Management is terrible. Lack of proper training. Lack of proper equipment and materials to complete jobs. Little interest in customers and terrible communication . Coworkers were mostly untrained and unknowledgeable and will backstab you. Pay is less than other crane companies for technicians. Benefits arent very good. Bonus is you get to use company vehicle to drive home when you get to be home.

The management team is terrible. They dont care about the employees worse yet they dont care about customers. If you have a problem call in and complain. NOTHING will happen. No call back no sense of concern. The branch manager is a JOKE. Theyre only worried about their own pay check and the overall dollar sales of the branch. Dont be fooled there are other crane companies that really care about the customer. Ive never witnessed anything like this place.
