment and was greeted with a smile and willingness to help by several of the store associates. I took a bit to browse the store while they looked through my items to find amazing items for a steal of a price. I actually walked away with a cute dress and a top that still had the tags on it. From the first phone call to walking out the door Id give them a 6/5 stars if I could. Thank you ladies so much for a wonderful experience! I will be back again and HIGHLY recommend it to those in the area or passing though!

The customer service from the woman working the front desk on Friday 6-26-19 was AMAZING, she was very sweet and helpful!I was able to make an appointment right then and there for 15 minutes later (as I came from out of state and stumbled across this cute place)I had a few bags of clothing I was wanting to try to consign in the Denver area because I thought I’d make more money rather than in my hometown.Out of The two girls in the back working at the desk, only one greeted me and other ignored us. The girl who had looked through my items took a few higher end items, which I was happy about!I’m waiting to get an email for my ID so I can see when I start making money from them! :)

This is my favorite store to shop at in Denver. You can find some truly high end items at price within reach. Plus, I love to hunt for the perfect thing, so this store appeals to me because I never know what it will have that works well for my lifestyle. It’s a treasure hunt every time! I’ve also consigned with them several times, and I’m always pleasantly surprised at the financial returns I get.

Wandered in to this cute shop today! Actually, the sale rack outside got my attention. Name brands like Chanel, Tory Burch, Saks, Eileen Fisher, J Crew, etc all neatly arranged by color. Shoes and accessories too! I ended up buying two dresses (Saks 5th Avenue and Anthropology) from the sale rack for $65 and went away happy! I will return next week to see what else I may find!

Love this shop! The only issue I have is that I always bring way too many things into a fitting room! The staff is friendly and helpful, and never complain about customers bringing lots of items into a room. There are even a couple of comfy chairs outside of the fitting rooms for your shopping partner to sit in! Love this place - I come in about once a month to see whats new!

This place has some very high-quality second hand finds! They only take Consignments from things in very good shape, so thats what you get. Bought a Coach purse and some Ray-Ban sunglasses recently. Spent about an eighth of what I would have out in the real world!

Great local spot to recycle your clothes, shoes and accessories. Its a 50/50 deal, and you can either pick up your unsold items or have them sent to charity. At the end of the year you get an itemized statement with estimated values. Handy for taxes. They always have a nice seasonal selection so check them out!

I rarely write reviews, but after seeing a few negative comments I felt the need to review this store. I am a loyal customer. I have only ever received excellent customer service, and without doubt they have the highest quality consignment clothing in the area. It is my monthly treat to myself to stop in and see what new items they have, and enjoy shopping in a quiet, stress free environment, free of pushy sales people. A must visit, for those who have never visited this consignment boutique store.

I love this consignment shop! I dont get to make it there often but when I do its hard to leave without some great finds. I got a beautiful leather coat here and get so many compliments when I wear it. I cant relate to any of the negative reviews because I have had nothing but good experiences here. One of the best consignments shops in Denver!!! I always can find high brand stuff there. Such as Gucci, Burberry, Yves Saint Lauren along with White House Black Market, Michael Kors and so. Prices are a little higher than at Rags Consignment, but for sure more stuff “made in Italy, France.

Used to be such a pleasant experience here, but my last three visits have felt snobby and unkind. Typically I would not post a bad review and just stop frequenting the business, however, the unwelcoming and almost judgmental attitude of the staff feels like I should say something. Hopefully it will be improved, I probably won’t be revisiting

I thought I would stop by today at 4:30 since I normally love this place and I was in the neighborhood. I looked online for the hours and started reading the reviews. I read about the non-friendly attitude of the staff and decided I would put it to the test. Sure enough,from the three staff members that were there, no greeting at all. Not can i help you or even a hello. I was there 20 minutes. Disappointed.

I started coming here to shop and consign about 2 years ago. I used to enjoy doing business here, recommending them to friends and clients alike, but every time I frequent they have become less friendly, more snobbish, less accessible, and more painfully exclusive. I will donate to Dreas for Success rather than trying to navigate the emotionally unpleasant experience shopping at Common Threads has become. If I wanted Cherry Creek snobbery, I’d go there. This store was once a refreshing exception to the polarities which so often exist in consignment- self-important personal fashion expression (everything has to be a statement and almost nothing is sensible) or matronly business-wear. Now it is the former with attitude to boot.

