Absolutely useless. Truly. I was charged some random amount on a trailer, so I called to clear it up. A representative said that they also didnt know why I was charged that amount but couldnt do anything without a manager present. So I left my name and number for a call back. Surprise surprise, I never got a called back. So a month passes and I decided to waste 30 min of my time on hold to clear it up. I get connected to the call center even though I contacted this location directly. The lady at the call center proceeds to condescendingly explain days charged to me, which wasnt the question or point I was making. She connects me back to York St to another representative. I ask to speak to the manager who isnt there again and he asks for my name and number so I said, Can I get a guarantee that Im going to get a call back this time? then there was a long pause and he said, Ill just connect you to the call center I said, I just came from there so Im just gonna hang upAbsolutely ridiculous customer service.

ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, I ordered a hitch and scheduled a install on April 7th for april 15th. The next day the store rescheduled me for another day with out asking. I had to call multiple times to get it scheduled for a day I could actually make. Fast foreward to April 23rd I drop it off and it takes them two hours to to tell me that the hitch is bent and they have to order another to finish the install. I asked and recieved a refund when I arrived home I found damage to my car I will be talking to uhaul corporate about this.
I reserved a truck from the Denver metro area. I was told I would receive a call telling me where to pick up the truck approximately 3 days prior to my reservation date. I was contacted and told they would NOT have a truck available for me. Due to time commitments, I was able to get a 26 foot truck from my destination location. Only catch was, I had to pay the mileage and fuel (double now because its round trip). I get the truck and dead head it to Denver. The next day I get a call from the Denver uhaul asking me when Im going to pick up the rental truck. So uhaul got double the $$ out of me. Customer service just keeps giving me the run around. I will NEVER use uhaul again. They got their $$ and thats all that matters. Not worth it.

I reserved a 26’ truck online weeks in advance. Upon arrival i was told they had no truck available.... AFTER signing the contract and charging my card.. I was told there were no trucks available anywhere in the metro denver area. This was wednesday, now it is saturday and still no Refund for the contract THEY cancelled. This along with the fact i had to drive 100mile out of the way to get a truck to complete our move (which will cost me more) has been a serious inconvenience. Pretty safe to say I WILL BUY MY OWN TRUCK BEFORE I EVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!! Customer service has been a joke. Im being told my refund could take 2-5 days. How is this fair?? Im paying for your mistakes with money i could really use RIGHT NOW!
On March 4th i reserved a car dolly from the York st location. I did this online. In my reservation i elected to pick up the dolly at 11 am at york st. Then to return by 6 pm at the s havana st location.I arrived at york st at 11 am and was told i could not pick up the dolly until 245 that afternoon. I was already upset by having to rearrainge my day because of the uhaul dolly. Then when my son went to get the dolly at 245... He was told it was to be returned to york, not s. Havana....still by 6pm by the way.My son signed the contract becauseni was unable to go at that time in the afternoon, so They wrote an entirley different contract with different charges than quoted online.The dolly that was to cost 60.00 from the quote. Ended up costing nearly 300.00 . i will never use uhaul again.
Great service. These guys were really nice and friendly. Helped carry some stuff outside and offered me a drink while I waited.My only comment is that if you do an online order, they dont set the items aside, so its possible they may run out. Thats something mgmt may want to look at.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. They changed the location and price of my ubox without any notification. Sending the box to a completely different city?Because of this mixup I put a hold on the box until it was figured out, but they still shipped the box anyways. I wrote to the manager Paul who said he would have it figured out in a couple days, and didnt hear back from him for a month.I reached out again and he said A message was left on your phone before your shipping and there was no response to the message. The box was shipped at your original price. ( which is wasnt)Took him a month to come up with that. Stay far away from this place.
Fantastic experience getting a hitch installed in less than 24 hrs during Covid-19! Gentleman, Paul?, who helped me really went the extra mile to find the part when a system error set me up for same day install even though part was at another location. Easy and safe pick up and drop off. Also, very reasonable price compared to Toyota dealership prices.
Lack of customer service is par for the course for uhaul. Setup a hitch install 9 days ago. I accidentally showed up a day early. I went home and called later that day, waited on hold to see if the hitch I ordered 9 days ago was in stock. They had to call me back. The part was not in stock.I would have shown up the day of my actual appointment and the part would not have been in stock and I had to cancel my camping trip. Long story short, if you need a hitch installed, go buy one online and have a local independent shop install it. You’ll get much better quality for only a few bucks more.
