Phil and the crew at ShaftShack have set up an awesome business. They make it incredibly easy to demo several golf shafts at a time and at a very good value. Their site is set up so you can quickly identify the launch characteristics of their entire inventory. Better yet, their phone number is right at the top of the website and they will actually pick up the phone and talk to you about your order. When my order arrived it was packaged with everything I needed to install it in my driver head, including written instructions with photos. They also include the return shipping label, so when I was done with my demo period I just slapped it on the tube and dropped it off at the post office. The icing on the cake? They will credit your shaft demo charge against a future purchase. Thats just smart business! Thanks ShaftShack, I look forward to my next demo!

Above and beyond customer service. I played a tournament back in February, and the day before I was supposed to leave to travel I broke my driver shaft. I ended up giving Phil a call and was taken care of, not only did he have the exact shaft I played, he hand delivered it to me. I could be more thankful for the helpfulness he provided. I 100% recommend shaft shack for any of your demo and shaft product needs.

I would avoid this company. They have a great selection, but their customer service is non-existent. After following their club bulding instructions, the tip on the shaft I rented broke after 7 swings. The worst thing is that the shaft also put a crack into the nozzle of my driver making it unusable. The universal tip fitting system they use is not stable. Shaft Shack offered no form of compensation and charged me the full amount for the rental of their defective shaft adapter. Avoid at all cost.

These guys rock! Very knowledgeable and I loved the ability to take these shafts on the course and play actual rounds with them before committing to a purchase. I would highly recommend!!!

Recently found this place online. Wow! What a great find. Have you ever wanted to try a high end driver shaft (the kind they dont have at Golf Galaxy)? ShaftShack has them all. $20 for a test drive. Phil the owner is a great guy who has a wealth of knowledge and is happy to offer suggestions and feedback. Im on my sixth shaft now and all of them have been miles better than the stock shaft that came with my driver. Im seeing an average of 15 to 25 yards extra plopping any one of these in my driver. My biggest problem now is trying to find the best of the best.

ShaftShack is a great company to try golf driver and fairway shafts in real course conditions before purchasing. After testing a few driver shafts, I found the Graphite Design AD DI 6x is the best for my golf swing. Now, Im striking the ball off the tee better than ever.

Phil, the owner spent a great of time with me over the phone to ensure that I understood all aspects and details of the didfernts shafts, swing weight etc during the initial rental process. It is a great concept and with the price of golf shafts it can save you a lot of $. Reading specifications online is no match for the driving range. Will never buy another golf shaft again without renting from shaft shack first.

Awesome service wherein the company allows you to test exotic golf shafts for your driver and fairway woods. As someone who likes to tinker with their golf clubs, being able to test different shafts at nominal fees is just what I needed. Customer service is tremendous and Phil has been a great resource. I wish I would have learned about Shaft Shack long ago. The concept is great, the service is great, and I couldnt recommend this company any higher. Phil has been extremely helpful in sharing his knowledge of each of the shafts, and sharing some insights and thoughts on what I was trying to accomplish.Like other reviews have mentioned, theres no substitute for seeing the ball flight and real course conditions vs. being on a monitor. For me, gaming the shafts is more important than the monitor as time and time again what I see off a monitor doesnt necessarily translate to the course.Great job Shaft Shack.
