My husband and I came in just to return an internet box however got great customer service and a lot of knowledge in the phones and plans that Xfinity offers from Marissa! We really are looking at switching and really appreciate her taking time to speak with us.

Brandon Hart is the man! Helped me get set up on a plan that worked for me and my budget and is always available for questions. He is so friendly and professional, knows what he’s talking about, and rarely has to ask questions - he knows it all. I don’t live in the area but come to this store because Brandon’s customer service is top notch. Give this man a raise!

I went in the store and paid my bill. The associate did not give me a receipt and did not correctly process my bill. So know I have a bill that’s past due and no one is helping me. In conclusion, Xfinity just got a free $121.58 from me and is now expecting me to pay 256.38 as if I didn’t pay my bill!!! I’m new to xfinity and this is my first time with them, I truly would not recommend going to them!!! Worst experience of my life right now!

Tldr: B. Hart is a god among men even though Xfinity is trash.I dropped half a K to restore my internet because I was not informed my autopay bounced about 2 months back.Went to this location to figure out why, and get my internet reconnected. Not only did B. Hart explain what went wrong, he helped us pay the $0.00 the app said we owed, got the missspelling on my name corrected, hooked me up with a plan that better suited my needs, and made sure such a miscommunication never happens again, ALL WHILE TALKING GAMES AND MEMES. Give that man a raise.

So I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of working with Brandon. Not only is he super knowledgeable but he also runs a great game of distraction. He got my daughter set up with the TV so we were able to discuss why I was there. He really listened to me and got me exactly what I needed as far as plans and devices. He went above and beyond in the name of customer service, not only in the store but even after I left and was setting everything up (and had to call the store a few times).

I really appreciate how nice the two women working there today were, I had a couple of issues with my account and they were able to fix everything. They displayed great customer service! I don’t recall the young woman’s name who helped me but she had long curly hair, a couple of tattoos on her arms, thank you for making the process so easy!

Not affiliated with Xfinity enough to even have inventory connected to the corporate xfinity number aka the ONLY phone number available.Had to drive across town just to see if theyd be able to help. The store itself VERY helpful but corporate Xfinity is garbage to deal with

Its pretty sad when I pay for 150mb service at me house and my 4G cell phone is running WAY faster. Customer service tells me Ill get better speed with their modem... You mean the same exact one I paid $99 for vs their $240 one ($10/mo for 24mo)?

I’ve been an Xfinity customer for 10 years, absolutely love their cable service but noticed my bill increasing every month. I decided to stop by Xfinity during my Christmas shopping. Shocked to see there was absolutely no wait and was automatically greeted by two beautiful woman. Mona, instantly shook my hand and was very into the conversation with me. Anyway, I left with 2 new Ipads, a new phone, and upgraded all my services for a very good price, Mona is by far the most amazing sells person I have met!!! Very strong work ethics this young lady has.

I went in to purchase a cell phone and got asked into purchasing wifi for my home inorder to get the cell phone. They werent able to login to complete the cell phone purchase and I asked if there was a contract and the rep stated NO, cancel at anytime. I come home and login and look way at the bottom to find that its 118 to cancel before a year. And it states I signed a contract, which I did not. I would not have signed up with false advertising like this. I wanted to the choice of cancelling at anytime and now Im stuck for another year because I was lied to. Plus the modem they gave me doesnt work and its sooo hard to find a customer number on the website. This is very disappointing.

INTENTIONAL UNETHICAL PRACTICESThe manager Dominick is a special breed of smug and lazy.We signed up for a “no term agreement” package. When we decided to discontinue the product, we noticed we were in fact now under a 12 month contract. Knowing this was incorrect we went to this location to work out the error, and was met with a rigid “too bad” attitude.Initially, before I showed him the order confirmation email, he looked at our account and tried to say we didn’t have the package we in fact did have. We provided the confirmation email. His story then changed. He then said we “clicked a box” agreeing to the terms. When we told him the terms stated in the website were “no terms” he then said “yeah it just says on the website but the terms are 12 months”. He then provided fine print terms we agreed to, and it just says you are agreeing to terms, not what the terms are. I pointed this out and he said he was “the low man on the totem pole” and he could help. He shows we are under contract, so too bad. Asked him to call customer service while we were in the store. He refused. I had to leave I was so livid.Called customer service only to be told, “the managers at the stores really have all the power here”.Dominick is a liar. Dominick is too lazy to do his job. In short, Dominick is a smug a-hole. If these are the people representing Comcast, you’ve lost a customer, not just for now, but for life.Customer service was eventually able to resolve my issue. Not to my complete satisfaction, as I still paid money I should not have had to, but it was worth it to never deal with someone like Dominick again.