Paul & crew went out theyre way to fit a custom hitch to my custom Dodge van. I installer was supposed leave at 4pm, but Paul talked him to staying & by 5:30, with Paul help, they had everything done. Excellent job, I would recommend them to anyone !!!
The worst service I ever experienced in my life even as a Vender to this company they do not want to take care of their customer or pay out their workers for road side assistance. They had a customer pay 300$ after he signed up for road side assistance and already had paid for the service I felt soo bad that the manager dose not care and is very rude disrespectful she was cussing at me with no regards sometimes needs to be done at this location! Horrible experience.
Had a drop off scheduled for this location. When I got there I found out that there had been some sort of issues with the contract on U-hauls side. I was told to wait in the front office while the young man went back to help me. While I was waiting, quite frustrated as I had my wife and son in the car, I said to myself that dealing with U-haul is becoming a sh-it show. At which point one of the employees demands to know what I said. I told him that I said and that this wasn’t a said as a personal thing against him or anyone else. Issues with contracts seem to be getting a little too common . He decided to confront me about this instead of sitting there quietly it worrying about what was going on for a customer to feel this way. Instead he gets very rude and starts making threats and posturing himself for a fight. I asked for the name of the manager, he informed me that he is the manager and that he owns the place. He proceeds to call the cops, which I find amusing as he is the one that chased conflict to begin with. When the cops arrived they assisted me in getting the completed contract and helped me get the name and schedule of the manager.I am appalled that this is how this business is being ran and that such a poorly trained and rude associate is being allowed to work there. The young man that was actually helping me was great, but the guy sitting behind the counter soaking up hours and playing on his phone should be in a line of work where he is. It able to talk or come in contact with customers.I have spent thousands on U-hauls for personal moves the last few years. For this to be the level of customer care is disgusting. I would highly recommend anyone to go to any location besides this one if at all possible.
I called to make sure they could refill my propane tanks and arrived one half hour before they closed. When I arrived, they told me they will not refill any propane tanks unless you arrive at least an hour before closing. I told the guy that I had just called to make sure they would, and the woman told me to come on down. His reply was There is no woman working here. I then showed him the call I made on my cell phone with their number on it, made one hour before closing. He told me to go home and come back tomorrow as he will not fill them this close to closing. I will never go to this U-haul ever again for anything. I will be going to a competitor for my future LP gas fills, truck rentals, storage, etc. I advise you to do the same. Oh, I forgot to mention, they are extremely rude.

I went to this location to get a trailer hitch installed. I set up the installation about 2 weeks in advance. The week before I called uhaul to confirm that I could drop my car off and that the part would be there.I get there the day of the drop off and drop the car off. They call me 2 hours later oh hey, we do NOT have the part. We have to drive to go get it in a few hours (11:30am). So I was annoyed but fine, itll be done that day. THey call me back 5 hours after that, 4:30pm, and say that the part they picked up is bent. It took them 5 hours to figure that out?So I wasted the entire day and two 30 min drives each way on that.The second time I went back they did do the job as I asked. It should not take two tries. The staff was apologetic and nice, but having to go twice is ridiculous.
Alex Diaz deserves a raise! I rented a 20-foot truck and a 12-foot trailer for 24 hours, and put 170 miles on them without any problems. The rep let me pick it up early, and also forgave me for not bringing back a rented dolly until the next morning.
It’s unfortunate 0 stars is not an option. After several people recommend U-Haul to me for adding a trailer connection and bike rack install, I called U-Haul to make an apt. On the recorded phone call I told them specifically that I was making a reservation to have my rack installed and the hitch that the rack needs installed. They told me explicitly that the rack install is included in the nearly $400 charge. I waited a month for my apt. And showed up a few minutes early and the person they hired, Jimmy, decided to persistently argue with me telling me that they don’t do bike installs and it’s a separate labor. I was also told it would take an hour and a half to two hours for the job and three hours in, I am still here. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Used this location twice for renting a 26ft truck and also got my hitch and trailer lights installed. Trucks were nice and clean smelling. Fast a friendly each time.
