Their site says they have retail sales. Not so much. Tried to order online but the cart didnt add for shipping. Got an email from them saying that the shipping charge wasnt added. All the rep said in the email was Shipping not added, would you like me to send by the cheapest option. They didnt include any figures for shipping options so that didnt help. Called them and they said theyd figure it out and get back with me. After two attempts to get this taken care of they seem to have just forgotten about me. Dont waste you time.

Worst customer service around, the lady was very rude and their pricing seems to be 3x the average!!
