Really cool spot! My girlfriend got vanilla and cotton candy! I got the classic chocolate flavor! High quality ingredients and awesome service! Check them out!
Soo good!! I had the baked Alaska pop which is so worth $5! Id probably pay more for it lol it was that good!! They have kids sized scoops and then small, medium and large. But the scoops are a pretty good size and the price is spot on for the flavor!! We will be coming back here before we leave as they have Sorbet and Vegan options for my daughter!
Cool little ice cream shop. Just disappointed with the small selection of ice cream flavors. Ice cream was okay. I had the Banana pudding ice cream. Really didnt enjoy the vanilla wafers crumbled up in the ice cream. I think banana pudding should be banana pudding. Not the worst ice cream. Sweet Cow is definitely a better choice over at Stanley Marketplace.
This place is the BEST ice cream in all of Denver. Owned by Little Man Ice Cream, its all of the hype without the lines. A handful of dairy-free options (which I absolutely adore) and staff is friendly and kind. The place smells of fresh cones and is a staple in the 90 degree Denver heat.
A favorite summer evening spot, but delightful anytime with family, friends, date night, or solo sweet tooth. My grandpa was a pilot and would have loved The Constellation.
The ice cream flavors here are delicious. The staff is always very friendly and helpful in choosing the best items for your mood and particular tastes. The Mexican Chocolate ice cream has a flavor that puts all other chocolate ice creams to shame. The Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cup ice cream has flavor bursting at the seams. But the baked Alaskan pops are the best dessert you can buy at an ice cream place. Hands down, this place delivers!
Asked for chocolate malt. “We’re out of chocolate ice cream” That’s ok can you do vanilla with some chocolate syrup? “Sure” (that’s typically how it’s made anyway) Got a liquidity vanilla malt that was more like malt milk, no chocolate to speak of and close to $7 for a small. I did like the fancy straw and the storefront.
Best Ice Cream in the entire Denver Metro area! Salted Oreo is unique and delicious, I usually pair it with the banana pudding flavor. Delicious 😋
Nothing better on a hot day than getting an ice cream - except getting an ice cream from The Constellation! Part of the Little Man ice cream family, this ice cream does not disappoint! Rich, creamy, flavorful. Deciding what to get is the difficult part! A waffle cone? Scoop? Or Shake? And then you have to decide on a flavor! The atmosphere is by far the most unique with the airplane inspired building a nod to the old Stapleton airport that used to live in these parts. I was glad to have gone on a weekday as I’m sure weekends are packed from visitors and families living in the area. Although a bit of a drive from where we live, this was a definite and purposeful destination however well worth our drive!
I had the salted Oreo Sammie. It was really really good.
Ice cream place: The mint chocolate ice cream tastes amazing! The lady called Ana suggested it and it was my best decision so far!
Fantastic ice cream. This is owned by Little Man Ice Cream! Lots of rotating vegan options.
Architecture is very unique, but the flavors not so much. Still good ice cream though :) Prices aren’t too high and more somewhere around the middle.
My avid future aviator loved this place! Although its only a quarter of the plane (according to my 12 year old) it was a great touch for the Constellation ice cream!
Took the kids and the wife to enjoy some ice cream after this spot caught my eye. The whole area is fun to walk around with little shops and great restaurants. The architecture of Constellation is worth the trip alone, but the ice cream makes it a must do. The flavors we enjoyed were space junk, turbulence, raspberry peach, and strawberry. They offer splits, shakes, malts, ice cream sandwiches, and an Alaskan (that well try next time). The staff was friendly and the line moved quickly. The only thing that could have made this experience better would be if the fire pit had been turned on.
Delicious ice cream! Same ice cream as little mans downtown but much shorter wait and closer to me. Will be back again!
Great little place! Really yummy ice cream in some standard and some unique flavors.
We love this place. The baked alaska pop was delicious but so rich. We keep coming back to try more flavors and treats.
The Constellation has landed!Im not giving The Constellation five stars just because its from the Little Man Ice Cream Family. The Constellation deserves five stars in its own right for its own uniqueness.Heres the inside scoop:The Constellation is an outdoor ice cream stand similar to the original Little Man ice cream location in downtown Denver, with some great improvements. We are all familiar with the single long line that the iconic milk jug can gather and two counters. Constellation has FIVE ice cream counters, and you can line up on either side.Next, they offer their standard flavors such as the 16th street chocolate, and some pretty awesome, unique new flavors. The turbulence is charcoal ice cream, with marshmallows and chocolate pearls, for example. I sampled the turbulence and was pleasantly surprised. Other new flavors include a creme brulee and a red eye coffee flavor. They even have one that includes all of your classic airplane treats! My favorite is the space junkie which is black raspberry, marshmallow swirl, and brownie bits. I believe this is similar to what is known as the pink cow.In keeping with the Little Man tradition, portion sizes and pricing are very reasonable. You can get a waffle cone, a dipped waffle cone, a dipped and rolled waffle cone, sugar cone, or cup.If youre feeling fun, they also have a Baked Alaskan Pop which is a smore ice cream on a stick, coated in chocolate, and topped with meringue which is torched to give it a brilliant toasty look. Havent tried the pop yet, but definitely planning on it for my next visit! I love the creativity, and hope to see more fun creations.Oh, and there are ice cream sandwiches, vegan options, and sorbet of course! Not a fan of their sorbets though, honestly. My husband tried both of their current sorbet flavors (raspberry peach and lime ricky) and both were meh. Now I do like sorbet in general, but you are much better off with any ice cream flavor instead. Now onto the appearance... way to create another iconic shop, Little Man! The 75 foot wing replica is in honor of the historical home of the Stapleton International Airport. Staff is very friendly of course, and I love how they are dressed like flight stewards to fit in with the theme!Little Man has certainly lifted off another wonderful ice cream location!