Sat and listened to Cameo provide some of the best customer service I have ever listened to. She was actively bending over backwards for customers that hadnt even purchased anything at her location.On top of all of that the location completely installed my new hitch receiver in less than 20 minutes (was quoted 90 minutes for the install) and had me on my way!This location singlehandedly showed me that they put the customers satisfaction first and have truly won a customer for life!!
I rented a 9 foot truck. Before returning I swept it out and refueled the vehicle. The employee told me it looked great and said I could leave the rope ( bundled and secured neatly) and broom in the truck for the next customer to utilize.A few days later I was charged 34.33 for cleaning fee. I am furious and want a refund. This is Fraud and Theft by Deception. If a refund is not processed I will take this facility to small claims court.Turns out it was a misunderstanding and the money was refunded.
Do not go to this place just look for another one near by. People here are very rude they charged my dad an extra charge in his bank account he went in there personally to see what was going on he got screamed at cursed at they did not help him at all and he was just turned away just like that. Just find a place near by you do not want to deal with this rude people. By the way it was a female on 8/13/19 she was in the front desk in the morning time. DO NOT GO THERE
Fantastic and understanding service. On my move day, none of my help showed up. I called the location to see of if they were going to charge me extra for an additional day and they let me keep the vehicle overnight at no extra charge. Then, when I returned the truck, I forgot to put gas in it and my wife had my bank card. They let me wait for my wife to arrive and let me fill up at the nearest gas station instead of charging me. Absolutely amazing service. I will never use anyone else!
Abysmal. Shameful. Dreadful. The management overseeing this location, whoever they may be, is unreachable. Uncommunicative. Uncaring. Ive been waiting a month to hear back and have called over a dozen times. Still waiting.I originally tried to reach them after Id called on a Monday, having tech l received an email stating my storage unit was past due. I let them know Id call in to make the payment Friday when I got paid. They said that was fine.Tuesday, the next day, I got an abandonment letter. Tried immediately to call them, got forwarded to a call center. Asked that they call me back. Called the next day and the next. Nothing. Eventually, I made the payment to the call center, hoping my unit was okay because I could not reach the location and they would not contact me, no matter how many messages the call center left for them.They opened tickets that they said required the location to call me. They went unanswered. I was given a reference number to use and theyve been annotating my account with each call. Still Ive heard nothing.I made my payment manually for this months rent yesterday, and it authorized on my card for $20 more than it should have. Called and got the call center again, who said it shouldnt have. Still waiting to hear back from anyone with a clue.Long story short: dont get anything from this location. Stay away. Warn others against doing business with these clowns. Avoid at all costs.

This place is awful. The staff are rude, don’t know anything and turn you away when you have a confirmation in your texts. Sent away! Just flat sent away with a uhaul full of stuff that I rented storage for. Sent rudely away to find another storage facility to drop items with an hour left to drop the uhaul back at this location. The experience I’ve had this time specially from the staff at this location I will use the services of Penske from now on out. The staff should be ashamed of themselves for their customer interaction.
Got what I wanted and when I realized it was smaller than I anticipated they were very helpful with an upgrade and had me out on the road without any problems. I was not over charged and the staff was super helpful with an accurate quote. Good job uhaul!
Just go to another location. It will be worth your money and time, I promise. Staff was rude and fighting amongst themselves in front of like 6-7 customers.They overcharge and try to rack up fees. I would, honestly, just save yourself the time and money.
I am writing to tell you how bad this service was. I moved from Massachusetts to Colorado and we decided to use uhaul because it has worked out in the past. I was told I wouldnt have access to my ubox until 5/31 but I could get early access if I wanted to pay an extra $1400. I figured this was because we would be paying for expedited shipping. I recieved an email on May 20th that my ubox had been recieved in Denver, but still I couldnt pick it up until the 31st unless I wanted to pay the extra fee. I made peace with this, even though it is completely ridiculous. Then I called to request a change from home delivery to self pick up because I couldnt make any changes to my order online, despite what your recordings say. I was assured that the change had been made and I could pick up my ubox on the 31st and someone would call to schedule a time on the 30th. I never recieved a call. I tried calling customer service only to be met with long hold times and transfers to different states. I recieved 3 different addresses for where my ubox might be and told again that it was set for pick up. On 5/31 I recieved an email saying my ubox would be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm, despite my efforts to make sure it was set for pick up. I rushed over to the uhaul location indicated in the email only to be told my ubox wasnt there and I had to go to an different location. Luckily I got there before the truck left and i was able to take the ubox with me(because my address had changed since the time i set up the appointment). When I got the ubox back to my apartment, it was still bolted shut (pictures attached) and I had to go buy the tools to get the bolts off. Finally, I unloaded my things and on June 1st I took the ubox back to the location I picked it up from. While driving back, the tow hitch fell off because it was not secured correctly and it slammed into the back of my car leaving deep dents. I managed to take the EMPTY ubox back and return it. Now, 10 days later, I recieve an email saying Im being charged for rental storage! The ubox is empty and I returned it on time to the location I picked it up from. I find this to be completely unprofessional and annoying and I will not reccomend ubox or uhaul to anyone in the future.
