This is an incredible service. Being able to store luggage right outside Union Station meant I could enjoy a long day in Denver without dragging luggage everywhere or spending the day sitting around Union Station. No problems at all, real nice guy working, too. Recommend.

Walked right up to the van on a Thursday morning and asked if I could stow my bags for 3-4 hrs. Guy working was very friendly and asked what I was up to in the meanwhile. Seamless service overall and I was thrilled to not be rolling around my carryon all morning while I walked around Denver. He was there when I picked up too (I had told him an approximate pickup time) so didnt have to wait at all before I boarded the airport line train.

So convenient for our traveling! We had to check out of our airbnb at 11am and werent able to board the train til 7 pm so it was perfect to hold our luggage while we explored Denver on our last day! Thanks Lugden for the convenience!

Easy to find the van along the road in a parking spot across from Union Station. The check-in and payment was fast. The pick-up was likewise simple and hassle-free.

They were super accommodating to take our bag in the very early hours of the morning and it was returned just as I left it.

Just perfect.Denver resident but went to a Rockies game followed by a flight. Stored my bag before, grabbed it after the game, and then straight to the A line for DEN.Couldn’t be easier!

Extremely reasonable prices, we were immediately assisted by the great staff member. We had several large pieces of luggage that we were going to have to carry around all day in downtown Denver. This was a lifesaver!

It worked just as advertised. We walked up and paid $3/bag per hour. The other option was $10/bag per day.

Had a long layover at DIA and needed a place to store my bags for the night till about 10pm. Super easy drop off and pickup, only took about 2 minutes. Great service will definitely use Lugden again.

The Crawford Hotel was at capacity for checking visitor luggage and pointed us to LUGDEN. I didnt realize at first that its a van, parked across the street from Union Station. Hit the Ring camera doorbell on the side and the operator will walk up from nearby. He was professional and courteous, but Id be concerned about leaving high value cargo in an unguarded van. Neat business idea on their part. Cost about 15 bucks to store a large suitcase for 4 hours.

LUGDEN processed my payment and sent me a confirmation email with details on where to take my bag, but when I arrived, they were not there. I did not find out until calling that they were closed due to COVID. Their website where I reserved my spot did not say they were closed. The website needs updated so that people in the future do not have their money taken with nowhere to store their bags. Definitely call before giving them any money. Their website cannot be trusted. I understand that these are trying times, but it should not be difficult to update ones website with correct information.

Where have you guys been all my life. Very surprised with how easy, affordable and convenient this is. Always find myself with plenty of time at union station during transit. It’s the perfect thing for travelers like me who want to explore the area without feeling like your bag is a hindersnce. Highly recommended.

Cheap luggage storage. Met me at Union Station. $10 for the day. I was a little late for pick up but he waited for me and made pickup easy. Of course late fee applied but still very reasonable and well worth not having to haul a suitcase around all day.

Super nice guy - great service...since it was my friend who called to find out info - I had not realized there was a per bag fee - thought I could check my 2 for $10. I think the concept is fantastic - esp if money is no object for you. Maybe it shld be $10 for the first - $8 for the second...also - still trying to figure out why I have a $12 and a $10 fee...i think i tipped when he ran my card the first time not realizing I wld come back only to find I owed an additional $10. Was hard to find because Google puts it in the middle of Wynkoop street and I didnt know it was just a van across the street from Union Station. But I was so glad to have that!! I had 5 hours to explore before my husband picked me up and was so nice to do it without my luggage. Great price, great service. Thank you!!

Convenient and easy. Everything is done online so all I had to do was show up and drop off my bags. Will definitely use again next time Im in town. Appreciate the cool luggage tag. Excellent customer service.

UPDATE: Since posting this honest review, I’ve been accused of being racist as well as an angry and bitter person. This business owner has personally attacked me and will do the same to you, if you aren’t happy with their poor services.Good in theory, but we were told they would be there when we needed to get our bags and they weren’t. Another lady said she had called them and they would be there soon. Next you’re not allowed to go in the van, that’s packed floor to ceiling, to show them which bag is yours. So, you wait for them to empty out all the other bags until they get to yours at the bottom of the pile. They need better organization and customer service. They smashed a ladies hat and said it doesn’t look smashed to me. Not okay! Figure out a better system and this would be a great option, but for now AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

A great need has washed over downtown Denver and Mic and his team have met the challenge by offering an inexpensive alternative to dragging your luggage all over the place while visiting downtown Denver for a day. I took the train to union station from Denver airport and these guys kept my bags while I checked out downtown Denver. The mini license plate luggage tag was a nice surprise when I picked up my bags. Definitely the best most convenient! Thank you thank you thank you for making my day easy!

I just needed to leave my luggage for a little over an hour before I headed to the airport so I could explore a bit before I left. Mike was really great and conveniently located right across the street from Union Station. Drop-off and pick-up took less than 5 mins and was exactly what I was looking for and the price was not bad at all!

Really great company that came in handy as we had a lot of luggage to store and wanted to walk around downtown Denver without that burden. Price was reasonable and the owner even gave us a pass when we ended up around 5 minutes late.

This was perfect! I was able to enjoy a full extra day of vacation spending my layover time in Denver downtown hasle free by storing my bags with Lugden rather than waiting my 6 hours layover at the airport. It was conveniently located and safe.

What a great service! We had a 6-hour layover at Denver International. We didnt want to carry our luggage around but we didnt want to just hang out at the airport. We were able to hop the RTD from the airport and then take the free rail to Lugden to drip off our luggage. It only costs $10 a bag per day. Very friendly service and very easy. Will definitely use again!

Couldnt find it! Walked up and down the street. No signs. Not obvious if it still exists. Shame went to airport early and missed chance to see Denver.---update---The owner has a sense of humour, ok. He needs to travel a bit more though and see things through a tired foreign jet-lagged traveller. I used google maps and his detailed map and found myself out side 1616 (see pic) -it looked like a spa/hairdressers, sure I could have asked in there but is a sign too much to ask? I should also point out I was doing a WALK-UP so perhaps if Id committed to a booking Id have tried harder....next time!

Yes the service can be convienant and the price is pretty fair in comparison to other luggage services I would not use this service ever again. It’s about 12 degrees and we have been waiting on someone to come to the van for the past 40 minutes. We understand bathroom breaks and getting food is important; however, when you run a business it’s hughly unethical to leave without a replacement or without effort to be back promptly. Numerous customers went inside to get help from the security guards. A couple is not sure if they’re going to miss their flight now due to inability of being able to get their bag back. Please avoid using this service at all costs. My husband found him waking with a girl down the street and chased him down. Will be requesting our money back from the credit card company

So very well the money! It is inexpenive, the giy, Mike, is very polite and professional, it is a very legit business. He gives local info, we were there early, called the number on the van outside Union Station. He called back 20 minutes before he opened and waa there 10 minutes before opening for my group. I really wish we had money for gratuity!

This is awesome. I reserved about 10 min before I dropped my luggage. My buddy just showed up without a reservation. Both were super easy. We were done in about 3 min. During the day (when we used this service) there is a guy sitting in the van to help. During the night it looked like there was a ring doorbell to help. We had to leave our hotel 7 hours before our flight so we decided to hangout in downtown and pulling luggage would have sucked. $10 to keep my luggage safe? SOLD!!!! Just so everyone is clear this is a van parked across the street from the front doors of Union Station. I will be looking for this service in other towns I visit.
