This is the best store in Denver for exclusive collectible drops. I walked in just to look around and I immediately saw two figures that Ive never seen before.The staff is very friendly and they know what theyre talking about. If youre an anime fan, definitely check this store out.

Wanted to pay these guys a visit while I was stopping by Denver, and I dont regret it. Picked up a slick FL jacket and ACG when I stopped by. Theyve got a great selection of brands (Bape and Y-3 to name a few) as well as their own original anime/branded collaboration pieces and a variety of collectibles-- a lot of figures and gachapon prizes. Staff was great and receptive, pointed out what they had on sale for me, and threw a lot of friendly shade at me for being the rare Canadian stopping by the state as well! Loved shopping with them. Definitely pay them a visit!

The girl working was really nice but then the owner or manager walked in and was a complete jerk to us. I will not go back because of the way he talked to us

Really cool store with some very unique clothing and collectibles. Nice place to pop into every now and then to see whats new. The layout is nice and and airy with nice natural lighting right across the street from Coors field. Friendly and very helpful staff were attentive even though it was busy and helped me find my size. Will definitely go back.

Definitely a cool shop. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Nice to just chat with and not pushy on having to make a sale. The price ranges are very sensible, isnt SUPER expensive either. Theres really a variety of cool streetwear with a video game, retro comic book kinda vibe. A plus is the huge collection of sneakers.The only downside is the hidden location, if your not used to stores being inside large buildings. I could see how a person could get a little confused.

Came here 4/26/18 for the first time and definitely will be back. Was immediately greeted and asked plenty of times if I needed any help. The selection is solid, the pricing is reasonable, and the overall customer service itself was awesome. As a fellow newer sneaker head I had some questions that were answered professionally and kindly. Their clothing selection is also super dope along with some other collectibles! Would highly recommend for any level of sneaker head.

Just tried to go in and drop a few racks but the worker shamed us for being in the store while there was already 3 other people in the store. Its a 2000 sq ft store ffs. Ill go spend my money elsewhere

Litterally just had the best shopping experience of my life. I follow Baits stock on their website. Went in Henry is the DUDE. hooked it up, accommodating, totally took care of me and flowed me all sorts of options for the future. Anytime I need gear I’m calling Henry at Bait every single time.

I was helped by the staff - they were friendly. Even though they didnt have the shoe I wanted, I found something else. So, I bought 997 New Balance Red Clays for $230. Pretty pricey, I thought but Ive enjoyed them so far. Then, out of curiosity I google them only to find out I couldve gotten them for 85 bucks online. Wow. I understand marking up in-store and that things will of course be cheaper online, but definitely not by that much. In my book, thats unacceptable and shady. Im really disappointed because of course I cant return them since theyve been worn and BAIT is the closest sneaker shop to me and I was excited to find my new spot. Well, I guess Ill keep looking.

Last night my wife and son, a lifelong devotee and admirer of your store and self-proclaimed sneakerhead waited in line at your Denver branch for the release of the 971 Sean Witherspoons. Your store had 100 pairs. He got there exactly at 6:30, which was when the store told him he could begin to wait in line. When he arrived, he was already number 63. Surely this was incorrect. Still with 100 pairs it would not be an issue.My wife and son waited in the frigid temperatures all night to buy the shoes. Imagine their surprise when your store only sells 18 pairs to people who waited in line. Even if the ridiculous claim made by one of your sales associates is true, that you sold 37 pairs, that does not explain the missing 63 pairs unless someone in your store is selling them backdoor.With that said, I had to explain to him that whenever there is a big profit to be made, you can expect stores to live down to your expectations. I felt that you should know that in one night, you converted a family from avid supporters to 5 more people who will never set foot in your corrupt store again. We will also go out of our way to make sure that everyone we talk to will know what kind of business you are.I hope a few hundred bucks was worth it because I know that we are not alone in these feelings.

Went down for an air max drop. Waited in a line of 100+ people for them to drop 25 pairs. Would have been pretty easy to let people know they dont need to stand around.

Stopped in today with a specific item in mind. They had the grey sweatshorts I wanted and the quality was pretty fantastic. Customer service was good. Also, I was refreshed by the absence of modern hype brands (bape, supreme.)