We used U-Box to move from San Antonio to Denver. The San Antonio portion worked great. They delivered and picked up the boxes promptly. Well within the advertised time. Transit from San Antonio to Denver was 7 days, OK. Then we get the bad news the local Thornton to Denver delivery will take another 10 DAYS. Come on its 10 miles and they just need to deliver the boxes not even unload. Their website says 24 hour drop off, more like 240 hours. I will never use this service again and would not recomend to anyone! The10 day delivery should say 10 days for each portion. My advise is if you are moving with U-Box buy air mattresses and plan on camping out for at least 3 weeks.
Ive had one good experience and one bad experience with this company. Ive worked with two people here. I was storing a U-box and the staff was friendly and fast about requesting my U-box to be pulled the same day. I was pleased and given great customer service. The second experience was over the phone with a completely different tone, with someone briefly explaining that I needed to give them 24 hr advance notice. The lady on the phone pretty much shut down the possibility and was quite brief. Inconsistent with potential policies.

Biggest nightmare ever. These people do not answer their phone ever, calls roll to Corporate who cancelled our order with the ubox parked on my driveway! 2+hours and I still dont have a contract with my name, ubox number and price. TOTAL AND COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!
We have had serious problems with our move. We used the Uhaul UBOX Pods from Maryland to Colorado. We were told they would be able to be stored in Arvada, CO when we arranged the original shipment. We were called mid shipment and told they would need to be in Denver, not Arvada, we said we we’re not ok with that and they didn’t care, they put them in Denver. Anyways, for about 3 weeks we couldn’t access them because no one knew where they were, despite even talking to the “transportation manager”. Just somewhere in Denver. We drove to 3 different locations each one saying they were at another one. It was a mess. We finally were able to access one in Arvada which we unloaded and asked for another to be delivered to the Arvada location and they couldn’t do that for us. So we picked one up this past weekend from Denver. We arranged with a manager from Uhaul corporate (because of our significant issues) and were told we could pick up a truck with a hitch from the York St location and that our pod was at the same location, the York St location (we had a total of 5 pods) and we would be able to take the pod and bring it back same day with no issue. Well nothing is easy with Uhaul, we got to York St and they gave us the truck but said they didn’t have our pod and that it was at the Forest St location. So we drove with the Uhaul truck from the York st location to the forest st location and the man there loaded the trailer and we were set. He said to return before 5pm and he would help us take the trailer off. So we leave forest st and go unload the pod at our home in Arvada. On the way back to forest st the trailer CAME OFF ON THE HIGHWAY! My husband had to lift it back on the hitch in the middle of the highway! It was not properly installed! We got back to forest st before 5pm and surprise surprise no one was there. Someone else had come to get help before 5pm and they (another customer) had to help us get the trailer off. We returned the truck to York st. Yesterday (Monday) we called the manager at the corporate office who confirmed that all along York st did in fact have 2 of our boxes. The issues we have had with Uhaul are never ending. No one answers phones at the locations, the locations don’t have the proper data to tell you where your pod is, management can’t even tell us what’s going on, the locations close whenever they want. We will luckily have everything moved in this next weekend, but I assure you for the rest of my life I will never use Uhaul for anything. Such a horrible organization from the beginning to the end of our move. The last time I moved I used UPACK which I will use again. I wish I used them in the first place with this move and NOT Uhaul. Such a terrible experience and one that could have killed someone with the gross negligence of the person at Forest st attaching the trailer wrong.
Staff is nice. Had to return a uhaul and trailer, they let me return them separately since the trailer was in the way to unload. The storage is a bit pricey but I feel comfortable using them.
Always speedy, always cheerful, even when getting propane in really yucky weather. Its nice that the employees seem to like and respect each other.
