The lady was so nice! Quick and easy. The part was a little more expensive than what I found online however the cheaper one would have to be shipped so I would have to wait a min of 3-4 days to receive it and the part from Servall came with a 1 year warranty and in hand same day! Def worth the little extra money it cost.

I walked in the door and I think I interrupted the woman at the counters lunch. I explained to her that I was looking for a flame sensor. Showing her the old part, she said that she would need to know what it came from (obviously). When I told her I had the model number, even before I gave her the number she immediately told me that they dont have it (despite the website saying they do). She recommended another supplier. I went there, and bought it at a lower price than what 1st Source charges on their site.

We just moved to town and I looked all over to find a local place to do business. I finally found this place and I called and ordered my part, I went in and picked it up. All seemed good, I ordered parts for my stove also and was told they would be in 3-4 days. After a week nothing. We tried to use the parts we did get for our dryer and they were the wrong parts. So we went to return that part and ask about the status of our 9 day old order for our stove. I was met by a very nasty mean old women who acted like I was at fault and bit my head off. She did not communicate well and then stormed off. Luckily you have a young man working there that is a respectful adult. She made me very very upset and still no stove parts. She decided on her own to return my dryer part and cancel my stove parts before she stormed off. When she left I made sure that your responsible employee did not cancel the order since I had already waited so long for it and pre-paid. As I write this my stove parts still have not arrived, it has now been 14 days. Im okay with parts getting tied up at the factory but I am not okay with being treated rude.Maybe you should remind her that your competition does all of its business online and ships to my door which would eliminate her little counter job. She hurts your business daily, take her off the counter or fire her.BTW- I spend my time helping small business get new customers and keep up with corporate America and I would not help someone like her in your shop. I call about a capacitor for my Goodman air conditioner and they had one and I was able to save my air conditioner! Much better feeling then spending 5K on a new system.

Part has been on order for weeks! When i called about it a mean lady answered and said they wil call when it came in. Its been a long time for a part!!

Older lady was a great help to me on fixing my dryer

I called about a water pump and they told me 64 dollars on the phone and there website said $38. and can get a oem one off amazon for 25 so check around first unless you realy need the part in a hurry
