Should’ve given this review in the summertime! My daughter just now remembered or reminded me how good this place was! My 5 year old daughter liked the chocolate ice cream here. Good service and variety of flavours. Its closing down soon though, probably because Rocket ice cream is just down the street.

This place was great! We got there 2 minutes before they closed. The employees were very nice and didnt act annoyed that we came in so late. The ice cream was very good!

-Bad customer service, people ask questions to buy what they like its not necessarily for the employee to shake her head!! We spent $27 to buy four waffle cones, black raspberry and one quarter pistachio to go. No matter how busy you are how bad was your day you should keep providing good customer service and being nice to people. The blonde lady probably need to be retrained to provide a good customer service.-I forget to tell you this, as long as you have bags you shouldnt tell your customer carry your 4 sprinkles waffle cones like that! Just put it in the bag for them.Thank you very much.

So many fresh tasting flavors in both ice cream AND gelato textures. Kind and patient counter help. Generous scoops and crisp big waffle cones. Our faves are anything stracciatella, lime coconut, and cappuchino brownie. Order online or at the takeout counter. They use a clean scoop for peanut allergies, and will tell you which flavors include nuts. Plus, if you want peanut butter, they also use that in a bunch of creative flavors.

I’m sad I will no longer be a customer of Glacier Ice creams. This is the second visit in the past several weeks the service has been unacceptably rude. I went with my two children for a treat after a long week. One child has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. Glaciers has been receptive in the past but unfortunately providing an allergy-friendly menu was of great strain for this employee. It’s absolutely okay she made a mistake on the order. Miscommunications happen. What is NOT okay is using passive-aggressive tactics to blame-shift your customers, much less an 11 year old child who placed her own order. After correcting the order, she practically slammed the ice cream down in front of my child and remained rude. She then turned around to her coworker laughing, pointing, and publicly reflecting on her feelings towards the situation. There was no cause for her disgruntled attitude and it was a gross display completely unwarranted. She made a simple mistake and really turned it into a big deal. I’ve supported Glacier for years as my kids went to Lowry Elementary but it looks like it’s time to support a company invested in treating their loyal patrons with respect. In a nutshell: The Caucasian woman with the blonde dreadlocks provided hurtful service to an 11 year kid with a food allergy. Bravo.

Ordered an ice cream cake--it was outstanding! Decorated nicely, and actually tasted great, too! Online order was a breeze, and they handled a couple of custom requests without any fuss.

I gave this 5 stars because the person serving me really put his whole heart and soul into making sure my ice cream was perfect. It was truly beautiful to watch 🍦

They have some truly unique flavors so trying a few before you decide is a must! The shop is adorable and they have the best staff. Everyone that works here has been super engaging and delightful. Such a lovely little shop!

I’m an ice cream aficionado and have tried many ice cream shops in Denver. We’re lucky to have quite a few good ones, but Glacier is hands-down the best. Creamy, creamy and delicious flavors.

I ordered a cookies & cream icecream cake, it was better than I could have imagined. Normally I’d go to DQ but now I’ll be sure to come here next year. Can’t wait to return and try some of their icecream by itself

I love the ice cream and gelato here, and the service is ok, but every time a milkshake gets ordered there is an employee in the back who very audibly and loudly complains and makes a big deal about having to make milkshakes. Today 4 out of 5 of our group ordered milkshakes and the person in the back was clearly irate about it and began to huff and puff. Its really uncomfortable as a customer to hear this and makes us hesitant to continue coming here. The milkshakes are good, we shouldnt be berated or made to feel like a burden for ordering off the menu.

Great place to go, year round. Flavors are always great and unique and staff here is very friendly. Summer time is the spot to go to. Plus there are not many places that offer Gelato.

They have lots of interesting flavors, both Gelato and regular ice cream. I liked the Key Lime Pie ice cream. Everything was good quality. The only negative is that the prices were a little high for the portion sizes.

Fabulous! The ice cream and gelato options create so much variety. I ordered the Cookie Butter gelato and my niece got raspberry sorbet. Both were AMAZING! It’s in a great location too, fun to walk around the boutiques while licking an ice cream cone.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out and I needed some ice cream. They have this delicious Salt Caramel Oreo ice that is so delicious! Also from 5-6pm they have BOGO scoops.

Just brought my family there for a quick bite before heading to the airport. The two workers there were very friendly. We tried a bunch of different flavors of gelato and ice cream. I recommend the almond cherry gelato. Yum!

