I love the stone it reminds me of what a Trapp house that got its life together would look like. Talk about a glow up, theyve got sweet deals, nice strains and hands down the best staff! Be sure to show up earlier in the day. If you wait till peak hours youll be in line for awhile. Lastly, BRING YOUR MASK PEOPLE! Your sketchy buddy youve met in an alleyway might not care but they most certainly do. But its worth it!

Good prices and a decent location. Some budtenders are nice but most just want you to leave as quickly as possible. Quality is cheap and doesn’t give off a great high. Won’t be back here any time soon.

It states open online and let me put an order in, when the doors are closed. The people usually encountered are the best part but the stone has gone downhill very quickly. They have failed to tell people that they are closed and a bunch of people showed up wasting gas to pick up what they thought was going to be their order. The lights are on but the doors are locked.

This is my favorite dispensary. It isnt super fancy and flashy like a lot of other dispensaries in Denver, but the products are the same and the prices are the best Ive ever seen. Online ordering is easy and they actually have your order ready in a bag for you when you show up. All the employees have been super nice and helpful.

Love the $5 pre-rolls. I want to know why dispensary want to give you points with no rules. Then when people are almost going to get something they go and mess it all up by make rules like as soon as you get enough points you have to use? I like getting special stuff during Holidays when Im tight on cash. Its not like everyone will cash in all on same day. In November or December.This is a Real Bummer 😞. Go anywhere else, and definitely don’t buy the $15 carts. They come broken more often than not and they will not let you exchange them. They tested my vape pen in store, on an employee’s mouth during a pandemic. So now I’ve wasted $15 because it doesn’t work and has god knows what germs on it. Go literally anywhere else where they will happily exchange a cartridge, as that’s the only thing all dispensaries will exchange, since they break very easily. Also keep your disgusting mouths away from customers product.

Order online and bypass the line! This place gets BUSY. If there isnt someone there maintaining the line, its chaos. The inside feels tight and crowded, could definitely use a overhaul in design of the dispensary.

I haven’t had great experiences very often here and the phone call I just made to inquire about certain products was not a priority. I asked about a specific item and the woman said “it’s better if you just come in because we are busy right now” ...I’m busy too and live an hour away and I told the woman this and she huffed and finally gave me percentages of thc on only 3 of the items I inquired about even though the menu had over 10 of these items products they had. She said “that’s all I can see right now”This is not the first time the menu online has not been updated. Each time I visit it’s a 20 minute wait in line. This is kind of ridiculous guys. I know the product sells itself and you guys have great deals but being a good business requires more than that. I will give you guys a couple more shots then I’m done as a bulk concentrate customer.

I don’t normally leave a bad review but I’d like the staff to be more aware when product changes. Craft changed their carts and I gues the staff either doesn’t know or doesn’t think it’s important to let guests know. I bought a bunch and it doesn’t fit my battery. I wish they would have warned me their so I could have just bought a new one. It’s not the biggest deal but it’s little things like that that make the difference between wasting my time and feeling taken care of. Maybe it’s not the staffs fault and they just need to be better trained.

Weve been visiting this store for months with no issues, having a medical mask exemption. We drive 20 minutes to get to the store, even though there are plenty of closer options. This week, the mask mandate was lifted, and of all weeks, this was the week a handful of employees absolutely refused to serve us, and refused to even accommodate for our medical exemption. We tried to be as pleasant as possible, and they were extremely rude. They care more about appearances than people.Their prices look good, but its a deception. The quality control is purposefully negligent, and the price they advertise is 75% of the price you actually end up paying.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS, they manipulate their google reviews. this company covers up their negative reviews by having their loyal following leave 5 star reviews. if you pay attention, most of their 5 star reviews are simple, and somewhat incoherent. it literally looks like a review that they asked someone to give them. if you look at their lowest rated reviews, you will see how many people have left here frustrated, never wanting to return. tis is by far the worst dispensary i have ever been too. I left a negative review about my first experience with them, and they somehow made it so i can only see it when i am logged in. they covered up my bad review. they also had customers leave positive reviews about THE EXACT SAME THING i was complaining about. saying they are super nice which they are awfully rude, by far the worst customer service i have experienced. all of the reviews about their product being good. are massive lies. just take 2 seconds to look at their negative reviews and they will all confirm what i am saying. this is the worst dispensary in the state of colorado.

