The people working here are amazing! They helped my boyfriend pick a few things for me and then gave us a hand written note with a gift when they realized he was there under unfortunate circumstances. I was so touched. Thank you!! Plus I’ve never bought a piece of jewelry I didn’t love. Kendra Scott is my go-to for everyday wear and special occasions.

THE BEST STORE IN CHERRY CREEK!! Kendra Scott is amazing, but what’s more amazing are the people working there. I think of myself as a needy person and the girls helping me were so kind and patient with me and my millions of questions. Not only were they patient, they were so fun, and it felt like I was shopping with friends. Couldn’t say enough good things about these girls or this store.

My boyfriend and I went into this location to purchase a necklace I have been wanting. Apart from the two ladies working, the store was empty. My boyfriend and I waited for about 15 minutes before someone asked if we had any questions. No one had greeted us when we walked in or asked if we needed help. As someone who has worked in retail, that is incredibly rude. In retail you should greet the customers immediately. The staff was rude. I have had positive experiences here but today really disappointed me.

The lady, who’s name was Sarah was very kind and extremely helpful. My necklace, I have from there was wearing out and the lady kindly traded my chain out for a new one. Ask for Sarah, she’s very kind and extremely helpful with finding everything you need.

I went to this store to pick out jewelry for my bridesmaids. I couldnt have asked for better help. I went once to look around then booked a more formal appointment to come with my mother several weeks later. The ladies there were prepared for us and had champagne and it was awesome! I felt pampered! I never felt rushed, even for a minute, and they pulled what felt like a million items for me to consider. The quality of the items here is great and they will help you find something in your price point. My bridesmaids really like what they received too! I think theyll wear them again and again! Great store. Had almost everything as online. The workers were super helpful and sweet. Most of the jewelry is still too expensive for what you get though. I went in only because it was my birthday and your get half off on your birthday.

If you’re looking for a gift your wife will love, this is the place. They have this bar were they can create their own designs, so coming with her here will be a point maker too. Quality is superb. The stuff you buy here is guaranteed. The Parking lot is a nightmare though.

Everyone was so nice! I wanted a ring in white gold and they told me they will call and email me when its in. Also it was a busy very hot art festival day and they had macaroons and water. Cant wait to go back :)

Not sure why this store is not open until the hours listed, but that’s very much not okay. It’s closed and hour and a half earlier than the listed time or employees are leaving early. I work retail and that’s absolutely not acceptable. Especially when customers make a drive or effort to come to the store only to find it closed way earlier than it should be. Bad experience.

There was a sorority night last night when I went and didnt know if it was a private thing or not but one of the workers walked outside and asked me to come in and join the crowd. The staff was so sweet and helpful amongst slight chaos and I was in and out with my purchase in no time.

There are a wide range of price points, from genuine diamond pieces to beautiful items under $100. I bought a necklace and earring set I wear almost every day and get a lot of compliments.

I went in to get a necklace and she helped me through the entire process and was very nice and accommodating and wasnt salesy at all.

This store is a sad representation of discrimination. I went into this particular store and even though there were sales reps standing around, no one wanted to help me. I asked to book a Sip-n-Shop event there and was told the event coordinator would get back to me. When she did, I was told that Corporate held such limiting criteria (no retail (I understood that), no products to share, no products to sample, nothing, only marketing material: brochures and my business card). It was so limiting that it didn’t make sense to hold an event there. Fast forward three weeks and the EXACT SAME type of event I wanted to throw (complete with products and samples to hand out) was allowed to another person in my company. Do I even need to mention what color this person from my company was? When I contacted Kendra Scott Corporate, I was told the only criteria they had was no retail selling on third-party products. I understood that, but why was I give different criteria then another exact distributor for the same party? If you plan on booking a Sip-n-Shop event here, have your blonde friend do it ‘cuz she will get better treatment and better criteria on what she can bring to the party. It’s a shame ‘cuz I really like Kendra Scott jewelry and her backstory, but if discrimination is part of their culture? NO THANK YOU! There are other reputable businesses that don’t share these beliefs and know how to treat their customers, no matter what color their skin or hair is. I’m throwing my KS jewelry away and will no longer supporting Kendra Scott.
