Mixed experience. Purchasing was easy and showroom was nice. Took 3 weeks to get product, when could have just ordered on amazon and had it in 2 days for about the same amount. When the products were finally delivered, they were late. They missed the delivery day, when I was waiting around the house and had set aside time for this purpose. They showed up the next day when no one was home and left the stuff sitting outside, covered in snow. Ugh. Then there was an issue with the order. We received the incorrect size lights (larger than ordered) They resolved this relatively quickly but we had to wait another 2 weeks. Sometimes there are errors, but at least they made the effort to make things right.

Ive always enjoyed visiting Galleria and looking at the beautiful and vast assortment of light fixtures. Art Ludka was especially helpful and really knows his stuff. He could tell me all the components I needed for my new ceiling fan and give advice based on my specific needs.

Buyer Beware!!!!! Don’t buy Commercial LED FIXTURES from this place.. They sell off brand names and when they catch on fire 2 years later they DON’T stand behind what they sell!! They told us the company went out of business and there’s nothing they can do! Better off going to a large retailer for LED PRODUCTS.

We have found the staff at Galleria Lighting & Design to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They quickly established credibility with us during a recent home remodel project, and they came recommended by a master electrician we had contracted during rough-in. We have been able to trust their recommendations to make well-informed decisions, which has been a huge relief in consideration of other aspects of this project.The remodel is nearly complete, and were sleeping pretty well with the decisions we made. I went here to look for new lights for our house and they have an incredible selection! The designers worked with me to find lighting that best fit my style and gave me several different options to work with. They also helped me with overall lighting throughout my house. So, from the large project to the little ones, I really liked working with Galleria.

We had a great experience, there were several sales reps to help us but no pressure. Don did a great job asking about our needs and giving us options. We bought a floor model lamp and Don took the extra step to order us a dimmer feature that is supposed to come with the lamp but was not attached to the model. He also helped us choose a chandelier. This will be the first stop for any future lighting needs.

Just went there for some kitchen lights. I bought in my old fixture and they were able to help me right away. I went to about 4 other major stores in Denver and they all looked at me with a blank stare. Galleria was about 35% cheaper and 100X more helpful. Thanks!

My husband and I went to look for light fixtures for our kitchen and bath remodel. Upon entering the store nobody greeted us (there were 3 employees present). The selection of lighting was very limited. Overall, kind of a waste of time.

Purchased a light fixture from Galleria Lighting 5 years ago and ran into some trouble with the fixture not working rather recently. I brought in the fixture, Crist rewired it and gave me some pointers on this type of fixture, and I Ieft with a working fixture.....thankfully at no cost to me. The store has a small business feel and the employees are willing to work with you on your needs. While they do not have every fixture in the store they have books upon books of available lights out there and can educate you on them. 5 years ago and today, I have enjoyed working with Galleria Lighting and appreciate the quality customer service they provide

I am in the process of finishing my buildout for my art gallery which requires exceptional lighting. Upon visiting Galleria Lighting & Design, their showroom is clean and fresh and the staff are very friendly. I actually had 3 different employees work with me on 3 different occasions and all three took time to help me. In fact, I chose some new lighting for our tracks and had some issues with my electricians in getting the proper dimmer built in. Although my electricians seemed clueless regarding LEDs, the staff at the Galleria were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I met with Keith who is the manager and he spent about 30 minutes testing my track head (which I did not purchased from them by the way) and making sure it would work correctly with the system I have. These guys are great and Ill be referring all my customers to them.

Thank you, Art Ludka, for solving my low voltage pendant light problem. After many fits and starts with various electricians, lighting repair companies, my lights finally work again. Spent over $3,000 dollars here.Received no assistance the moment after they got my money. Gave me the run around for 3 months, then decided my problem wasnt a warranty issue and sent me a bill.The problem is still happening, is clearly a warranty issue, and they just wont help me.Take your money elsewhere, where they wont rob you.
