I have bought a lot of paint from this location over the last year, as a home owner not a contractor. Every time I have had a great experience, including during COVID pandemic. The folks that work there are friendly, helpful and very attentive. This last experience, the store manager on duty at the time went over and beyond in my opinion. I ordered paint online, however, it was out of stock (type of paint) due to paint shortage. This individual called every store with Metro Denver trying to find me 5 gal in either Resilience or Duration. After nothing was found, he offered me their more expensive Emerald paint at a price between the Duration and Resilience so I could finish the exterior of my house. Thank you so very much! I love the quality of paint Sherwin Williams offers along with paint colors, yet its their customer service that keeps me coming back!
Be sure when you buy from Sherwin William that they stock more of what you are purchasing to be sure that if you need more they can satisfy your needs.
Where everybody knows your name, or at least your paint purchasing history in their computer if you were entered the first visit. i didnt a year ago when I felt a deep need to change the color of my walls. I chose a color and a paint and purchased a gallon + the painting supplies. I never did get around to painting. Finally hired a painter. My painter kept sending me back for more paint. Not having an account on the first go back for more, a clerk was very helpful in finding the same paint based on the one word i could remember, silky. set up an acct. on that visit. then when i had to buy even more, i remembered the color of can, the name of the paint And the color. Didnt think just to take an empty can.... All they had to do to take my memory the last step was use my name and there it was. My painter is thinking he may need even more for next week! No prob.... if my memory fails me over the next five days, which it well could, the people at the store will know.

Led my female elderly client in the completely wrong direction. Gave her exterior stain for interior door, she brought in a piece of trim to match, and rather than matching, used exterior premixed that wasn’t close. Came in to remedy and manager wouldn’t help fix, wanted to charge extra even though it was their mistake. Looks like their mistake will cost me $1000 to replace door. Thanks SW
Here for the poor kid who lost his job, while promoting your products. I get it, not the same store, but in the end, you belong to the same owner, and are a part of the chain. Let the big man know he lost potential millions.
Great service and color options
This store gave me a broken can of paint and allowed me to walk through my customers house. They did nothing to make it right and said I broke the can and was a liar. . I will never shop at this store again. All I wanted was a replacement gallon to replace the broken one they gave me. I am a painting contractor and spend tens of thousands on paint every year and never in my life have I been treated as disrespectful by a store manager in my life. Whoever the district manager is needs to make sure the associates have proper paint management practices. I literally had to spend four hours of my day dealing with this issue including cleaning the floor in my customers house. I was told over the phone “come back down and we will make it right” just to be told I am a liar and I poked the whole In the can. I genuinely am going to make sure people advert from this location and/or encourage my customers to go with Benjamin Moore products instead. This specific store has tarnished their reputation with the horrible service. I will continue to let other contractors and customers know to stay away and will be posting to other platforms until they correct this issue.

Called today. Josh gave me the best customer service ever, even though this store didnt have it in inventory, and new/recent gvmt VOC rulz have removed the gallon size product from their able to order list.He found two Denver area stores that still had unsold inventory, which I then proceeded to drive to and purchase--every single gallon SW Denver stores had. 😀

In and out this morning, no lines, no waiting. They had what I needed and got me on my way to work in short order. Just wish theyd had the spray tip I want but thats not the stores fault. They dont stock them yet. Get my 108 and 110!
Sherwin-Williams, good paint, local merchant. Local merchants are completely superior to any chain corporation store. They are better employers, more expert, and committed to our community. Always shop small locally owned businesses. They cant be beat. And they are competitive in pricing. Better people to help with your project would be worth more, but what if you had both; better service, competitive pricing? Buy your paint supplies here, quality paint, help, and Community. Win, win, win.!

Great team. They are so helpful! The store is always clean, organized, well stocked.Its only their archaic technology -- circa 1992 by the looks of it -- that slows them down and creates delays. Thats something that only the senior management at headquarters can solve.

I really needed the help of someone who knows paint, and the two guys staffing the store didnt even say hello. They let me wander in circles awhile, then when I finally interrupted their (non-work) conversation to ask for assistance, the one that talked to me was of no help. I felt he wasnt at all interested, so he made no effort, hoping I would just leave so he could get back to enjoying his chat.
Im a 3rd generation painter and I know what to look for. I have never been impressed with there paints but the service in mediocre at best. Which sucks because Ive used this location for over 15 years.