Glacier is a great addition to the neighborhood! The home made ice cream and gelato are all incredibly rich and delicious, and serving sizes are nice and big. My kids love going to glacier for celebrations or a special treat.

I believe they make their own ice cream and it definitely tasted better to me then Baskin-Robbins or other chain ice cream shops that are more well-known. I would give this place a shot if youre near the Lowry Town Center especially if its a hot day!

Best ice cream in Denver, hands down!! i mean it ...the ice cream is rich in flavor, probably the best I have had. Better than Liks, Sweet Action or even Little Man (sorry). I sometimes come to Lowry just to visit this business and I live one block from Liks. There is a great selection of both ice cream and gelato and the staff is always friendly and patient about giving out taste samples.

Happy to have this on the neighborhood, but wish they had a size for kids (my kids cannot finish a small) and more tables. A few times we have had to sit on the sidewalk where its hot and uncomfortable. A surprise since there is plenty of room for more tables inside.

Ive been to this location twice. The first time was ok. The second time was just a couple of days ago. I asked for a hot fudge sundae with two scoops. The first flavor I chose was Pralines and Cream which they had on the counter, the guy made two thin swipes, then moved on to my second choice which was Coffee with chips. He then proceeded to the hot fudge. I should have said something. I wanted to. But I didnt. And thats where it was my fault. The hot fudge was a big goopy blob. Not free flowing, not something he swirled around on top of the ice cream. A blob. That was my sundae. Nothing else. One very large scoop of ice cream, one barely half a scoop of ice cream, and a blob on top. I left the shop from the rear, stopped outside to take a bite and the fudge tasted burnt. Otherwise it had no flavor. I should have taken it back in, but the two people behind the counter had not interacted with me in a way that made me feel like I could have, without imposing upon them. I convinced myself that hey, its just ice cream and it is. I have 3 grandchildren and one of our favorite things is going out for ice cream. We wont be getting it from here.

This place has the absolute best mint chocolate chip gelato that Ive ever tasted in my life. Actually Ive never even had mint chocolate chip gelato until I went here. The delicate thin little chocolate shavings are Divine. The only problem they never know or can never tell me when theyre going to have it Ive called about 10 times this summer they never have it and never know when its coming. Please make it a regular thing

I took a togo pint and got home excited to eat my ice cream, but it was rancid and made me vomit. I tried eating in the store for freshness and chalked this up to a mistake. When I went into the store, a woman with an accent (possibly African language) attempted to help me. She rolled her eyes and was not happy to be there. Luckily, a nice young woman with a strange name about age 30ish helped me with such care and kindness. This is not a place Id recommend to anyone. Not worth it! I could taste way too much sugar, it wasnt fresh and the only person who seemed to care was the server gal. This ice cream and gelato was nothing special! Dont waste your money!! Use it and buy a pint somewhere or go out to a better ice cream shop in the Denver Metro Area!

Great ice cream shop. Butter Pecan actually has huge chunks of Pecan and a buttery flavor.

I live in the neighborhood and have been going here since they opened. Tonight while checking out the lady that just handed us the samples started puking in the sink in the kitchen for all of us to hear and see. So grossed out and will never go back. If you’re sick, stay home.

I went there with my 4 years old son a few days ago. Long story short - I was beyond nice and trying to enjoy a moment with my son but instead Ii was stared down, didnt get any costumer service, information about their prices, had to ask about a punch card a few times AND then had to ask to get it punched for our purchases after they handed me a blank card. I spend 10$ there and wasnt even told how much my individual ice creams cost or what my options were. After being fed up with the shitty attitude I politely asked why is it so hard to get any answers from them or service and was yelled at by all 3 of the people behind the counter in front of my son and was then told that they are not there to smile at me or to provide me with costumer service. Those were the exact words they used were not here to smile for you - that was what the male told me - mind you he wasnt even the one who was giving me my ice cream earlier. Anyhow.The ice cream was great and the owner responded to my emails but regardless of that being the closest ice cream shop to us I dont really want to return there and risk seeing those sour faces ever again. Two chicks of mixed race in their 40s and a dude of mixed race maybe a little younger than them were working the shop and all 3 failed to provide basic costumer service so we dont have to feel like intruders. Never going back again and I sure hope those people move on to other careers as far away from people and children as possible.
