Mile High Glass was excellent to work with, and because of my customization and delays, I did not make it easy for them. I had two projects for them. The first was replacing several panes in our 1925 bungalow’s wooden framed windows. It’s hard to find many glazers that do this kind of work, and they did it well. The second project was to build 2 custom double pane windows on either side of our fireplace. They had some choices of custom glass, but we wanted to have something very unique. After a several weeks we found some amazing glass at D&L Art Glass supply. Mile High picked it up from them. I feared the up-charge for this specialty glass, but without me saying anything Garrett,. the owner, said he’d keep the price the same. Quinten oversaw the crew as they worked skillfully and efficiently. The windows by the fireplace came out perfect with one exception. The exterior wood trim extended 1/8th inch into the pane area. Quentin came quickly to check it out, agreed it would be better to cut the trim back, and within a very short time, took care of the trimming himself and the windows are beautiful!

Garrett and his crew were very creative and accommodating with my request for a custom cat door installation in a window. In the end their solution exceeded my expectations, looks VERY sharp and retains insulation integrity. I called 4 other glass companies and none were willing / able to rise to the occasion. They were also very flexible with delivery / dropoff and actually delivered it to my home free of charge.In short, Im very happy with Mile High Glass. Highly recommended.

We had our commercial building windows all replaced and they did a fabulous job. From their attention to detail and quality, to the courtesy they provided to all our employees through completion of all the finish/clean-up work was outstanding. We have had a few other smaller and much larger glass companies work on our building before but none were as professional and cost effective as Mile High Glass. I will certainly use them in the future!

Mile High Glass is under new management. My experience in the past hadnt been great under the prior owner, so I was hesitant to use; but I needed to get some glass put in a stairwell window. I also wanted a pattern glass that matched my 1932 home. I was greeted, treated like they were glad to have my business and, Garrett went to the trouble to find the glass to match my other windows. I had a smaller window that goes in my bedroom in the basement. All other glass companies wanted to come out and charge me over 200 dollars. I took the window to mile high glass and repaired it in the time frame quoted and was much much cheaper! I recommend them highly!

Where do I begin to explain the terrible experience we have had with this company. Let me start off by saying they came highly recommended by a few people and the initial consultation was spot on. Its way came next that was unexpected and unpleasant. Greg came out and inspected what we needed, quoted us a price and the work was to begin once the window had arrived from being ordered. Due to weather, they did have to reschedule once the glass did arrive which was fine. Living in Aurora, sometimes its not easy to get things done quickly. Fast forward to installation day. Now just a little background on the window, its just a single, double pane sheet of glass that was broken out of our condo windows, not a huge job, no paint required, standard huge living community style glass. The installer arrives and was slightly confused about what window he was installing but we got things moving. Got furniture out of the way and he started looking at the glass and started the job. After about 5 minutes of complaining the window was not going to come out easily, he had to get a glass cutter and cut the glass and hammer out pieces onto both my floor and the ground outside (2 stories down). I should mention that he put down nothing to catch the glass or debris inside or out. Fast forward 30 minutes and he is finally ripping out the frame of the old window and installs the new one. He proceeded to ask me for my vacuum so he could start the clean up, he cleaned up, told me that the window needed to set, not to clean it our put to much pressure on it for about 12 hours, being the holiday, I tipped the man, and off he went. Fast forward 12 hours, I go to clean off the window and there are smudges/finger prints on the outside of the glass, and a scratch in the glass. It was the weekend so I called during business hours and spoke with Amber about setting up a repair of the glass, like a cleaning or buff the scratch out, I dunno, anything, and she said no problem and set it up. When that day arrived, Scott called me and said he was going to be about 45 min late and could we reschedule. Due to our location in Aurora, Amber had informed me that a window of 3-5 was all that was available, and is what I attempted to explain to Scott when rescheduling. He was not happy about the time frame I was told and told me that all they were going to come do was take a picture and see back at the shop what they could do. I explained that I was under the impression they were going to fix it somehow but either way, I needed to be present when they came and took the pictures. You have to be in my living room to even access the window, because again, 2 stories up. This set Scott off big time and the more I demanded my being on site during this photo the more enraged he became. I tried numerous times to ask him why he was so upset, talking to me they way he was, etc. As a small business owner myself, I tried to use that to my advantage and calm down the situation, NOPE. He broke into a tangent about how sick and tired he is of potheads calling his store thinking its a bong shop. Explaining to him that this had nothing to do with me, only set him off even more until he finally started screaming I will just come by and take the picture, I am not going to do *insert fun words from your vocab* and the sound of a old phone clicking as I was hung up on. My partner who had also been dealing with the situation, was first to meet with Greg, sign the paperwork, and take payment from, went ahead and gave Scott a call back and it was mostly cursing and that was the end of it. As someone who works with general contractors on a daily basis with more respect than this establishment could muster to snag the sale for, I implore you to never do business with this company. Its one thing to a terrible person, its another to treat your so called customers like dirt for a quick buck.