Ive found several pieces of jewelry and clothing at this store. Great selection, however the customer service is definitely lacking. I shopped for over 20 minutes without a single sales associate greeting me or offering any assistance, though they clearly made eye-contact or stood next to me while steaming clothes.

If you are bringing in clothes to sell, dont waste your time. These people are rude and insolent. I am went to another store where they took everything and appreciate it.

I really enjoy this store, both consigning and shopping. The staff keeps the selection current and very stylish. Customer service has always been great for me.

I like this place and shop here frequently as I think they have a nicely curated selection of clothing and shoes, but if they improved two things, I would shop here a lot more:1 - allow consignment on Sundays. If you work a full time job, there is no way you can consign here during the week. Saturday consignment books up several days in advance. Please open up Sundays for consignment! I generally end up going to Buffalo Exchange as a result.2 - please sort by sizes! It takes forever to shop here as clothes are only sorted by color. If you all could sort by size in addition to color, it would greatly improve the shopping experience.

If you are going to consign here, be prepared to tip-toe around the moody staffs feelings. Ive never dealt with a more unpleasant or unhelpful employee in my life. I used to love this place and I support what they do- but my experience today completely changed my mind. I will not be going back. Because I had over 30 items, I booked two appointments to consign with them. I dropped my bag off and waited patiently only to notice that the woman at the desk wasnt going through my items at all (and didnt bother to tell me shed stopped looking). I approached the counter to ask what the status was, and instead of being even remotely helpful or friendly, she was incredibly rude and told me that because she encountered two pieces of underwear in my bag, she had to stop going through it. That was the only explanation she initially offered, and naturally I was pretty confused. I had a couple bralette-type tops and one pair of never-worn panties (with the tags on!), and I figured, if they dont take items like this, they could just donate for me. So I inquired, What do you mean you have to stop going through it? Can I just remove the items you dont want so that you can continue? to which she snapped back, that for sanitation reasons, they could not go through the rest of my items. First of all, had I known that they literally wouldnt even touch anything that could be considered an undergarment, I wouldnt have brought them in. But, its very obvious that they have never been worn (take it from me, Im not the kind of person who try to sell used underwear) and still had tags on. Second, I wouldnt have been upset if the woman would have simply explained their store policy or put any effort at all into helping me understand why she could no longer go through the items. We could have worked together to determine a solution; they could have honored my entire appointment time and looked through the rest of my items (none of which were underwear, but apparently she didnt believe me.) Instead, she gave me 30 seconds instead of the 30 minutes I booked, treated me like garbage and essentially shooed me out of the store. I guess the loss is on Common Threads, though, because I had several name-brand, seasonally appropriate pieces in perfect condition that we could have mutually profited from. Ill be taking my items elsewhere from now on and will not support a business that treats customers so distastefully. What a shame.

Beautifully run resale clothing shop on the fun, quaint South Pearl St. The staff is very nice and the story is lovely. My only wish is that clothes were arranged by size instead of by color.

A neighborhood gem! I’ve consigned quite a few items here and have had great success! I really appreciate that they are “fashion-minded” and higher end consignors. Don’t get me wrong it’s a bummer when they don’t take certain items, but with rising rent in the area, I totally get it and I don’t want to waste my time going through your mom’s mumus. I enjoy the fashion blogs and item reviews on Instagram, makes me wanna shop there every day to snatch up the latest items! Also, when I was recently in the store they were interviewing local high school/college students, which is a much appreciated nod to building the local economy, promoting sustainable practices, and “getting younger generations involved.” Fist bump, CT! You all rock!

I love this place to shop, but my consignment experience was awful! I brought in 3 bags of barely worn clothes, most of which had the tags on. I brought in mostly lululemon which I know is something they consign, because I almost always buy my lulu here! The very rude lady that was going through my clothes spent 2 minutes going through my bags and then called me up! She said we only want these items and I said okay, but it’s been 2 minutes how did you manage to go through 3 bags of clothes? She just ended up feeding me some excuse and then continued to ignore me and help a “high end” client instead! Basically I will never consign here again! That staff member that helped me does not deserve to be working there either, as she was extremely rude and unpleasant!

This is my favorite consignment store in Denver. Everyone is friendly, immediately offers you a dressing room, and feels like being in a boutique.

Chanel, Jimmy Choo, Dooney & Bourke, Gucci - and many more. Not your average consignment shop - not even close. Wow! Excellent products, service, prices, and total experience. I highly recommend you stop in --its a must see!
