My experience with Freeway Marble & Granite was excellent. They scheduled the template right away and then about a week later they scheduled the install. The team (Daniel + 1) that came to install was top notch. They even solved an issue that wasnt their responsibility and could have de-railed the whole job. A big thanks to them. They removed my old counters, minimized damage to the walls and existing cabinets. They did their install and made sure everything fit perfectly. I even had some strange corners on the island that took them extended time to get it right but they took their time and ensured an excellent fit. Then they cleaned up after themselves and wiped down the counters. Pros for sure.Overall Im very happy with the communication and the work that was done.

Absolute nightmare to work with. Any hiccup takes another week for response, and Its been over a month and my Ikea order is still not out to fabrication, much less a date set for install. Been told different stories by IKEA sales (who assured me they could do a change order directly) and freeway marble and granite (who said ikea will send the change order (a week and still nothing). Will head to IKEA tomorrow to cancel everything instead.

I am trying to get my Ikea countertops measured and it is a headache to say the least!!! No customer followup on phone calls and emails are responded to ineffectively. The gal actually said that another employee does not work there any more, which is totally irrelevant to the fact that I have paid thousands and am getting to service at all. Over a week of next to no communications from Freeway

The quality of the Granite is good, but i cant say the same about the lady who is in office. A lot of miscommunication and is very rude. Instead of helping to find a solution on the get-go, she was very defensive and condescending, insinuating that we were at fault. If you dont care about customer service, and just want the product, i guess, they are fine. In my opinion though, customer service does hurt the company, especially if you have ill mannered people in your Team.

I dealt with Mary Lou, Maria, and Ruby. They were all extremely helpful and cared about my project getting done quickly and right. The gentlemen who installed the countertops were just as wonderful as the ladies. I cannot thank them enough for doing their job well. Beautiful countertops done right the first time.

(Selective hearing and poor customer service)After giving me only 1 day warning for a weekday appointment I made work they cancelled due to weather alright well I thought I could do the next day but it turned out I needed to cancel my initial confirmation to their last minute change. All good I was understanding they will be as well right?Nope, they only hear what the want to hear and ignored all attempts to cancel. Just like they have ignored all attempts to talk to them about seams from day one despite repeatedly saying their template specialist would call me. Well guess what he never did and they snuck the order into production workout telling me if it would need to be seamed much less giving me the choice they initially promised. Now they ignored my requests to change appointments and are charging me a change order for my failure to showOr is driving by and leaving notes their way to pickup extra income? Im supposed to cancel 48 hrs in advance for something they didnt even give me 48 hrs notice for? I had an email waiting for them at start of business and a PM installation time. Ive still got no reply to that email or my latest request too explain seams. Just complaints and a request for more money...IKEA simply as a middle man that collects more money and doesnt help to resolve any issues. Cancellation is not possible after production which they complete as soon as possible while ignoring any concerns you have...Ill update based on how it turns out but based on their customer service and lack of ethics I can not recommend.

Negligent service. Missed a kitchen backsplash and noted with them immediately after install. We identified it as an issue with the template and confusion over which wall was intended to have the backsplash. I was promised a call back that same day with a resolution and never heard from them. I then ended up calling a week later and got a deflection that it wasnt their fault, rather than help solve the issue. Still no call back. We also both confirmed that the original order included the backsplash in the purchase, which weve paid for and ordered but they are not willing to install. Freeway Marble & Granite missed multiple chances to provide good customer service at a minimal effort to them and theyve continually avoided it.

Had my kitchen countertop done in quartz, the team was so helpful in expediting my order. The guys came on time, as planned, and put the whole thing in quickly and with only one perfect seam. They cleaned up nicely and I even got a follow up call to check that everything went OK.

