Ever had the owner of a company come to your house to fix an problem that was caused by someone else? Well, thats exactly what Denver LED Direct did for me. I purchased a set of LED strip lights from them and the electricians I hired did not install the lights correctly. When I contacted DLD, the owner took it upon himself to drive 20 minutes to my place and fix the issue himself. He worked with the electrician manager directly and properly setup the lights as needed. He even stayed late to make sure that the job was completed to my liking. This type of personalized customer service is SO rare in this day and age and as you can see from the video, the lights look great in the space.Id give them 10 stars if I could. We had a project for a church(Bethel Eritrean Church Denver) and we did not had an idea what kind of fixture to buy, Thanks to God we founded LED Direct. They advise us what kind LED light to buy and how to shrink our bill as well as how to save money through a rebate, it was a good deal. We are so happy they are in this business. We bought 72 pieces of 2*4 LED fixtures. we didnt even had to fill any paper work for the rebate, they had done it all. I bought all the necessary components from them to convert my old sign from florescent lights to modern led lights. Everything worked properly right out of the box. I didnt know how many lights to buy so I followed their recommendation. The brightness is perfect. Through the whole process they proved to be very knowledgeable and professional and the pricing was very competitive as well! They are now my go to for any lighting needs!