Today I had a concern about a charge in my account I went to ask about it in person and there was a woman she was not helpful at all she was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional I will not visit this place ever again. I hope the store manager can read this and know how his employees are treating customers .
Never using Uhaul again. This has been the worst experience moving that I have ever head to deal with. I have spent more time trying to talk to someone on the phone who knows what is going on to get no answers and just be transferred. We used a U-box from Florida to Colorado. First of all they had no record of us going to the store and booking it. We called back the next day and it took them an hour to figure it out. When we arrived in Colorado we called to have our box shipped to our new place, which took another hour to figure out where our box was in storage and being transferred multiple times. When our box did get to Colorado the truck driver dialed the wrong number so the assumed we werent home. My husband had to go to the facility and figure out what was going on. And now I am trying to get the U-box picked up to not have Mile High answer their phones and being transferred 5 times to still have no answers. Thank you for making this more stressful than it needed to be. I hope in the future they learn that just because you talk to a human being for 1 minute to have them transfer you to another to do the same is not customer service.
Got a storage pod with them. A week later I find out they sent it to California for no reason, and charged my credit card for $1200. It took me 6 weeks to get the box sent back to Denver and 4 months to get them to refund my money. Now Im waiting for the box to arrive at my house, scheduled for 8am. Its now 2:45pm and the only person to contact me was the sub-contractor they hired to deliver the box. He was never contacted about the appointment until I called Uhaul after 3 hours of waiting to ask where my storage pod was. He got to the Uhaul location and called me back again asking if my storage pod is supposed to be empty (its not). Finally Uhaul calls me back to ask me whether I got my storage pod delivered yet (obviously not) and whether I was expecting it to arrive on a truck or a trailer. How am I supposed to know how theyre delivering it? The guy acted like it was totally normal that the delivery was 7 hours late and the customer and delivery guy both had no idea where the storage pod was.Every experience Ive ever had with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I should have learned my lesson before (massive delays and rescheduling and double bookings causing me to lose days of work and vacation time I intended to spend packing and moving). Now Im finished. I will absolutely never use this company ever again, and you shouldnt either.
Was overcharged for storage in May to my autopay account, more than a week later it is more of a mess than when I first called customer service. Cameo Peterson, the person who seems to be the manager, is unreachable even by his own customer service department - no response to emails or calls from them to his cell phone. The last action he or some manager took on my customer service dispute resulted in more mistakes and more overages. All I get is the Im sorry but I cant do any more from here or it will take a few days or the manager has the day off routine. All calls for this location are routed through a customer service center, so the actual management can effectively deflect or ignore any problems or inquiries. I wish I could say they are just bad, but they appear to actively hate their customers. If you want to pay for that, more power to you.

Although their intranet sucks and kept declining my card repeatedly(with plenty of funds in the account), the guys remained calm and professional. Their customer service is pretty amazing considering my outright frustration with the computer system should have put them on the defense. Customer service was nonexistent. They charged me for two dollys for two days and I didnt even get one. Then proceeded to charge me for two days when I only had the truck for 21 hours. What a joke of a location and customer service.
We were happy and very pleased with our experience with Mike Blau and his Employees here at 7540 York St.They were very accommodating and pleasant to work with.Pulling in late on a Thursday night(after closing),Not really knowing the Denver area,Mike and staff were most helpful to us. I would highly recommend this U-haul location....
Great place to get propane tanks filled. Way faster than going to the grocery store, home depot, or Walmart and it cost less.
Absolutely terrible. First they would not answer any of our calls in office and we had to call corporate. The office said it would be an extra 2 weeks after they received our box to deliver it, but dont worry, theyll waive the fee for an extra month of storage. The response from corporate offices to the inability to deliver our pod was pick it up yourself. We made an appointment, and the office hadnt even located our box. It took 90 minutes to retrieve our box. We took our complaint to the Facebook page and they said theyd call about the issue- they never called.
Bad service!! I was installing a hitch kit and was told it came with brake controller over the phone, turns out when i get to the store manager wants to charhe me about $200 more than original quott! She argues and argues till she even pulls a recorded conversation and she listened when i asked the ladie in the phone if it did caME with the brake controller and she sayS YESAnyway manager was very rude and treated me like i was trying to get a free service from themAnd than she said next time read your work order that we emailed you when i didn’t even was asked for my emailDo not go to this store!!!
