Rich and Matt are the best. They are extremely courteous and responsive to the customer. Both of them show tremendous patience, even when maxed out on work. When you bring in your equipment for repair, they always go the extra mile and make sure it is running correctly. They do not just look at what the immediate need is, but they also give the machine a thorough inspection to ensure you dont have another pending issue that could cause a breakdown when in the field, thus saving you money. By far the best repair shop in Denver. I highly recommend.

I came to see Rich for the first time when a pulley on my machine literally blew up in the middle of a job. I called around and was given the runaround from other repair shops, and I luckily found Rich. My machine is an old Steam Genie, so parts are impossible to find, but Rich got me some custom bearings and pressed them in, saving me a whole lot of grief.