I had salted oreo and my husband had the dairy free chocolate oreo. Both were amazing!! Ive been craving more since we left. Should have bought the pint!
Not so great, most of our group got the salted oreo. It was so salty, abnormally salty, so most of us threw it away barely eaten. The salty Nutella that one of our group got was good and the right amount of salt to it. The kids who got the bannana pudding hated it. Never really in my life have I seen kids throw away ice cream. Not a place we will be really going out of our way to return. We took a drive from Brighton just to try this ice cream spot.
Absolutely love this little area, from the food to the ice cream. But I gotta say don’t waste your time with the desert at the local restaurants, grab a shake or cone and enjoy there outstanding ice cream. Plus this air plane wing rough is crazy cool, nothing like it in Denver. Recommend the coffee shake or any of the waffle cones.
Love all of the flavors they have! Orange dreamsicle, 16th Street Chocolate, and so many more!
We had another ice cream outing as a family. We chose to go to The Constellation Ice Cream shop. It takes me back to when we used to walk up to the ice cream window in order what we wanted. This time the ice cream has a little twist but if youre not up to that one can always order original flavors. I had the red eye Vanilla Fudge espresso really tasty. I gave it five stars because the ice-cream is homemade, customer service is on point, and its a sister shop to the little mans Ice Cream Factory. Best ice cream Ive had in quite some time.
Nice little spot to sit, enjoy great ice cream and people watch!!
Fun place to get ice cream in the Stapleton/NE Denver area. Be prepared for the long line.Great ice cream flavors! We tried the Salted Carmel PB Cup, Cookie Dough, and the Salted Nutella. All of the flavors we had were amazing.My/our favorite flavor was the Chocolate Salted Oreo (Vegan). We would come back for this flavor any day.Small (one scoop) or medium (two scoops) is more than enough for an adult.
Delicious, I love their vegan salted Oreo ice cream! It’s thick and creamy and has a brownie batter texture! If you want something lighter their lavender poppyseed sorbet is so refreshing! It’s on the $$$ end but truly decadent!
Great vegan ice cream! Flavor and creaminess comparable to regular dairy ice cream.
I love it that they offer tiny little cones that I can rationalize on my diet. Great flavors!!!
Really good ice cream, unique flavors, reasonably priced.
Very good ice cream. It was a bit pricy and I am not a fan of the outdoor dining.
Amazing ice cream and the whole vibe of the place was great
Great ice cream that supports great causes!
Little Man ice cream is without a doubt some of the best ice cream hands down! Always worth the trip!
I love so many flavors here but earl grey and creme brûlée have to be two of my favorites. I’d also highly recommend getting a waffle cone with whatever you choose!
Baked Alaska Pop is everything youd hoped and more!
Cool spot, but lost loads of points by sticking your fingers in the cup while you wrote on the pint cup. We know what we ordered, so that part was definitely unsanitary and unnecessary.
Just my preference.. Add-ons were good but texture was super-smooth soft-serve.. more icy than creamy. Really good flavors tho
This place has very good icecream. There are 3 cone sizes to choose from, each cone has a size variation, small, med, large. They have vegan options that taste marvelous. They allowed for two diffetent flavors on a medium cone. They are not skimpy on the scoops. Flavors change up often with the regular flavors that stick around as well. They have flavors you wont find elsewhere. Salted orea, galacy maddness (i think it was blackberry icecream, brownies... sooo tasty) medium cone with medium amount of icecream was about 4.50, so worth it. A lot of other good shops and a gricery store near by as well. You should stop by. Sorry, ate it too fast to take a picture.
I drive out of the way to get ice cream here. The salted caramel peanut butter is the best, but it is hit or miss whether they have it. The have limited flavors but i think that is why it is so good.. they also have a gluten free options. The staff is very friendly.
Any ice cream shop that serves Little Man made ice cream in the Metro area is always good. No indoor seating. Only outside like most of the other locations. We seek outside these ice cream shops. We have been to at least 3 if not 4 of them. No waiting in long lines at this location or the Lowry location compared to the Highlands.
