I accumulated over $3000 dollars in loyal points and was told by Cody I can use on rec side when retrieving my points I was told by charity that I couldnt and should not have had them in the first place. The manager charity told me that Sparks is like Walmart you get what you spend, I dont go to Walmart I go to King Soopers because they reward their loyal customers. Is it only me who notices that they only serve their recreational customers the old dried out Leftover stuff from the medical side. The medical side has Jars and jars of fresh beautiful flowers but the recreational side they have no jars and only a few dried out strains in plastic containers that are not even on display you have to ask for. I guess there rec customers are not valued but instead used to take out the trash but they do have a couple and I mean a couple decent infused pre-rolls

Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The clones look great so I got a couple of the blue dream. Got some new glassware and some super sticky flower. Will definitely be back!

Great dispensary. I went in for medical, and the whole experience was better than most places. It has the usual checks and security, but without it being quite so in your face. Once you get inside, it is a very nice, clean and professional looking setup. The people I met there are very friendly and helpful. The prices are very good, and should be even better on deal days. The selection is better for medical than most places I have been too. They have a good range of edibles, and some of the best quality and potency in their flower too. The only issue I had was parking. There are spots to park on the street, but not many you can park in legally. There are lots nearby, but some are posted. Definitely not the best parking situation I have seen at dispensaries, but the rest of the experience was great. For medical patients, this is the best I have been too. The only issue I had, which is very minor, is that you are supposed to get a free T-shirt with a $100 purchase. I did not realize that when I went in, so did not ask about it, but I was also not told about it at the time too. Very minor thing, but if you want a free shirt, be sure to ask for it.

HIDDEN GEM!!! This shop is nowhere near my house but worth coming to 10000 times over. I’ve been to over 100 dispensaries in denver over the last 6 years. The staff here is super nice and knowledgeable. It’s easy to get in and out with your product quickly, and on top of that I have literally never seen prices this low in YEARS. They run sooo many deals that are in-store and Westword only so I recommend coming in rather than just looking online for prices. Easy to get there off the highway too.

This place is awesome! Never had a problem with online ordering and have met some of my favorite budtenders here. Prices include tax which is always a plus and they have great deals. My go-to for all smoking needs

I was in on 10/4/20 to buy water hash. I had an order get mixed up do to staff. I get home to find the wrong product. When I call in they told me to return the rosin for water hash after I left the store with it. The rosin was 70 otd and hash 60otd. I had a discount applied to my purchase. After returning to the store a second time discussing this issue with Mitch the manager. He told me. They would not give me a refund and would only swap out the product. All that happened was a waste of my time gas and money.very poor management. I will not return. Thank you.

Recent update due to Jon Thursdays presence. Best budtender in town. Smooth transaction. Took away a star because of rewards program. Never mentioned during my visit. Ongoing problem.

The absolute best dispensary in Denver hands down. I live 40 minutes away from this location and it is still the only dispensary I will go to. Every member of the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and are always willing to help their customers. Other dispensaries in Denver could learn some things from how well this place is ran.

I had a great experience there and they have a product called Ripple that is $5 cheaper than I can find anywhere else. Friendly staff as well. I actually go out of my way to go there when I am in town. I think they do a fine job. Thanks!

Two trips in a row, I preordered only to show up and have them be out of stock of the item I ordered an hour or two later. What’s the point of a preorder system if you won’t hold the product while the customer comes to pick it up? They offered me nothing to make up for the inconvenience, despite spending over $200 in the transaction. I’ll take my business someplace where it’s actually appreciated from now on.

Friendly staff greets you at the door. Really personable and knowledgeable about the products sold there. Very excellent prices too. Definitely recommend going to spark whether youre a beginner or a seasoned veteran. You wont find a better selection at a lower price.

We drove across town to check out Spark since they advertised some great prices on extracts. We are from Oregon and they refused to accept our IDs because of the change of address sticker. Keep this in mind if youre from out of state, they might not accept your ID. No other dispensary has had any issue and took the time to look at our ID and ensure they were valid. Wish we could have given them the review they deserved but well never know. Guess Ill bring my passport next time.

