The staff not only educated me on the latest painting products and methods, they took the time to work on saving me costs due to the smaller quantities I needed. Ive used Sherwin Williams Automotive for over 16 years now. There used to be a location in boulder that was absolutely amazing. Ever since they closed the Boulder location the service at the Denver location has continually fallen lower and lower. I run a small custom shop in boulder that makes an order every month with them. Every single month Im treated worse and worse. Every month they carry one less item that I have purchased through them for decades now. Every month it seems like the staff not only doesnt want to work, Im an inconvenience for even calling, and it seems like it actually frustrates them that I am actually trying to make a purchase through them. The prices I could tolerate because in the past, they usually had what I needed and could get it out to my business if the order was made within their window. As a small business I always prefer to do business locally. However, after my phone call with them this morning, I have decided that was the last straw, and I am going to source these materials elsewhere. I found everything I needed online, for a fraction of the price, and without feeling guilty that I was requesting to exchange money for products and services. My advice for Sherwin Williams Automotive Denver would be to clean house. This staff is a joke. If youre miserable at your job, find a new one.

Yes not only searched for directions but I did made the purchased, if it wasnt a must have for the automotive paint (emergency) I would not buy it from them because of the Ridiculous price, a Half of pint of low grade enamel paint price was over 70 dollars OMG. I wonder if it a company set price or individual charge for own pocketing? Who knows! Bottom line is the first and last time I go back automotive and house paint through entire Sherwin Williams. By the way theres plenty of others who sold with high quality of the very same Color paint, one fully Pint only under $50. Not 1/2 .
