The guy seemed to think we were going to move into our storage i was taken aback and I guess I was put off the Storage was a 10x10 but it looked like a smaller space you cant use the trash can they will charge you idk I felt like the place was sketchy not very customer oriented..the clerk was ok but the way the place was run felt like a ss camp..

Quick in and out returning a trailer, scanned the trailer, unhooked and was good to go.

This location complete screwed me. I had documentation that I was guaranteed a 26 foot truck for Wed the 18th at 7am. I showed up, but they told me my reservation had been cancelled because I was supposed to pick up the day before. On Tuesday the 17th I had an email that I had a guaranteed truck for Wed. The GM Jorge told me that it was probably because the truck was under repairs. But he cancelled my reservation without telling me under the grounds I wasnt there to pick this up. Probably to avoid having to pay out the $50 guarantee.I was forced to find a different truck at a different location. All that was available were 20 foot trucks. So I had to cross town to get one which cost me several hours. Meanwhile all my stuff didnt fit on the 20 footer so I had to leave stuff behind. Im waiting for Uhaul to call me back to see if they are going to reimburse me.AVOID this location at all costs

Worst place to rent from. They gave away our paid for car tow trailer and expected us to go to another location because of thier mistake. Piss poor customer service and incompetent employees..never again. Would not recommend to use AT ALL...

Fast and efficient processing of my U-Haul reservation.

Completely ruined my trip. I selected after hours pickup and was told I could do this on my phone. My flight was an hour late and by the time i got there they had removed the keys, closed and cancelled my reservation.