Freeway was contracted to install quartz countertops through purchasing countertops from Ikea. While it was more difficult than I would have liked to work through the scheduling and communication process (see below), we are very happy with the final results of the installed counters.Freeway contacted us immediately after purchasing countertops at Ikea during a promotional sale in January to schedule measurements. We were not ready yet as we were updating multiple cabinet elements. After a few weeks we were ready and called the office to schedule - only to leave a voicemail requesting a callback.. which did not happen that day or the next so I called again the following day. Got a hold of their office this time and was able to schedule a date but the time was open ended - they said they would contact closer to and confirm time window. As the days ticked by to the scheduled date I did not hear from them - up until the afternoon of the day before. I had to call to confirm they were still coming out. The tech came out and was nice and professional and right on time. The office receptionist said the counters should be ready for install roughly 10 business days after measurement and they would reach out to contact for scheduling.Assuming you can guess where this went... we did not hear from them again so 9 biz days after measurements I called the office again to find out when they were coming out. The receptionist had to call me back because she wasnt sure and couldnt find our info at that time. A few hours later she did call back and said we were scheduled for the day after tomorrow. Luckily I work from home mostly and was able to make this work. The guys (it sounded like maybe they are subcontracted by Freeway?) who installed the work were right on time and very nice. They did great work - the flush sink reveal looks great and quartz is beautiful with no issues. Very happy with the finished results. In summary, the finished product for the price we paid has been excellent. The installation and materials were beyond our expectation. There were some definite headaches along the way working through scheduling/communication but overall we are satisfied with our purchase and Freeways work - after all, guests in our house dont see the phone calls/emails but rather the counters themselves.Quality of product/installation: 5 starsCommunication/Scheduling: 2 starsFinal score: 4 stars (weighted to finished results)

I bought these countertops from IKEA. This company does NOT want to do a flush reveal on under mount sinks. The guy who measured tried to talk me into a 1/8th inch reveal/overhang instead of flush like I asked for... when the counters were delivered for the install the under-mount sinks had a 1/2 or more reveal and the installers tried to tell me I should like that since I would not see the dirt and mildew that would gather in the joint... which is WHY I wanted a flush mounting to be able to see to clean it well.🙄.Then I saw that the sinks are glued in slightly rotated and not straight, one counter isn’t level, and they used a jagged piece of board to help support under the cabinets instead of making a flat square cut. They have offered to come out and TRY to fix the issues for $250 which seems to be a theme for them from reading above reviews; but said if they break my sinks trying to fix the issues I have to pay for new sinks. These folks just don’t take the time to measure nor use a level-nor do they want to do flush mount... so don’t ask for that. Even the girls in the office told me that flush mounts show dirt and mold and I should want that hidden with an overlap... women actually said I should want to just hide dirt from view instead of being able to see to clean it.It’s a small thing but the cut for my other countertop for the soap is off center from the cut for the faucet. Because again... they don’t want to take extra time to use a square edge or laser.Basically when you buy countertops from IKEA... this is the type of business they subcontract out to do the job.

Great Service!Unfortunately during a counter instal at my office our brand new polished concrete floors were damaged- bad. And to be honest I was ready for them to put up a fight. I could not have been more relieved when they simply said dont worry we will take care of it ...and they did! Accidents happen, they are normal, but great service is not as frequent. Freeway Marble & Granite proves there are great companies out there! Thank you for fixing the damage fast!!

We purchased countertops from IKEA and this is the company that they came from. They returned voicemails and emails. Every time I spoke to them on the phone they were very friendly and worked around our schedule. Two gentlemen just left after installing our counters and they were very respectful and nice. We without a doubt would use them again or refer people to them.

We have spent weeks just trying to get this company out. Subcontracted by IKEA. I have left several voicemails without return calls. Finally got someone on the phone and they said I have an overage with IKEA. Went to IKEA and they said it is incorrect and I had them send email to company. The Freeway phone receptionist promised that I would have a call by the end of the day--NONE--They dont answer the phone and now it is saying they will be out two weeks for the holiday! What company is closed for two weeks?? I will update if they actually respond and do their job. Now very nervous about the quality after reading the reviews. I might just cancel if they dont respond soon.