Just visited this shop about an hour ago and they have by far the best price and selection on 710 labs in Denver. Hands down the best experience Ive had at a dispensary here and I shop a lot. I forgot the guys name, but the head bud tender there is extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really loves his job. Thats rare when stepping in a dispensary. Highly reccomend, you wont be disappointed.

They got nice people here which was amazing. Some dispensaries have horrible bud tenders. The young lady here was beyond helpful and nice. This is my 1st from now on.

Review was 5 stars before but our last preorder of cartridges were switched out for ones that were not even comparable. Ended up with no indicas for the months worth we got. Cheaper prices are not worth ending up with the wrong products. :(

Come here on a regular but the last visit was ehh. Seems like there was a bit of tension with the older lady, maybe a bad day. However got my item and left. When I checked it out the cartridge was not filled to the top....big issue. I just shrugged it off however the major issue came when the thread literally broke off! So I wasn’t able to use the product AT ALL!Please make sure the team is checking cartridges as they should! I shop here too heavy and was looking forward to trying a new strain of Strawberry Fields.Update: The top mouthpiece popped off while taking pics. This is terrible

If there was no stars that is what I would give. I called ahead of time to see about a item. Was told that they had it and to come in. Employee greets us at the door and said in a condescending manner that she is closed. The employees name was Evelyn. The next day I called and asked for the store manager and he said he would speak to her. He said he did not know what kind of day she had and maybe that was the reason she was condescending. I explained that there is never a reason to be condescending to customers. I would hope the owner reads this and understands how she is not good for business. The manager that was there on December 14th who said he was the manager seems to not understand the customers are bringing money to your establishment. Good luck to the owners . I have ran many businesses and never allowed employees to think it is ok to be condescending to customer.

I live over an hour away, yesterday I called and asked if they had a product. They said yes. I drive there and they say don’t have it. I call the next morning and they said they got a new drop In today, so I drove again. And then they tell me it’s not on the shelves until later. They’re misinforming customers trying to spend good money with them. That or their employees aren’t on the same page and that makes for a bad business example.

Not consistant in their policies. Poorly trained budtenders. Poorly trained manager with no customer service skills.I showed up for the oz special with my battle buddy. He asked for the military discount, and the bud tender abliged; and after hearing this, I asked the same. The budtender said she could, but then forgot to do it.I went back in, 2 minutes after leaving, for the discount that was never applied. She went to talk to her manager. At that point, the manager said she could not do that.....after giving it to my buddy in front of me, and telling me she could, they never delivered. Not consistant. Poorly trained budtenders. Poorly trained managers with no customer services skills.

This was the worst experience at a dispensary I ever had. Customer service is a must and usually people are AWESOME this time tho it wasnt good at all. So I will not be going back.

This place has some good flower but the customer service of Hannah the so called manager is horrible, you dont cuss at your customers or be disrespectful for whatever the reason is, Ashley did a outstanding job covering up for Hannahs mistakes and continuously apologising I could of been a mystery shopper. My friend and I had a very amazing experience here. We were on the search for 710 Lab products and it seems like every dispensary we went too didnt have much knowledge on the 710 products they were selling. If Im buying a premium product I expect my questions to be answered. At Spark we were helped by a guy by the name of John Thursday. Talk about one of the nicest down to earth bud tenders thats ever helped me. He was filled with knowledge about the products we were buying and didnt want to rush us out for asking a bunch of questions. If john wasnt sure of our question he would ask another bud tender who would then know. This place is full of amazing people who will go above and beyond your expectations to make sure youre happy with what youre buying. I highly recommend this place, especially if youre a 710 Labs fan. Stumbled across this Dispensary through the Westword and hands down the staff and prices are great. My only issue is the constant remarks about my decision on purchasing Sativa Dominant edibles. Every time I go in looking for your 1000 milligram incredible sativa gummies or I call, I get an eye roll and am told they all give you an indica effect. I disagree and it shouldn’t matter if I do! Just say yes we have them or no, we don’t. I don’t care about what Joe Rogan said or what news article you read. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I tried the indica ones and got super sleepy. yes at some point any sativa wether it be weed or edibles, will make you tired and give you an indica feeling. Some times volunteering extra information is unnecessary. Everybody’s different and it all effects ya differently. But other than that, this place is great!