Maybe it’s cause the worker doesn’t like working weekends, maybe their S/O kicked em out last night. But only be served by the Black budtenders here. At least they’ll treat you like a human and talk to you and not just try to to rush you out the door. Give you suggestions and actually care about the product. And when they talk to you, they talk to you, not over you. Help you find what you really want, and take the time to actually help. Not treat you like an nuisance interrupting their time. Just cause you got a line, doesn’t mean your service should fall. And if the Black budtenders are the only ones treating everyone, especially other Black folx, with respect….gotta clean house.

There was a small line of people waiting to pick up orders, but as walk-in customers we were taken immediately into a room to speak with a consultant. Justin was so pleasant and professional. He took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything without being condescending; it was a level of customer service that was greatly appreciated.We bought and used the transdermal salve he recommended. My wife slept through the night for the first time in months without the usual discomfort she experiences in her hip joints and lower back.A huge thanks to Justin for taking the time to work with us. I have been a loyal customer of the Stone for 2 years mainly because they are so cheap. With the price you expect not very good quality, but the shake has consistently gotten worse. You have to spend 20 minutes picking out stems and seeds for just 1 blunt. In the end, the cheap price is not worth it.

First off Sierra is Great!!! This dispensary is one of my favorite and by far the best priced. With that being said, I would highly recommend buying wax, carts, basically anything besides flower. The other reviews are dead on... you can’t see the bud and what they sell you is most definitely not even worth the cheap price they are selling it at.

Three times they replaced something I ordered on an online order with something that was not of the same quality or type. Both flower and concentrate. Itd be nice if they told you they were replacing something if they were out of something instead of waiting for you to get home to see that they replaced something. Its as simple as saying hey we were out of this item we suggest this is this okay as a replacement. Third time in I caught it in the parking lot. Immediately went back inside with my receipt and they told me I needed to wait in line again. They were willing to make it right but were going to make me wait in line again. I had to leave with the wrong product because I didnt have time to wait in line again. Piss poor management.Edit: since then they have enacted new systems and specifically mention when they dont have anything so I can pick. Good stuff and response.

The customer service is fine. The prices are the best in Denver...but I just dont have an hour to wait in line. Even online ordering takes forever. Driving from Centennial, order online, just to wait forever does make up for the low prices.Its a personal decision, Id rather pay a little more, get my flower, and walk, rather than waste a morning waiting in line. And if you dont order online, forget about it, its quicker to grow your own bud! If the Stone hires more people, or institutes a better system of getting product to customers in a timely manner, I will come back, until then, Im out.

Combine the fact you cant see the product with the warning signs in their dispensary that say their flower may contain seeds - NO REFUNDS. This has become my favorite dispensary. I heard about it because of an online special, started coming in because of the great prices and no BS way of trading, but I KEEP coming back because of Justin. I dont live anywhere NEAR this place, but make it a weekly ritual! Every Saturday hes there with a great attitude, he remembers me, and he asks questions about how I liked what he suggested last week. Ive had some great (but brief) convos with him, and I feel like should start coming in during off hours so I can talk to him longer. Its a great dispensary experience, even for a jaded Denverite. Justin gets it.

First off, dont listen to the reviews. They manipulate them. I have been a loyal customer of stone for 5 years, and they ripped me off the last 2 years that I was with them. I would pay $25-$30 an eighth and would get a gram. And that was the nugs I wasnt even shake. The quality of the shake was unbearable the nugs constantly had seeds and stems that took up half the weight no trichomes no crystals no smell. Other than the jelly Bean that I bought, and that smelled like mold. The last time I went in there I went to get 2/8, and when I went in there the outside grabbed were less than 1/8 full and I made it all the way home before I checked my jars brought it back with the receipt and try to get them to return it and they told me that they would do everything they could to fix it, but when I went in there, they didnt fix it. In fact they told me all sales are final. So again please dont listen to the reviews. They like to manipulate them.