I rarely write a negative reviews, but this company was subcontracted by IKEA to install quartz countertops in our kitchen. Unfortunately, the install was done poorly and the seams are coming apart. Not only does it look bad, it’s causing damage where water is leaking through to the cabinets underneath. I’ve contacted IKEA and they have assured me this is covered under warranty. Unfortunately, Freeway Marble and Glass is not responsive and when they do, keeps asking if I approve a $350 derive fee. If I’m going to need to pay for this, not paying Freeway.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.We purchased quartz countertops through IKEA and Freeway Marble and Granite is their subcontractor. We called for WEEKS, left voicemails, never received a call back, just to schedule the measurement. Once we finally got that part scheduled, the guy that measured said we would get a call in 3-4 days to schedule install. Freeway Marble and Granite never contacted us. We started calling about 10 days after measurement. We finally got install scheduled for a Friday. My husband took off work to be home. We never received a confirmation call Thursday night, but that really didn’t surprise us at that point. So my husband waited Friday, called eventually, and left a voicemail asking when the delivery window was. He did get a call back, saying they had rescheduled us and they forgot to call to tell us. We were denied talking to a manager or getting any kind of discount. They rescheduled for a Wednesday and asked what time frame would work for us. Of their options, we chose 1-3pm. This time they called the day before to say they would arrive between 8-10am, and if that didn’t work for us they would have to reschedule.I would advise avoiding this company at all costs. Their customer service was horrible. As a side note, Freeway Marble and Granite actually hires out the guys that install, and those guys were excellent!

I was referred to them to get a repair done on a quartz counter top. The conversation took two months and I never got the opportunity to schedule an appointment. They noted they were undergoing an audit but that doesnt mean you ignore your customers, or potential customers. They were unclear on the charges for the repair, it turns out the $250 was only for repair, not for labor, and they refused to discount it beyond the quoted price for taking so long to get it scheduled.

I wanted to write this review to help others who find themselves in a similar situation. Freeway Marble and Granite is the quartz installer for Ikea Centennial as of Fall 2017. We bought our countertops during the Ikea kitchen sale, as the price is unbeatable. However, I had read horror stories about installers that Ikea uses across the country, so we took a bit of a chance with Freeway.Throughout the entire process they were excellent. Not 24 hours after I purchased our kitchen, I received a call from Freeway to set up a template date. There was no problem that we needed the date to be a few months out. The employee who handled the templating was awesome- very friendly, answered all my questions and was incredibly thorough in his attention to detail. On install day, I continued to be impressed. The team took less than 4 hours to install quartz countertops in a large kitchen and powder room. They kept everything super clean and talked me through caring for quartz. Overall, I am glad we took a chance on using the Ikea installer and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them directly for any stone or countertop needs in the future.

We purchased our kitchen countertops through IKEA and Freeway did the install. The contract stipulated that our kithcen sink needed to be on site when the countertop installer came to measure--which it was. When they came, Freeway would not measure because the undermount sink wasnt installed--which again the contract said on site. Freeway then tried to charge us a trip charge for coming out. Understand that at this point Freeway had been paid in full. Three weeks letter, Freeway finally measured and 3 weeks after that installed the countertops. The install was absolutely sloppy. Hand cuts were made in the stone that didnt match the profile of the wall and left large gaps (which they laser measured), one corner had a deep chip in the stone from mishandling, and the sink side countertops were so tight that the installers had to shove so had that it scratched the newly textured wall and the fit was so tight that our cabinet doors wouldnt close properly.. BTW, all the drawers rubbed after install. After many calls (and visits) to IKEA and Freeway, at supervisor finally came out to look at the install and insisted this is a good install and refused to do anything. He said that we need to contact the cabinet installer to adjust the drawers and cabinet door. Install still isnt resolved and we are going on 7-weeks without a functional kitchen.Be advised, Freeway is a very difficult company to work with if something goes south. And beware of Maria and David very unhappy and unhelpful people.

Our experience with Freeway Marble & Granite was exceptional. Our Caesarstone Symphony Grey countertops are BEAUTFIUL and exactly how we envisioned them. Everyone we came into contact with were amazing to work with. We live about an hour or so outside of Denver and they made this process so easy for us. Maria and Ruby in the front office always provided excellent customer service and are extremely friendly. The gentleman who came to template was very knowledgeable and provided great insight when it came to designing the counters for our custom kitchen island. Cesar and Chuy did a wonderful job with the install. They were very meticulous and super friendly. We are very happy with our new countertops and highly recommend Freeway.
