Granite world installed granite that was selected from Arizona Tile. From the sales person at Granite world, to estimator, to installers to quality control; all met and exceeded my expectations. When the holes were cut for the sink there was a small unpolished section and with all speed a repair man came and polished the very small area perfectly. The measurement and the installation were done very well. I amazes me how precisely the joints was done and are barely visible.

Granite World of Colorado did a fantastic job with our granite. From the moment I connected with Kristina, their rep, I felt confident I had made the right choice in companies. Even thru the pandemic the service and selections were beyond fantastic. When one of the smaller selections for a bathroom became unavailable, I was notified right a way and was given man;y other options at the same price! Installation was on time and, again, was perfect. The installers were on time, knowledgeable, polite, and super clean! The manager who had done the measurements came and made sure things were being done correctly! Kristina continued to follow through and made sure we were pleased. Kristina was even able to provide us with the 4 sinks we needed! I would definitely call Kristina again.

Stay away from this place! I tried getting a quote from these guys and their communication was awful. First, their response rate to my initial inquiry was slow. Then, they had a 48 hour turn-around time for quoting and acted like that clock started over every time I wanted to look at a different color or make a minor change. I asked them to try to expedite it and they gave me a hard time about having to quote too many options. A word of advice to the employees who work here: ITS YOUR JOB TO QUOTE MATERIALS. Do your job and learn how to treat customers with respect. Theres about 50 fabricators to choose from in Denver and customer service is the only way to stand out. Granite World of Colorado is clearly doing a poor job at it. I cant imaging what the actual fabrication process would be like if the quoting process was this poor. I feel like I dodged a bullet here!Luckily, I had plenty of other fabricators to choose from that actually responded to me and showed me respect. :)

Granite World did an excellent job on my kitchen counters. Their wide selection of counters made it easy to find what I wanted. The team that measured the counters were great it was fun to experience. My counters look great. Thanks to Gray for all his help and support

I’ve used Granite World multiple times in multiple houses. They have been nothing but professional and I’ve loved their work. They showed up on time and delivered an amazing product. Before I started working with them I shopped around and their prices were very competitive but more than that, I feel like their slabs were nicer and had more character than some of their competitors. I’ve worked with Gray and Brian and they are great! They are knowledgeable, professional and have always helped in exceeding my expectations with each project.

We had granite countertops installed by Granite World last week. It was great working with them! They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up their mess, and did great work. They took the time to make sure that everything was done right and looked perfect! I would highly recommend Granite World to anyone who needs stone work done!

Grady and all staff at Granite World deserve 5 stars and above. I work with a custom home builder and ran into many issues with countertop designs, quotes and scheduling with vendors we. Granite world, Grady, specifically, have made the countertop process so much easier, reliable and provide high quality products for a great cost. We Love our countertops! Granite World did a great job with the fabrication. Their communication and responsiveness to all of the questions we had was much appreciated. Best of all was the turn around time between the measurement and install. We were desperate to get our kitchen back and could not have been more grateful for the quick installation date. Additionally our installers did a beautiful job. Overall we are quite happy with their work.

This business doesnt even deserve one star. For some reason the company didnt want to do business with us. Yet they never had the human decency to tell us that. After two trips to Granite World over a period of many months we are now far behind due to their horrible customer service. We took our business elsewhere. The new company immediately began the paper work. The extensive showroom was well organized and labeled. Each piece of granite had a barcode on it for easy identification and tracking. Now of this ever happened at Granite World. Dont even bother checking them out. They have serious problems.

Didnt get job done on time and the owner would dodge phone calls regarding the job and avoid talking about problems.