This place is horrible. I call them and leave a message, never receive a call back. They told me they shipped my u-boxes on a Friday, the next Thursday they were finally shipped (after many long hours on hold calling different managers who never had an answer). Now, I was supposed to get charged $1154 to ship 2 pods and my credit card got charged $1716 for the shipment. DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. They wont return your calls and the customer service is horrible.
Their employees refuse to pick up phones when customers call, and they are so noticeably stoned they can barely understand each other. They will fail to get your contract right, charge you incorrectly, forget to schedule things; you name it, theyll screw it up. They lack any sort of professionalism, and it shows with how they conduct themselves. By all means necessary, take your business elsewhere, this is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Slow service but I worked with them and was patient, they were apologetic but considering the amount of employees present they should have been faster. Be sure to Check the Gas Guage if you rent a uhaul, the amount of gas in the tank did not match the amount on my contract. My contract stated there was more gas in the tank then what was actually in the tank. Seems like a way for them to get you to pay for gas you didnt use, theyre not accurately inputting gas levels. Check the gas gauge before you take off and if its off, take a picture of the gas gauge and head back in to have it fixed. Dont pay for gas you didnt use!!! Check your gas cap and make sure its tighten all the way, mine wasnt.

Wow. They really went above and beyond here, with the owner showing some help to a really tired gal. Gave me an extra day that I actually ended up using. Showed a level of customer service I didnt think existed anymore.

After 5 days and 1000 miles we dropped off the truck and was done in less than 15 minutes. Easy and convenient.
I needed propane for a forklift, and found this place via Google Maps. The service was quick and friendly, the propane was reasonably priced, and they are open 364 days a year. What more can you ask for?
This company is horrible! On the 12th theres notes in tjere system my unit was broke into. They never called me emailed or let me j now when i paid my bill on the 15th. I went in today the 24th to get a few things and noticed a new lock. Asked the kimberly in the office and she said oh your lock was cut. Your unit was broke into on the 12th as well as several other units. She called her manager who said we will deal with it tomorrow im at a game. Is this really how a business is run? Worst facility and rude staff. I hope no one makes thw mistake i did and use thos facility
There needs to be an option below Poor. I used the UBox service to ship from California to Colorado. Terrible service in both locations, and the national call center as well. I ordered online on 3/2 for delivery on 3/19. I promptly received an email confirmation of my order scheduled for delivery on 3/19, and stated that someone would be calling me to discuss the best time on that day. About noon on 3/19 I had still not heard from anyone. When I finally was able to reach someone (they force you to talk to someone local about your delivery, yet whenever you call their phone just rolls over to the national call center, who cant help you), they said well YOU never called to schedule the delivery. Huh? I could go on and on about the terrible service by the CA office every step of the way, but will fast forward to CO. My UBoxes arrived at the York location on 3/28, yet the earliest they could deliver them to me was 4/4, a week later (meanwhile I am sleeping on an air mattress every night knowing my bed is only miles away). Then they let me know on 4/3 that their delivery truck broke down, forcing me to reschedule my movers. I cant even tell you how much phone tag there was, once again always rolling over to the call center, who cant offer any help at all. By the time the boxes were delivered, I was at 12 days, when the contract states 10 days max. Then they told me the boxes would have to sit on my property for another week before they could pick them up again. I told them there is no way my HOA will allow that. What a nightmare dealing with them. I will never use U-Haul again. I used PODS two years ago, and had a flawless experience for about the same price. One number, one agent, handled my entire cross-state move. Do yourself a favor and use PODS. U-Haul is trying to compete in the pod market. But they do not have it together, and do nothing but make already stressed movers far more stressed. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and that should not be the case for nearly $3,000 spent.

Just as the other two comments below, I was dealing with U-Boxes. They were picked up on 5/30 and dropped off at this location on 6/1 and never even shipped, even though I begged them to charge my card and ship the boxes, til 6/11. ??? Uhaul websites states that it takes 7-11 days for delivery, what they dont tell you is that you personally have to track down and find the shipping location so that you can verbally tell them to ship the boxes. It still might even take those ignorants a week to figure out that you wanted them to ship. Horrible!!! Use pods or ABF. My boxes are not even scheduled to be delivered til about 6/20! We bought air matresses, pans, and clothes. Plan on doing the same...
