Liked it better in 2010

My Pacsun sales rep (Shalea? [Ill be sure to get her name correct in the future]) offered me an experience above and beyond what is typical or expected of a retail clothing agent. She treated me kindly and even gave attention to small details that helped shape a memorable and special shopping adventure. You have a customer for life at this store.

Great people to work with

Went to the store. Is not open till 8 PM

Left the store wid my family, they dont care abt the customers, all they did was talking to mall security...hate it...hope they get better people in here

I went in and liked some of the clothing. The shirts are kind of expensive for the quality and unoriginal designs, however. Some of the womens clothing would be awesome for men as well, but they dont have mens sizes. Overall, not a bad store to shop in. It wasnt super busy and the staff was friendly.

So the other day I walked in and this guy was sitting on the counter the store looked like a complete mess he sat there on his phone didn’t pay any attention to anyone walking in or out. The place smells horrible like cigarettes. Only reason I am giving this two stars and not one is because there was a girl in there that was helping me inbetween what she was doing super nice helped me get what I needed.

The girl Dakota at this pacsun is amazing! Super sweet and helpful even when this guy behind was being a complete jackass.

Pacsun store 630 Denver Pavilions: Hoodie sweatshirt was marked as $55. My son was overcharged at $60. When I discovered this, I addressed with salesperson 56413. He brought over a female salesperson who identified herself as the store manager with Salesperson ID on receipt 562957. She told me they would not honor the labeled price of the hoodie. She acknowledged that they advertised the incorrect price on the hoodie but insisted they would not be able to honor the labeled price. When I told her I didn’t think that was right and asked for her name and store number, she said she was not going to give me that information. Parents be aware when you send your biracial teenager to buy his school clothes. This store is cheating kids who are on a budget to get clothes for school.

Decent selection of clothes. Had a good selection of patriotic apparel.