I have been doing business with Ambr and Caci for years they really know their stuff if they dont have a windshield for your vehicle in stock they can get it within the day! they usually have a pup in the shop too which always makes your day better!

Hands down the worst service I have ever dealt with. Have had a shattered patio window since November of last year. Company claims my landlord has neglected it and didnt order the glass until April. Had 5 separate measurements, no replacement. I call two weeks ago, they set an appointment time for last Friday and technician doesnt show up or call. They reschedule for today show up and claim measurement still is not right. Spoke with Scott and admitidly lost my temper and swore. He hangs up I call back he refuses to let me speak to Casey. Scott took no blame for the companies negligence and accuses me of being a Hillary Supporter due to my frustration. Completely unprofessional and unapologetic for the piss poor operation. STAY AWAY.

Received a pipe from them and it looks like their glass blower doesnt know how to pull his tools out right, the bottom of our pipe has an air bubble that is noticable. If you dont see it you can feel it. I emailed the night I found it. That was about a week ago. I sent another email today since I havent gotten anything back. You guys have no problems charging people for these chipped and broken pipes, clearly your pipes do not match the name of your company.Dont waste your money or your time, worst customer service, the pipe looks pretty although its massive and heavy, but the bubble on the bottom of the bowl makes it hard to use it.

The owner, Scot, has a volatile temper and regularly cheats his customers. When asked to make it right he insults and says that ship has sailed.

Dont go here! my mother went to ask to get a quote from them, and the front desk guy had the worst attitude. He acted as if she was bugging him to do his job... In the end we used the company Compass Glass- very helpful and inviting business.

Go anywhere else. They did a terrible job replacing a window in my car. They left broken glass all over in my car. The window sticks when it rolls up now. The door panel wasnt put back into place properly and is noticeably loose. The staff was rude. They were over priced, I only chose them because I live close by. I regret it now. Go anywhere else for better service.

Dont use this company. My experience couldnt have been worse! The person that answered the phone was short with me and the gentleman that came to fix my car window was rude and didnt do a good job at all - he took forever and left glass in my car. I ended up getting the repair finished at the dealership. Avoid this company at all costs!

Mile high glass ruined the interior of my car with the black caulk they use to seal the window in place. they gave a big hassle to us as all we wanted to know is that they will come forward and fix the car to the proper order. It was like pulling teeth with them. terrible customer service as the manager just talks over you and didnt want to listen at all.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! EVER!!!!

I ordered a piece of glass for a conference table in one of my offices which I paid for up front on 6/20. When they showed up with the glass it was for a desk in an individual office, I asked them to take it back and make me the one I needed. They took the piece of glass back and I got a call the next day from the owner saying I would have to pay for the wrong piece of glass, they would not even credit the money already paid to the piece of glass I wanted. The owner said and I quote One thing I have learned is the customer isnt always right, I am not eating this. Ok so if I have to pay for the glass I didnt want any way I tell them to deliver it. I call them 2 weeks later and ask where my glass is and they tell me they broke the glass and cant deliver it, so I will get what I want and they will make the glass I asked for the first time. A month and a half later 8/20 I call and ask for my glass or my money back. Yesterday 8/22 they finally delivered the glass. The workmanship was so bad it must have been done out of spite, it’s a curved piece of glass that looks like my five year old cut out, I wish I could post pictures with the review.This company has provided terrible customer service, been unprofessional, dishonest, and in the end provided a bad product.

As if Feb 18th, all my problems with Mile High are being resolved. A representative from Mile High glass came out to my home today and agreed that there was a manufacturing problem with the glass that was installed. Mile High has committed to stand behind their work and agreed to fix the problem within the next week. Their solution is more then fair and based on my experience I have to assume that any disagreements I had with them before were the result of miscommunications. Based on this experience, I would now recommend Mile High to my friends and neighbors.

I was following a Mile High Glass truck when a piece of glass fell off, shattered, and flattened my tire. I had to have the tire replaced and when I called to let them know, the person I talked to said none of their drivers were on the road at that time and denied any responsibility. I agree with other reviews on here that they have horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Worst experience ever!!!! what a headache dealing with this company. i have no idea how they have lasted 30 years. poor poor poor customer service.Mile high glass, the service tech mush have been a mile high because he got black silicone all over the inside of my car. all over the tan roof liner!!! then i watched him rub it in and make it ten times worse. what a joke. they did however set me up with a upholstery guy to fix it, but when i got it back from him it looked terrible. after a long ordeal of the owner not listening to what i have to say he then called the police on me for not leaving the store. all I wanted was to make sure that my car was going to be fixed right. the way it was before they butchered it.Take it from me... go somewhere else, you wont regret it.

Made an appointment went in they drilled the hole and then explained to me how they were too inept to finish it and told me to go to safelight...

This place is straight HORRIBLE. After the first time I brought my car in to get the windshield replaced, they set it wrong and got adhesive on my car. Then when i brought it in again to fix this, I drove off with the top crown piece above the wind shield flying off on I70. After this, they reset the crown piece and it still looks crappy. And they left multiple tools on my roof!