Great ice cream and friendly staff. Love the salted Oreo.
Quick Service and amazing ice cream
I have been hear a few times and thought the ice was decent just your typical local made ice cream. But on our last visit I decided to try the ice cream sandwich and it changed whole opinion. It is possibly one of the best ice cream sandwiches I have ever tried. The cookies are perfectly soft so that the ice cream and cookie hold up to each bite without squishing out the other end of the sandwich. So if your on the fence get the ice cream sandwich you will NOT be disappointed. The only other ice cream sandwich that may be better than this place is at Launderette in Austin, TX but even then thats a close race.
Got the ice cream with charcoal in it and it was definitely gr8.I wish there were more flavors to push the limits: pea, ketchup, toothpaste, corn, etc.Killing it.
If you want bad ice cream and a bad attitude then go here. Otherwise, Id avoid this place like COVID19! Terrible experience. Not offering samples at this time? Only ice cream place in Denver that is doing that. So pay full price for a bad scoop of what tasted like a cross between a stale cookie and bad meat? Not gonna do that again! I wondered why there wasnt a line...now I know. Best part was the attitude from the server. Gotta love that cherry on top of the bad food!
Good ice cream with a cool plane and fun plaza to walk around!
They has amazing ice cream and the perfect cones.
Place was really good. I got the Alaskan pop and that was really good and not overwhelmingly sweet. Price is good for what you get. Horchata flavor was yummy as well.
The whole area right there is amazing, and love the airplane aesthetic of the ice cream shop its very whimsical feeling.
Fun spot to grab some delicious ice cream. They have a good amount of different and unique flavors. This particular location is cool. It is located just underneath the plane at the eastbridge town center. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Perfect place to bring the kids for a treat or dessert after a meal.
Wonderful service. Top notch flavors!
Salted Oreo ice cream is the best! Also love the red velvet ice cream sandwiches and the kiddos live for the cloud cones.
Great ice cream.
Been here a couple times. Novel feel, unique flavors and outdoor only seating make this venue very enjoyable.
Delicious ice cream in a fun area!
We stopped by Cativella for dinner which was amazing, and then here for dessert. Loved the ice cream!
My son loves ice cream, and we share good time enjoy little moments, 💞💞☀️😋😋🍦🍦🍦🍧🍧🍧
Great place to take the kiddos!
Took the kids and the whole experience was great. Had to wait in line but the energy and scenery made the time FLY
Good vegan options
Their ice cream isnt bad. A variety of interesting flavors are available. Its in a fun little structure underneath an airplane wing.
This is the best ice cream place we have found!! The taste of the ice cream is amazing, the staff is attentive and helpful, and the price point is affordable!! My fiancé and I were especially grateful to the younger staff who were exceptional with their customer service, I am very impressed with them! Thank you for fantastic service and a great experience!
Salted Oreo is the BEST!
Great location, good prices, classic LM spot.My personal favorite is the Space Junkie in a waffle cone.
Probably the best ice cream sandwich I’ve ever had. I keep coming back! They are the perfect amount of not too frozen or too soft right when they come out of the freezer (pre-made). They are pretty thick and could be shared but I’ve definitely never done that before :’)
The Baked Alaska pop is the best!
I noticed this replica plane on my drive this morning because I took a different route than my normal one. I had some time to kill so I parked and went to check it out. It turns out this plane is “the constellation” and it’s a part of the little man ice cream company! I was greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable young man who informed me his name was Cristian. I felt like he was an ice cream professional if that’s even a thing haha. He let me sample as many Ice cream flavors as I wanted and even described all their flavors to me. The service was great but the ice cream was even better. I chose to get a small space junkie, which was really big for a small! I could barely finish it! I’ll definitely be returning here in the future!
Overpriced, average ice cream.
Great ice cream. Not quite what I expected with the ice cream sandwich.
Super cool. Great ice cream.
Good ice cream
Great ice cream!Very cool place with pastry of an airplane add part of the building. There is always different flavors. This is a part of Little Man Icecream which means it is the best icecream in Denver!
We really enjoy going to Constellation Ice Cream. Its a little place with a variety of flavors that may change day to day. The ice cream to dollar spent ratio is extremely fair. And the ice cream is wonderful as well.
Really nice place, an airplane wing! Ice cream taste good, good prices, perfect for a family time, just take into account its outdoor place.
Yummy dessert. We started the ball rolling...our whole team bought different flavors. It was fun.
Delicious dips of dairy perfection. Also non-dairy and vegan options too! 11/10
Great ice cream even better ambiance and on a hot winter day in Denver on November its pretty darn awesome
Perfect place to grab some delicious ice cream in Stapleton. Great ice cream flavors, Baked Alaska Pops (yum!). Best aviation themed ice cream ever! :)
