Very friendly and helpful staff. They sell Jocko Fuel, which is the only sugar free energy drink that doesn’t mess with my stomach and tastes good. They also have good prices on Zinc.

The customer service I received today was over the top. The associate went way above and beyond to help me fix my auto delivery. I try to avoid going into stores because customer service usually sucks, but this location deserves your business.

Great place. We prefer this over GNC, because theres more variety and people seem to know what theyre talking about. The best part, the price is right and great selection of everything. This is one of the better laid-out VS locations Ive been too, and also had very nice and helpful staff.They asked if I needed help, left me alone to browse, and were paying attention when I wanted to check out, and were pleasant throughout my visit.Its nice to actually feel welcome at a VS, rather than being made to feel like a burden on the employees when you want to pick some supplements up (like the locations back where I live.)

This is my go to place for vitamins now! Brianna was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I ordered a product online which was expiring in a month. I was so pleased today with the help I got! I always feel really confused when it comes to workout supplements, protein shakes, etc. I am starting a new workout regime to help fill my lose skin with muscle. I am super embarrassed about it. The guys here really helped me feel like I got this! And they also helped look up and find exactly what I needed at a way better price comparable to what the coach wanted me to buy of her brand. I walked into this store because its located not far from my work. I was looking for some supplements. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. The prices are significantly higher than on Amazon so Im not planning to be back!

Staff is extremely inconsiderate. Dont waste you time. When asked about what flavors of 5 lb jugs of optimum whey protein they had was met with rude and condescending responses.

Honestly don’t even bother with this location. They open late if at all, last time the guy at 9:05 saw me try to open the door and gave me the finger asking me to hold on for a moment and proceeded to unpack some things. Today there was a gnarly snow storm and I was there at 9, figured they were probably late cause of it, and I’m not asking anyone to risk their lives so I can get my pre workout so I patiently waited until 9:45, and still no one has showed up.

Worst customer service telling me that they will get fired for letting me in at 6:00pm thank you but no thank you I will he taking my business else where. Three people were closing up the store. Customer service to the worst. I wouldnt hold anyone else up for anything else. These people are real lucky on a Sunday to be closed at 6pm, other retail stores are open late on Sundays.Have a nice vitamin life shoppe👋

I have been going to this Vitamin Shopper for several months and I am always very happy with my experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I was even able to return a protein powder because I did not like the taste and they made an easy exchange for me. Plus sign up for their free club and you get great discounts sent to your email. This shop and staff are awesome. I dont typically buy supplements, energizer drinks, etc. unless I grab a power bar at the grocery store. But I work out frequently and wanted to start making the right nutritional choices to compliment my exercise regime. Now I know a place where I can stop by for friendly advice and a huge array of products that are well organized and include top line and more affordable options. This store is a draw for serious trainers, athletes and coaches, along with people who might have special dietary needs or are simply looking for vitamins and other healthy nutritional products. Parking is easy. Stop by and check it out!

Did not have a close substitute for what I was looking for however the service was excellent and they went out of their way to try and come up with a solution. Store is clean, well organized, well stocked, makes locating products easy and efficient!
