I love The Body Shop and have been using their products for decades. Not only do I love the merchandise, I used to work for The Body Shop in another state so I’m very familiar with this brand and what good customer service looks like. I will continue to use the products because it’s a brand I love, but this current crew of employees at the Cherry Creek store are not knowledgeable and are incredibly unhelpful. I’ve been shopping this store for a long time and lately when I go in, I’m faced with their current staff who don’t even seem like they use this brand’s products. I was there today, they were out of stock of what I went looking for, and the employee just walked away from me, didn’t ask if I needed any further help, and didn’t offer to do anything. I’ll order online for what I need or shop a different location to avoid having to experience the really poor service there.

Helpful staff. Nice selection of higher quality skin products for both men and women.

Our cashier/saleswoman Amy was friendly and welcoming even though we came in 10 min to closing. She seemed to have a wide breadth of knowledge on the brand, and educated us on what goes in the products and where it comes from, as well as the companys charity and conservation efforts. Very cool experience.

Stopped by Saturday for some big event they were having. Really nice store, very nicely decorated--smells fantastic the moment you walk in.... The girls were really nice and helpful. The gentlemen who did my face consult was really knowledgeable. I got a seaweed cleanser, toner and moisturizing gel cream and have really liked the results thus far. Definitely want to go back and get some more advice on this mug o mine :)

Excellent service. The Shop Manager (I forgot her name) was outstanding. She demod multiple product for me, offered a sample and made sure I got the best value possible. After we left the store, she came running after us because I had left my Zales jewelry bag on the counter. Excellent service going above and beyond.

You are guaranteed to not make sales when you ignore and snub potential customers. Perhaps it was that I wasnt very dressed up wearing a jacket, sneakers and jeans, but I was extremely put off by the two young women working on a Saturday in here. This is a higher end shop and I expect to at the very least be acknowledged when I come in. Instead one continued fiddling with things on the shelf and the other just standing in the center of the shop. They both greeted several people after me. I stayed in there about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement even when I made eye contact; that was enough for me. I own a lot of Body Shop products, but I can get them online or at another shop where Im not blatantly ignored.

The store always feels really clean every time I go in. I stopped in today after seeing a sale sign just to browse and see if anything new was in and was quickly helped. Id recommend asking for Mischa - shes fantastic and really takes the time to understand what youre looking for as well as what might be best for you, and explains very thoroughly how things work together.

Well designed layout with just the right amount of product displays that could be in your face.The pleasant ambiance is further enhanced by the subtle fragrant smell of products.Love their oils.

I will NEVER shop at this location again. I have been using The Body Shop products for a few years now, and purchase product primarily online or, at the Park Meadows location. On 1/19 I went to the Cherry Creek location, and after arriving home, I noticed one of the bath gels I purchased was not in my bag. I checked my car as well as my daughter who was with me, and we didnt find the missing bath gel. I called the Cherry Creek location and spoke with Amy, who told me I could come back and get the gel. Since it was just one item, I asked her if she would simply reimburse me so I wouldnt have to make the drive back out to the mall just for one bottle of shower gel. She said no, and then commented that she found it strange that she and her associates didnt find the missing shower gel on their register. I told her I certainly am not trying to get over on her for a 6.7 oz bottle of bath gel. She repeated herself again and said that she still found it strange and that this has never happened before. I told her I found her comments accusatory and offensive. She then began yelling and speaking over me, so I told her to keep the shower gel, and that I would NEVER be shopping there again. I shared my experience with the Park Meadows location, who reimbursed me within minutes of me calling them. Poor, poor customer service Cherry Creek.

Ive been shopping at the Body Shop for years and the products work exactly as advertised. The employees at this location are super nice and friendly.

Kyle was so helpful and got me exactly what I needed and suggested some new products for me to try.

Excellent, I love all the products of this brand, my favorites are makeup and everything from the moringa and shea lina, and this store in particular I recommend it a lot since the person who attended me was very kind and since I entered I was greeted He told me what promotions he had and also solved all my doubts, since there are products that he had not tried, he also spoke Spanish which made me feel very welcome and welcome, I highly recommend, more this season there are very good offers
