The store is very clean and has pleasant decor and design. I suppose the fashions are good, but there was a noticeable lack of color. Most things were black, white or grey, and only occasionally were there a few colorful garments. I didn’t really notice any staff available to o help customers on the sales floor. Overall it’s a pretty decent place but wasn’t really my jam.

This is a great spot for affordable fashion and is also located right at the south west end of The Pavilions on 16th Street Mall in central, downtown Denver.

Im loving this place the employees are super nice and respectful there helpful in anyway you need them to be. The store is always clean and it has clothing that well priced. Over all you will find that its a great place to shop.

Should be no stars at all. The cashier saw us at whats called a line to check out. She looked away and pretends to be busy. My husband said are you ready? She didnt say anything.. Not even a hello, after check out my husband said your welcome she still didnt say thank you. Really poor customer service.. Really poor.

Some good deals as long as you fit into small clothes they are very limited on bigger peoples clothes. The store has 2 floors and it was not busy so that was a plus

I was followed around the store by the security guard the whole time. She even came into the fitting room and grabbed my items asking if any of them worked out. Was very awkward. Lol meanwhile I have more cash in my wallet than that security guard probably gets paid over the next 5 months combined.Like I get it... You gotta prevent stealing. But it was just really weird... She was on my like hawk the whole time.

I really like H&M clothing, specially at this location. It was better with less people in...maybe the only positive effect of this pandemic.

My husband loves his place. But hes also 140 lb with a 30 inch waist and 30 inch length and can fit in everything that they offer. I loved by him close there, but nothing fits me. But dont take this as a negative. I do love the fact that I can go and buy him clothes and he will like all of them. Do they last forever, no. Nothing lasts forever. But does it look good while its lasting oh, hell yes!

I was shopping for some new work shirts and was having trouble finding the proper size and style. Then Kyle asked me if I needed any help and he assisted me in finding the perfect shirts. I was impressed with his knowledge of the sizing and he even helped me save money by signing up for the H&M app. Im so happy and I look forward to coming back to this location!

Great store to shop. Not to mention the fantastic deals on clothes. Tbe sales staff was by far the friendliest I have ever met. The one that checked me out was helpful in registering me for the rewards club. I did3get her name but she had brown and blond hair. Half of it blond the other half brown.

This is one of the bigger h&m stores, and if you watch for sales, you can get pretty good stuff for fairly cheap. Especially end of season clothing.

The first time I went the lady was ABSOLUTELY NO help and extremely rude, wouldnt let me use the fitting rooms because it was close to closing time. Then I went back to return my items since I was unhappy with my service and purchase due to not being able to try on. On my second visit the staff was much more helpful, no problems in the fitting room, no issues with the return and very kind. I gave 4 stars due to the way that I was treated during my first experience at the store.

I visited the store at my lunch break looking for a white top. I was surprised how well stocked, organized and found great deals, this downtown store is nice during the day, nor crowded at all. I was in and out in no time. Im definitely going back.

H&M has an Exceptional flattering variety of clothing to choose from however sizes are very limited in range. I would recommend a Store carrying more than just smalls and mediums in every section

I really love the selection of clothing and the prices are really good makes being stylish affordable also they make returns effortless as long as you have the tags on and receipt. The staff is always kind friendly and helpful the musics not bad either :-)

Loved every worker there until I ran into their manager Kyle who was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I went to exchange a product that I purchased and from the beginning he started making smart remarks and even had the audacity to tell me to take my business elsewhere. He doesnt need to be a manager if he is unable to help people. He is an awful person and quite frankly needs to be demoted or leave. I dont think H and M wants someone like him representing them. WHAT AWEFU CUSTOMER SERVICE!! !!!

A huge store with a super friendly staff! The racks were organized and well stocked

This is the only H&M that carries the maternity line in the store. It’s clearly not put together by anyone who’s ever been pregnant. The section, which is a whopping 2 racks, is in the 3rd floor where there is no air conditioning or fitting room. God forbid your body is different than it ever has been and you need to try clothes on. Better hoof it back across the store, back down the stairs, further across the store and find a fitting room where you can only take in limited number of items. Don’t dare ask for a different size, if you can even find anyone who works there. Why this section isn’t anywhere near all the other women’s clothes is crazy. Maternity clothes don’t have to be with the baby clothes, rest assured pregnant women can find them if they aren’t near the baby section which is 10x larger, behind the bath towels. The selection is mediocre at best but you worked so hard to get there, so you buy a few things to make the trip worth it.

This is my wifes favorite H & M store and were from California!!!! This was her third or fourth time in this store. She finds some incredible deals in this store. Ladies if your a H & M fan, put this store on your bucket list when in the Denver area.

In comparison to H&M stores in Moscow they have XL/XXL sizes way more often, which is nice.

Have lived in Denver for 5 years. For 5 years I’ve been popping in and out of this location to shop for clothes and for 5 years I have sifted through a literal overstock of tiny clothes (shirts all size S & M) (pants 30” & 32”), nothing larger. I’ve never experienced this in any other location. So H&M on 16th Street Mall, why do you hate big people? Why don’t you want us to shop in your stores? I’m having trouble understanding why a store that prides itself in inclusion and diversity in society would discriminate against certain body types. This sends a very elitist message to the public and it’s bad for your own reputation. Lose the snarky attitude, gets some size LARGE and XLARGE and god forbid a pair of pants larger than 32” waist. I don’t know who’s running the show there but they must really hate fat people. #facepalm

My favorite store in the world. So much professional clothing for a fraction of the price. It makes it easy to have an entire colorful, beautiful wardrobe...and then spend a ton on your shoes ;)

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. All i wanted was to shop but the employees decided to make my experience a negative one. A girl on the register was very rude. When i sat on a bench to try on some shoes a male employee was angry because apparently i moved some clothes that were placed on the bench. He had the biggest attitude. He was being so rude when there wasn’t even any clothes there to begin with. Im very patient when people are rude but it’s annoying having to deal with rude employees everytime i go. I wish they could hire more people who are polite and who can actually do a good job.

We have too many stores selling items of animal cruelty. Animals are suffering as it is. We do not need any more stores selling items made with the skin, fur and flesh of innocent animals that wants to live and DO NOT deserve to be horrifically killed just for someone to wear their skin.In case you do not know, animals are skinned alive for their skin to be used for fur suede and leather. Birds are plucked horrifically so they can stuff coats or decorate items with their feathers. All animals are not given anesthesia and they be left in the most excruciating pain ever imaginable.When they become more compassionate and stop selling clothing and stuff made of animals fur feathers wool, cashmere skin and flesh such as leather, suede, fur, alligator skin etc I will give them a 5 star
