Always a fun time, Spirit is fantastic from the make it your selfer needing that added item, to getting your entire costume.... we have been here several times and always find what we need

They had a little bit of everything for costume needs. Not as much in the decorations department but Im guessing the larger stores take care of that. The staff were all very helpful and nice.

I have no idea why I waste my time going to these overpriced Halloween stores.The downtown location had a 45 minute wait to checkout.The costumes are extremely overpriced for garbage costumes.Buy your stuff online.

Wow, an assortment of adult and kids costumes and accessories, plus scary and gory Halloween decorations. Personable staff upon entering store and at the (1 only) dressing room. I believe they need to consider additional dressing room, and more cashiers for expediting customers in a more timely manner. Costume price ranges from reasonable to costly depending on how elaborate or popular. Uniqueness and originality of accessorie selection make it grand for those adding to their costume. You need to start early when looking for the closer to Halloween stock is depleted and limited choices.

A lot of great costumes, Melissa and Jazmin were very helpful that had some great suggestions that made my costume the best

Great place not so good management

Very rude 2 young ladies @ the cashier on 10/30 around 7:00. Lets just say im the one did a return needless to say they first thought i was returning for cash didnt have time to listen that the costume was too big i was swaping has i was told at the 104th Spirit store was super awesome thank you but the broadway i felt racisl profile and then ur security looking lets just say very rude store and i witness it and i heard what u said when i wall out i started to make a big deal when u snatch my receipt out my hand and u new i look at u like really i work hard to and ur other cashier just ignored me and said VERY RUDELY SHE DONT DO RETURNS AND TAKE CASH like i saw many people paying with cash but i didnt want cash it was just a swap yall was racist and rude broadway store

It was a little trashed and lacked originality.... also pricey. Most of the motion displays didnt work... so I am not buying a scary clown.... that u cant see work before buying.

Dont bother coming here. Been waiting in line for over an hour and nowhere near the cashier. They are more worried about having an armed security guard here than manning their cash registers.

Bought a costume for my infant daughter only to find that it was ripped up everywhere

Two people working, about forty people in line, and the store is a complete shambles. Didnt even have a half decent makeup section to boot.