Store service is EXCELLENT, however the actual Comcast/Xfinity customer service sucks! A full week of outages and I cant get a hold of anyone! Ive called Xfinity customer service 4 times today (4/6/2020) and the automated system hung up on me every time it said it was transferring me to a customer service representative. If CenturyLink service didnt suck as much as it does I would cancel Xfinity!

Prices vary depending on who youre talking to. Also, you have to go to the physical store to change internet speeds. The guy who helped me was really helpful though, even though he was obviously overwhelmed.

Had a bad experience with not knowing the return policy for an iPad that I received. This problem had to go up to escalations. They let me know I would be contacted in 24 hours which did happen. I spoke with Tasha at the Xfinity executive resolutions team and she was fantastic. Very understanding and is allowing me to return an iPad that is unopened that I do not have use for! I was very close to cancelling my services with Xfinity but Tasha definitely saved a customer. Thank you Tasha!

Mikkel and Hipolito were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make me happy. I got home, cable, internet and now my cellphone service through Xfinity and wouldn’t have done it without them. Very kind, very professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you! Gotta edit this and make it 6/5 stars Brandon is an ELITE customer service agent with expertise in technology and your products. Just wow. Absolutely phenomenal service with a line out the door. Fixed all 5 of the issues I was dealing with in minutes and was super friendly. Give that man a raise! And make sure he gets a lunch break, damn!!

Please close until you know what youre doing. Sold us the wrong package. Had no idea what they were doing. Had incorrect answers to all of our questions. We tried to order a large package and ended up with 10 channels. And now Xfinity wont let us go back on our old plan. Thanks for nothing.

Dont know where the tech came from yesterday the dropped off my equipment so Im just going to leave this complaint here.The technician supposedly checked the signal coming into the house said it was working, it was my job to hook the equipment up in the house. nothing worked so I have to have another person come out to check out the inside of the house.The technician left his trash laying in my yard and pulled up the box in the back of my yard so that he can check the wires and didnt put the box back in place..

Absolutely love this store I have no clue why these other people complain about the service they took their time to help us through our issues they are a location that is new of course they will be people training they are full of energy and are full of great info of people just listen and understand they are there to help not hurt and you also have to understand how to treat people they are trying to help you you can’t just treat them with disrespect and expect them to kiss your butt I will be recommending them to everyone I know

I had a horrible experience. Girl that waited on me ask for my name and number six times and had to keep repeating myself. She told me I wouldn’t get a refund for 4 months if I brought back my internet pods. I called customer service and was told I would get a refund right away. The girl was useless and I have never had such customer service before. I’m never setting foot in that store again. I’ll use the one on Colorado Blvd again.

We have been having problems with our Comcast TV service for over a year. We have spent hours on the phone with their phone support who have not been able to diagnose or fix our problems with our TV reception, theyve also sent out numerous techs who have run new wires around our house, drilled new unecessary holes, switched out boxes, etc, and wasted hours of time with them with no results with a fix. We are now trying to return our boxes to the Xfinity Store on 8286 Northfield Blvd and they are telling us that they want to get us into a new contract to keep just our internet and are threatening to charge us fees for cancelling. This is unacceptable – their service and customer service have been not at all helpful in resolving the issues with their service, and weve already spent way too much time troubleshooting with their numerous techs and with phone support. We are 100% dissatisfied with their service and customer support, and now that they are threatening us with cancellation fees to pressure us into a new contract just so we can keep our internet is unacceptable.I want to talk with one of their Corporate Managers who can help us deal with this situation immediately, and I want to be refunded for the past several months of spotty TV service that they have not been able to resolve with their tech support. We are looking into alternatives for internet so we can cut Xfinity/Comcast out of our lives completely, but for now we will keep the internet. We do NOT want to be required to get under a new contract, as Comcast has NOT fullfilled their services.

Terrible and dishonest business practices. I went there to get new service, and gave them the chance to win my business. They had agreed upon matching the online promo of free installation, which I never received. They will lie to your face and say anything it takes to get the sale. For instance one associate who was not even helping me chimed in and told me I could get a free iPad after I was talking about getting internet and tv service for my home. Come to find out, the free iPad was only if I ordered mobile service from them as well. I was not willing to add a new line of service for $45/month over two years so that promo never applied to me. The associate was very unprofessional and never let my rep finish the sale without chiming in, when I never asked for his opinion. I will never set foot in this or any other XFinity store ever again. I caution anyone to go into a store because your best offer is via their online services. I am still waiting on the $89.99 installation refund, and I am not holding my breath to receive it. If you want to be lied to in person, go ahead and go to the store. Like I said, I will never make that mistake again. I am gladly cancelling service and moving onto a competitor.
