Bought a bed. Reported a problem with it. Customer service was horrible and wouldnt get back to us. Representative was nasty and yelled on the phone. She never resolved the issue with us. She refused to talk to us. We had to buy another make and model since we could not sleep on the one we had and she would not get back to us. Now we find out we can pick up a replacement.... 2 months later. Too bad they tell us, sell it if you dont want it.
